至於莆田扁肉湯,由於送來時已預先加了醋,個人覺得重手左D!! 令味道過酸,蓋過了扁肉湯的鹹香,但是扁肉都幾有咬口,個人幾喜歡. 如果把醋另上,讓客人自行添加,相信會更好.

粉糯的芋頭外是一層香甜的糖膠,有點似吃拔絲香蕉的感覺. 不過這款甜度就剛剛好,而且入口仍是熱辣辣的,個人一連吃了7,8 件,很美味!!

莆田滷麵 ($79)

一大窩的滷麵,適合3-4人享用. 至於我們只有2人,就免不了吃剩了. 滷麵湯底濃稠,配上比較糊口的麵條,感覺似吃狗仔粉/ 鹹湯丸般. 內裡的配料有蝦、蜆肉及冬菇等,都幾豐富的.

P.S. 用餐期間,坐鄰桌操普通話口音的內地人要求店員關冷氣,其實當時店內溫度就剛剛好,是相當舒適的,不過國內人好似特別怕凍喎!!

店員也應他們的要求關了冷氣,不過對於怕熱的我,就因為關了冷氣而於悶焗的氣溫下變成強烈頭痛,也只好要求店員再開冷氣,個人覺得,怕凍的不妨自行帶件外套出街LA! 其實我袋入面長期放了外套的,因為我實在不會要求店方為了一位怕凍的客人而要全場人陪佢熱LOR,做人點可以咁自私架!!!

酥炒芋芯 ($88)~~~呢個真係好好食!!! 因為選自芋頭的TOP檳榔芋, 所以一定好粉, 媽媽話呢款芋頭就咁食都好好食的, 這款菜是炒出來的, 表面個色好金黃有少少焦的部份更顯香脆, 其實初初一上枱感覺好似肥豬肉, 哈哈~~~吃入口, 皮好脆好酥, 仲有少少甜味, 唔知係咪加了蜜糖?? 中間咬開係好粉的狀態, 出表面完全兩回事, 真係好味, 個人認為這個可以當甜品吃, 因為芋頭一次過唔食得咁多, 所以仲帶左返去比爸爸吃, 平時揀吃的他都覺得好味, 哈哈!!

一次不俗的獅城菜, 下次再同媽媽出省試其他款!!

同莆田有點感情,因為媽媽是星加坡出生的,有時候會煮這些菜式,尤其是炒甜芋頭。屯門的莆田很漂亮,白色配湖水藍綠色,比人乾淨又calm的感覺。食物方面都是其他地方少有的,最喜歡他們的湯,酸酸地又有類似魚皮餃既小餃子在裡面,還有酸紫菜,炒焦糖芋頭,麵食同蛋都幾大份同好味。所有食物都入味又不油,尤其是推薦我相中的麵,芋頭同餃子湯。他們的名字忘掉了,因為他們改名改到好似首詩費事0係度打,但這裡的莆田潮州菜真的不錯,自己又中意食裝修所以好中意呢度。 最後想講這裡的粟米暖汁超好味,好濃的。呢度d菜汁系列飲品係好特別好健康。

一間標榜正綜褔建菜既餐廳,我地一共八個人,怕無位。所以預先訂咗枱,大概七點半就有得入。店內環境都幾舒服,燈光白色,啲木凳都坐得幾舒服。茶係菊花茶,菊花好香好好飲,不過沖多幾壺會淡哂,所以要叫店員換茶葉。不過店內得一種茶以茶芥形式提供,若果唔飲得菊花,就要加三十幾蚊轉茗茶😶。叫咗椒鹽豬手,九轉大腸,莆田滷麵。椒鹽豬手39蚊件,要2件起。都做得做脆,夠惹味,但係好細件,冇乜肉食。😀九轉大腸又係細細件,細細碟。我都唔知食咗啲乜落肚🙈。莆田滷麵可以話係成餐比較夠分量既食物,成個麵個汁好好食,好夠味道,配料頗多。但整體黎講,真係太細碟啦,大家如果想食fine dinner 咪試下囉。

蝦苗伴紫菜,真系太精緻了,好似西式甜品一樣嘅樣,但係就系味道同甜品相反,因為距係咸嘅。
紫菜好碎鋪上面,一啖咬落就系表面脆脆哋,裡面軟軟底,然後有D蝦米系裡面嘅感覺。口感就系鮮鮮哋不會好膩。

朋友講得都唔差,然後距自己就食到停唔到口,一味食一味話係米呢?都話E間好味嘅啦。
