一入門口都仲感覺還好,第一個感覺係好香嘅燒肉味


坐低落單,選擇都算多,不過都係大路野,分別都係辣唔辣,有幾辣,加蛋,加紫菜,加肉特盛咁上下

等到麵黎左,先講唔辣果碗,湯底唔錯唔係得個咸字,有香味
辣果碗,辣味冚左本黎嘅豬骨湯香味,成碗變得普通左
再講舊肉,通常人地燒肉捲埋煮完燒完再切,所以係圓形同肥瘦均勻啲,呢舊係成大條肥膏係側邊,即時覺得好肥膩,而且浸完落湯,燒出黎嘅香味無左大半,口感都唔覺有點燒過,同原先入門口聞到嘅燒肉味扯唔上關係,感覺上落差有啲大
再講埋隻蛋,好食嘅蛋即時令碗麵嘅感覺提升,但呢度隻蛋……?基本野都未做好,竟然係熟左一啲都唔流心!

豚王一風堂呢啲做開嘅一定唔會係隻蛋出事,估唔到呢間咁嘅野連隻蛋都搞唔掂,垃圾

其他野食,招牌餃子有落漿整個網底,口感算唔錯,不過無乜特別
炒野菜,人地炒椰菜佢炒芽菜,有幾多人會鍾意? 不過呢樣睇個人,不予置評

最後,講最唔滿意,講侍應態度

總括黎講,呢度伙計好畀到我茶記嘅感覺,真係不如自己黎好過
加上野食又唔係有驚喜,實在諗唔明點解值得有咁多人排住去食佢? 唔通因為都未食過所以慕名而來?

在香港, 日式拉麵可以說是長做長有,單是短短一條登龍街已有幾間拉麵店, 有些拉麵店還是日本的過江龍,其中一間就是霸嗎拉麵, 是來自廣島的品牌,主打就是濃厚的豚骨湯。這天下午走進登龍街, 正好來一試水準, 踏入拉麵店,店子地方也不少, 裝潢如一般日式拉麵店,一邊是開放式廚房,店內也有二人至四人檯。近門口位置還有個製麵的空間, 麵條是完全自家製的。拿餐牌一看, 食物分幾欄的列在內,主要提供拉麵、飯類、小食、甜品和飲品, 選擇不算太多。飲品方面, 點了一杯粒粒橙汁, 味道酸酸地, 感覺唔錯。再來唐揚炸雞,單看炸得金黃色的外觀已相當吸引, 炸得熱辣的雞塊,炸皮做得薄薄而緊附在雞件外,炸皮做得到脆口的, 雞皮沒有太多脂肪而且乾身脆口,雞肉嫩滑之餘, 咬下去是肉汁充盈,雞件也算厚肉,食落啖啖肉和充滿肉汁, 是滿意的。在多款拉麵之中選了特盛炙燒豚肉拉麵試試。當侍者將麵捧上來,先嚐嚐店子標榜的「最強濃厚」豚骨湯, 口感確實比平時喝的濃郁一點,味道甜美也有香味,湯雖濃但也不太油膩, 合乎預期的水準。而幼身麵是用自家製造的彈牙拉麵, 選了硬的麵,麵質口感是爽口, 咬勁十足,有足夠掛湯能力, 配上豚骨湯同吃

這裡的炙燒厚切叉燒也有特色,從外表看是大大塊而且是厚切的,還有肥瘦相間的紋理,也是吸引, 吃了一口,口感鬆軟,肥肉和瘦肉配合恰到好處, 口感是豐腴的,肉味濃郁好吃, 也帶有小許焦香的味道。

見到好多人排隊食自己都好想試吓,今次見無人排就立即衝左入去食價錢同幾間連鎖日本過江龍差不多,同其他拉麵店好唔同既係,霸嗎的湯底特別濃,叉燒特別肥,重點係無我最討厭的芽菜😭😭😭 本身好怕食肥肉的我,居然可以食得完成舊厚厚的肥叉!全因肥叉真係好入味,肥肉又唔油膩,大大舊都放得入口溏心蛋也是一絕,雖然最愛仍然係豚王蛋,但霸嗎的也超級非常不錯!層次分明味道足夠仲有流出來的蛋黃,無第一都有第二第三了👍🏻👍🏻

無論在麵身 湯底 配料方面 都做得很好
湯底濃郁 味道適中
不過偏向油膩 所以我會選擇「走油」
叫了走油的程度才真的剛好
麵的配料不外乎筍和蔥
不過大愛霸嗎的叉燒👍🏻
脂肪和肉的比例近乎完美😍
肉部分亦做得很稔軟 口感比起神山高了起碼兩個level
不過味道偏淡 個人認為可以再做得入味點

話說今晚搵地方食個便飯,行到去登龍街求其搵間拉麵🍜店食。一開個趟門,個店員叫我地即刻閂埋門... 明白今晚得9度,但咁嘅態度胃口已經冇咗一半。閂埋門之後又冇表示我地坐邊,直到我問:「係咪自己揀位?」佢先安排坐位,仲要係趟門閂埋有條罅,會吹冷風入嚟嘅坐位。😠諗住嗱嗱聲食完走,填完點單紙打算俾任何店員,等咗成1分鐘都冇人理。認真諗住走... 但又飲咗佢杯水,算!拉麵普通,但整體感覺好差!

Hailing from Hiroshima, Bari-Uma has long been a commercial venture with a presence in Singapore for several years. While this is one of those overhyped ramen joints (helped almost certainly by incentivized food reviewers) that tend not to top my to-go list, we nevertheless stumbled across it on a hungry midnight. To sum it up: Bari-Uma ramen features a thick, white tonkotsu shoyu broth (cooked with chicken and pork bones for six hours and delivered from Japan) and thick cut flamed chashu. You get to choose the firmness of your noodles, among other options. The ramen comes out hot and should meet anyone’s expectations for a rich bowl of tonkotsu ramen. Bari-Uma also serves up pork rice bowls and a variety of snacks like gyoza and karaage chicken. Beer, non-alcoholic drinks and simple desserts are available. One portion of ramen typically goes from $85-ish to $118, not particularly value for money for the portion size (which is small for guys).

登龍街一直都是拉麵街,總有一間合你心意,我今次就選了Bari-Uma霸嗎拉麵。 店舖的環境是非常寬敞,而且有舒適的梳化位,實在難得。 看到餐牌期間限定的檸檬豚肉拉麵,我如此貪新鮮一定點。 檸檬豚肉拉麵 $78 其實有想過檸檬配拉麵度會否格格不入,但我最終都想挑戰一試。誰知又沒有想像中酸,反而是感覺清新,湯底異常地清,另外蔬菜的份量都比平日的多,感覺健康,但欠缺了一顆味玉流心。 特盛炙燒豚肉拉麵 $118這個特盛拉麵真令人忍不住嘩然,我覺得比之前在其他拉麵店食過的份量更大。四大塊炙燒過的是最引人注目的,表面帶有焦香,瘦肉跟肥肉相間,瘦肉中帶點脂肪,口感軟稔。湯底味道濃郁,質感濃稠,因為朋友喜歡軟身的拉麵,所以特意選了,可惜他覺得口感偏硬。 霸嗎拉麵仍舊是我們冬天總會到訪的拉麵店,因為吃後身體總是暖暖的,好滿足。

這個特盛拉麵真令人忍不住嘩然,我覺得比之前在其他拉麵店食過的份量更大。四大塊炙燒過的是最引人注目的,表面帶有焦香,瘦肉跟肥肉相間,瘦肉中帶點脂肪,口感軟稔。湯底味道濃郁,質感濃稠,因為朋友喜歡軟身的拉麵,所以特意選了,可惜他覺得口感偏硬。

好鍾意食拉麵,成日都周圍去香港唔同地方度食拉麵,試過好多鋪頭都唔夠霸瑪拉麵嘅玉子好食,同埋佢夠厚切燒肉真係冇得頂,加埋軟硬適中嘅麵條,就算排咗半個鐘隊都覺得乜都抵返晒!

霸氣拉麵店最近日本拉麵餐廳開到成街都係,今日放lunch就去左試呢間係香港愈開愈多既霸嗎拉麵入到去等左幾分鐘到就已經有位由於十分口渴,所以我同朋友一人叫左一樣野飲:梅酒同蜜瓜梳打。梅酒入面仲有一粒梅乾,蜜瓜梳打就係日本直送,味道都幾正宗。由於午市呢間拉麵店有做promotion 加十二蚊 就可以換餃子同炸雞所以我地加左呢兩樣小食 水準都唔錯等左一陣 主菜拉麵終於黎啦!叉燒既份量幾足 湯底都好濃 係我鐘意既重口味麵本身都係粗個隻 而且幾彈牙 成碗麵份量幾大 我食完已經好飽 走既時候見到門口好多人排緊隊 好彩早左黎;)
