最近諗起飲茶食點心🧆🍡🥠,就嚟咗呢間籠太子點心專門店。其實地點相當方便就腳,D出口經過V city,天橋行出去, 穿過街市,2分鐘就到。環境潔淨,光猛企理,仲有唔少打卡位,而且店員相當有禮貌!!!所以我覺得係相當舒適的飲茶好地方!📌茶介$3一位,竟然仲可以揀玄米茶,清新好飲😍😍🍵🍵📌原隻鮑魚燒賣$32 兩隻,燒賣肥瘦平均,喜歡燒賣是由蝦和豬肉混合,香口同時帶點爽脆,而雙方的鮑魚就是為這個燒賣畫龍點睛,相當精彩😋😋😋😋!📌籠太子蝦餃王$16兩隻,招牌蝦餃,相當高質素,蝦餃皮不會太厚重,煙靭可口,最喜歡內裏的鮮蝦,超爆滿,最少有三至四隻🦐🦐🦐🦐!📌金蒜蒸排骨$24,相當足料,啖啖肉,蒜頭香味相當濃郁,而且不會太鹹。另外,下方有少許烏冬墊底,原本打算墊底就唔食,點知食落都唔錯,好香排骨味。😍😍😍📌雪山叉燒包$25,相當高質的叉燒包,熱辣辣,上方雪山酥脆可口,入面好足料,好多叉燒🥰!📌蜜美叉燒腸$20,相當高質,腸粉相當嫩滑,帶一點點煙靭,口感一流❤️❤️🌈!葉入面的餡料也相當足料,好多好多叉燒,絕不會揸流攤!讚👍🏻!

📌原隻鮑魚燒賣$32 兩隻,燒賣肥瘦平均,喜歡燒賣是由蝦和豬肉混合,香口同時帶點爽脆,而雙方的鮑魚就是為這個燒賣畫龍點睛,相當精彩😋😋😋😋!


📌籠太子蝦餃王$16兩隻,招牌蝦餃,相當高質素,蝦餃皮不會太厚重,煙靭可口,最喜歡內裏的鮮蝦,超爆滿,最少有三至四隻🦐🦐🦐🦐!


📌金蒜蒸排骨$24,相當足料,啖啖肉,蒜頭香味相當濃郁,而且不會太鹹。另外,下方有少許烏冬墊底,原本打算墊底就唔食,點知食落都唔錯,好香排骨味。😍😍😍

📌雪山叉燒包$25,相當高質的叉燒包,熱辣辣,上方雪山酥脆可口,入面好足料,好多叉燒🥰!


📌蜜美叉燒腸$20,相當高質,腸粉相當嫩滑,帶一點點煙靭,口感一流❤️❤️🌈!葉入面的餡料也相當足料,好多好多叉燒,絕不會揸流攤!讚👍🏻!

這店雖然不是很大,但環境相當舒適,令人感覺挺舒服的。雪山叉燒包:中外型很配合它的名字,像鋪上了一層雪花,頗有趣。一口咬下,內裏充滿了餡料,香濃的叉燒味,果然不錯。皮蛋牛肉腸粉:以前未吃過有皮蛋的牛肉腸粉,外表看上去十分包滿,整條腸粉充滿了牛肉,而且有淡淡的皮蛋香味,這種配搭可謂再合適不過,肉香興皮蛋獨有的香互相交纏,值得一試。蝦餃:這店的蝦餃並不貴,晶瑩剔透的外皮,飽飽滿滿,裏面全是大蝦仁,十分鮮味,蝦仁很彈牙,逸著淡淡的鮮香,確實性價比高。千絲芝士蝦卷:光看外型已很吸引,很有動感,入口極之酥脆,內裏包著芝士蝦仁,十分惹味,但卻不會油膩。薄掌:這裏的薄撐比很多大酒樓的都好味,脆中有軟,鹹鮮香,未吃已香氣撲鼻,即前即上,入口是熱辣辣的。藥善雞腳:雞腳炆得夠林軟,湯底濃厚的藥材味道,並沁出淡淡的當歸味,雞腳完全入味,吃完雞腳,還可喝湯,感覺很健康。棉花雞:雞肉滑到不得了,魚肚很有口感,味道調校得宜,令人有想一吃再吃之感。椰汁桂花糕:一端上來,已令人食指大動,外表剔透,入口冰涼,清香的桂花味,配上椰汁的香甜,真令人無法抗拒,這個是必定要吃的。

藥善雞腳:雞腳炆得夠林軟,湯底濃厚的藥材味道,並沁出淡淡的當歸味,雞腳完全入味,吃完雞腳,還可喝湯,感覺很健康。

棉花雞:雞肉滑到不得了,魚肚很有口感,味道調校得宜,令人有想一吃再吃之感。

椰汁桂花糕:一端上來,已令人食指大動,外表剔透,入口冰涼,清香的桂花味,配上椰汁的香甜,真令人無法抗拒,這個是必定要吃的。

今天轉轉口味,也一段日子沒有吃點心了,於是便到屯門新墟的「籠太子」吃個午飯,嘆嘆“一盅兩件”。這間「籠太子」分店,裝修簇新,光麗整潔,座位舒適。我開了“玄米茶” ,清香而有茶味,點了兩個飯和一些點心。“上湯鮮竹卷”,鮮竹卷浸泡在美味的上湯中,腐皮及收了上湯的精華,非常入味。裏面的餡料亦爽脆可口。“不是炸兩”,應該是不止是炸兩,是炸兩加鮮蝦腸粉,在油炸鬼裏面還釀有鮮蝦,口感特別,用滑、脆、甜來形容最貼切。腸粉滑,油炸鬼脆,蝦肉鮮甜,一口咬下,三個層次。“石斑荷葉籠仔飯”,份量豐富,石斑魚肉挺多的,肉質嫩滑,味道鮮甜。飯底鋪上荷葉,荷葉香味滲透飯粒,清香頤人。“鳳爪排骨飯”,排骨有蒜香味,香味融入飯中,鳳爪大隻而入味。“煎蝦膠釀茄子”,茄子煎得香,鮮味爽口的蝦膠和腍軟的茄子,真是天作之合。這裏的點心,即叫即蒸,新鮮熱焫上枱,而且早午晚都有供應,真是飲茶食點心的好去處。

金蒜蒸排骨,看上沒什麼特別,和一般酒樓差不多,但用了類似狗仔粉的麵條墊底,令人有新鮮感,肉質林滑,味道也好。小籠包赤有水準,不亞於上海菜館的,醮些醋很美味。

海香芝土千絲卷很特別,以前未吃過,外型很有看頭,見到已經想吃,入口果然沒令我失望,酥脆非常,裏面有芝、蝦仁等,味道很平衡,一點也不膩。蒜蓉春卷也不俗,十分鬆脆,有蒜和蝦的香味,都是油而不膩。這店的炸物很出色。

媽媽投訴太耐沒有吃點心,所以我當然要做野。今日選了這間籠太子,因為夜晚都有點心食。沒有非常華麗的裝潢,簡單的設計配合他們實而不華的點心,所有點心都是即叫即蒸。蝦餃外皮晶瑩剔透,蝦肉非常多及彈牙。不是炸両煙韌的腸粉加上入面脆皮的春卷,不是平日的春卷皮,是網狀的春卷皮,口感非常好,外煙韌內脆。海鮮蘿蔔剪薄撐顛覆了我對傳統薄撐的想法,有點像蘿蔔絲餅,蘿蔔是一絲絲的,外皮煎得十分脆,因為有蘿蔔的汁,令到餅有濕潤的感覺,不會乾。石斑荷葉籠仔飯飯是粒粒分明,應該用蒜先炒過,但不會過油,調味適中,不會過鹹。石斑魚的魚肉非常滑溜。

晚上飲茶,選擇真的不多,籠太子點心,我知道在九龍都開了好幾年,竟然屯門都有分店,所以就約了朋友晚上去飲茶。我們點了~藥膳雞腳、金蒜蒸排骨、家鄉咸水角、海皇芝士千絲卷、煎蝦膠釀茄子、是日例湯⋯⋯木瓜雪耳豬骨湯(足料老火湯)、自家製凍豆漿。食物不錯啊,尤其芝士千絲卷,炸得脆卜卜,裡面芝士汁濃包住蝦肉,非常美味。全部熱辣辣,即點即整,非常到位。自家磨研豆漿特別一讚,豆香味濃,最重要是夠冰凍,炎炎夏日不可或缺的部分。

點心酒樓已經變化成為餐廳清新風味!忙碌中抽空去試試吧!今次去試屯門分店,位置方便,西鐵附近,旁邊仲可以泊車。餐廳服務態度良好,設計文青風格。飲杯茶食個點心已經變為年輕化,點心仲好特別有芝士的千層卷,咬落鬆化,如果芝士再多的就更加好。牛肉腸粉仲有皮蛋,口感不錯。蟹籽小籠包,細細粒,一口一啖,剛剛好,欠缺左薑絲伴醋。魚肚水餃個湯比朋友飲曬,份量足夠。再叫左個主食,石斑荷葉籠子飯,好香的蒜汁味,不油不咸,味道剛好。令人食得健康!下次可以再試試!
