飲品點了招牌泰式凍檸檬茶 ($38) 同斑蘭葉 ($28),凍檸茶採用泰國茶葉製作,茶味很香濃,而且濃度相當強勁,可以一直 keep 到飲完為止,加上巨形的冰粒亦是以茶雪成,所有就算冰粒溶了,茶味亦不會變淡。斑蘭葉飲品是餐廳自創,不但具保健功效,而且入口更帶獨特的天然芳香味,非常清新。

小食方面,揀左店員推介的泰式女婿蛋 ($78) 同泰式蝦蓉豬肉多士。女婿蛋據說是泰國常見的家常菜,是父母嫁女時烹製給入贅女婿享用的小吃,希望女婿以後善待他們的女兒,故稱女婿蛋。廚師先將雞蛋輕輕炸過,切半後再淋上以燈籠椒、洋蔥、羅望子及多款香料煮成的醬汁,入口外煙韌、內軟嫩,集甜、鹹、酸於一身,非常惹味。

至於呢款泰式蝦蓉豬肉多士 ($78) 廚師先喺麵包上鋪左原隻鮮蝦同豬肉碎,再炸至色澤金黃。蝦隻彈牙爽口,配上豬肉碎,嚼感豐富。多士比預期厚身,而且炸得火喉啱啱好,食落口感非常酥脆,完全無油膩感,蘸醬汁吃,鮮酸開胃。

呢款係傳統椰汁蝦肉菠蘿檬粉 ($148),成品用料非常豐富,碟底墊左涼拌檬粉,面頭鋪滿了新鮮的切片菠蘿、滑溜的魚片、手打魚丸、彈牙的蝦隻同熟雞蛋,再伴以蝦米碎同椰汁,食落口感非常清新,帶濃濃的菠蘿果香,鮮酸開胃,讓人食慾大增,很適合夏天享用。據說這道菜是源自古時設計給軍人的食物,集飽肚、開胃、健康於一身,吃罷令人暑氣全消。

至於壓尾呢款泰北清邁咖喱雞金麵 ($108) 食味亦非常之有驚喜,菜式採用了泰北地區極為常見的咖喱麵,以一半生麵、一半香脆炸麵,再配以雞腿、雞翼及自家製的咖喱湯底煮成。先嚐一口湯底,咖喱味濃郁辛香,但完全不覺嗆喉,反而帶陣陣雞湯的清鮮。蛋麵不算很彈牙,但食落亦絕不糊口,雞腿同雞翼味道亦不俗,食落既酥軟又入味,夾埋脆卜卜的油炸麵吃,滋味非常。

其實餐廳還有不少地道的泰國家常菜供應,下次有空會再來品嚐。

The curry chicken noodles was special. The noodles were crispy and the soup was delicious. The chicken drum stick and wings were big and meaty. The texture was soft and tender.
