呢間越南餐廳幾有名氣。聽聞總店好出名,想試咗好耐,入到嚟坐低冇耐已經full House。餐牌款式選擇數量尚可,但真心 樣樣都大件夾抵食,值得讚下😍😍😍💪🏻!蟹膏蕃茄湯檬加($20)蟹膏餅  ($90)嚟得梗係要食呢度嘅名物蟹膏餅,仲要加多舊添😆真心唔後悔!質感幾有層次,成個湯底好香濃嘅蟹膏蕃茄味,而且唔係一般貨洗茄膏!好入味呀😇,差啲連湯都飲曬越式法包  ($60)又一推介!大量配料不特止,個包仲係暖粒粒😍咬落好香肝醬味。點解扎肉可以做得咁彈牙架?!加埋少少酸菜提鮮,大啖食,超滿足🫶🏻烤豬肉軟包  ($60)相對嚟講軟包會冇咁有驚喜,不過都好抵食。每啖都食到好多烤豬肉,味道都唔差㗎米紙蝦卷2件($50;$25)又係名物~手慢落單已經買曬得返兩條啦😭好足料,隻蝦都好夠味,配上自家打嘅花生醬,真係味道一流👍🏻特別得嚟 味道又好夾,真係要試越南香茅雞翼5件 ($76/2;$38)諗住嗌個普通炸物過下口癮,點知佢連雞翼到炸到好嫩滑,好juicy多汁,😂忍唔住要Encore~ 炸隻雞翼都咁高質😆點玩呀烤豬肉撈檬加($10)雞絲  ($80)雙拼之後啲料份量都仲好多,兩款肉質都唔錯。大量嘅香蔥簡直係神來之筆,提升咗成碗檬粉嘅香味😗食完正餐正式開動甜品胃🤣~各式糕點: 芋頭糕、紫米糕、芒果糕、榴槤糕($60七個)糕點都好軟熟,椰汁味香濃。個人最鍾意紫米糕, 紫米幾有咬口;榴槤糕又估唔到佢有濃郁嘅榴槤味 ,都幾好食☺️!其他都唔差,相對用料少啲, 椰汁基底為主,少少唔夠喉~芒果糯米卷 ($114/3客;$38)真皮薄餡靚👍🏻芒果大件、香甜 。平時一般鍾意食椰絲,不過呢個配搭好夾班蘭綠豆糕  ($30/2件;$15)賣相平平無奇,咬落有驚喜😳!非常煙韌,斑爛味都出,同中間夾心、軟綿嘅綠豆蓉超夾🤪暖笠笠嗰時食嘅感覺最好 ,幾難忘。下次嚟都會再嗌~牛油果沙冰($35)鳳梨沙冰($32)芒果沙冰($35)沙冰類都係超級大杯。呢幾款都唔算好濃,似汁多啲。食咁多嘢飲下沙冰透心涼最爽🤭罐裝蘇打水($10)滴滴咖啡(凍)($35)反而最鍾意滴漏咖啡。香濃嘅咖啡味再溝煉奶,冇得輸總括嚟講,真心明點解呢間餐廳咁多人排隊。但大件夾抵食得嚟,味道好,又幾有特色🥰。食越南嘢會再諗起佢! continue reading

第一郡Q1係一間由越南家庭經營嘅小店,修飾簡潔,地方寬敞舒適⋯食物選擇唔算多,價錢亦非常貼地。不過,最緊要都係食物質素!米紙蝦卷以蝦、豬肉、扎肉、菜⋯為餡料,清新爽脆,配上自家製醬料,令味道層次更加豐富。越式法包法包烘的香脆,餡料有腩肉、札肉、醃蘿蔔、青瓜、芫荽等,食起嚟啖啖香惹,一啲都唔膩。烤豬肉湯河豬骨湯底非常鮮甜!豬肉燒得恰到好處,又唔乾⋯斑蘭糕呢個真係必食推介!底面係煙煙韌韌嘅斑蘭糕,而中間就係鬆化嘅綠豆蓉,兩者配搭得非常好!提提大家,呢款甜品係限量㗎,手快有手慢無⋯榴槤糕呢款甜品亦都好出色,每一啖都充斥榴槤香味,濃郁芬芳,加上榴槤果肉,口感一流!紅毛榴槤沙冰酸酸甜甜,入口清新舒爽,一杯好適合夏天嘅飲品。滴滴咖啡採用深度烘焙的咖啡豆,味道濃郁⋯加入香甜嘅煉奶,口感細滑、香醇⋯令人回味!原本好想試埋芒果糯米卷,點知7點幾已經賣晒⋯另外,見基本上枱枱都有一份蟹檬,下次要嚟再食過! continue reading

呢兩年起碼食左1x-2x次既第一郡但都食唔厭🥹叫過既野有撈檬,湯河,法包等從來冇中伏,但最最最推薦既三款係以下必點招牌蟹膏番茄湯檬($70)濃濃既番茄甜味,加埋鮮味十足既蟹膏餅,配上豬紅,扎肉芽菜等配料提升層次另外強烈推薦烤豬肉撈檬($70)豬肉份量多,烤得香口,食落啖啖肉,撈埋魚露酸酸甜甜,加埋清涼既檬粉,係我夏日首選另外記住留肚食埋班蘭糕,中間層既綠豆蓉甜而不膩,入口一股清香,食落煙韌軟糯牛油果奶昔真材實料,飲落順滑creamy continue reading

今天晚餐我們選擇了一間位於油麻地的小店,品嚐越南菜。呢一間餐廳一直都見佢喺Openrice人氣滿滿。首先,我們點了米紙卷$28作為前菜,清爽的蔬菜搭配酸美味嘅醃蘿蔔同蝦肉腩肉,口感豐富,相當開胃。見佢同出邊有啲唔同,有一個特製嘅自家醬,食落似係花生醬同魚露MIX埋一齊,再加少少酸蘿蔔同埋花生碎。跟住我們叫左個越式法包$60,加辣,搭配酥脆的法包,材料都足夠。主食叫左番茄蟹膏檬$70,另外加咗蟹餅$20。湯底食到蟹膏的鮮味同埋蕃茄嘅酸甜,再搭配香料味道唔錯,適合鍾意甜湯底嘅朋友。牛油果沙冰$35就最適合解暑,牛油果淡淡的甜味讓人十分滿足。 另一個主菜我們選擇了順化牛腱米線$85,這道菜的香料味道比一般的越南餐廳更濃郁,牛腱肉質鮮嫩,有三大塊,湯頭鮮美,仲有兩嚿大牛筋。口感啱啱好唔會太難咬。之後心思思想試埋佢嘅烤豬肉軟包$60,豬肉烤得啱啱好,唔會太乾身醬汁亦唔會過分甜同軟糯的麵包幾夾。餐廳內設有調味料吧,顧客可以自行調配心儀的醬料,這一點非常貼心,讓每個人都能找到最適合自己口味的調味。 作為甜點,我們選擇了班蘭糕$15和跟餐椰皇$29。 特別推介班蘭糕,口感煙靭,有三層,亦唔會過分甜。總的來說,這間小店的每道菜份量都很大,尤其是香料味特別濃郁,比起其他越南餐廳更具特色。 continue reading

蟹膏蕃茄湯檬蕃茄湯底本身已經好濃郁,蕃茄味好重,加埋好濃嘅蟹膏餅以為味道會好怪,但食落又估唔到咁夾。檬粉嘅硬度亦都啱啱好,D扎肉都好好味,成碗配搭冇喺其他食越南野嘅舖頭度食過,值得一試!烤豬肉法包個包焗得來好脆之餘唔會太硬,而本身用香茅醃製過嘅烤豬肉,味道啱啱好唔會太鹹,而生菜+青瓜令個包食落更加Fresh!米紙蝦卷(自家醬)米紙蝦卷十分足料,蝦亦都好新鮮,加埋甜甜地又有花生味嘅自家醬真係一流。最後仲叫咗兩個甜品 斑斕綠豆糕+芒果糯米卷斑斕綠豆糕係上下兩層斑斕糕夾住綠豆蓉,斑斕糕本身唔會太甜,但好重斑斕味,口感煙煙韌韌+好重綠豆香嘅綠豆蓉,成個口感同味道唔會好似平時出邊食斑斕千層糕咁單調,好值得試!芒果糯米卷糯米皮十分軟糯,加埋一大嚿嘅芒果肉仲有滿滿嘅椰絲,簡直係絕配! continue reading
