想吃蠔拉麵很久了,三人一同前來吃lunch。各自點了鹽蠔湯底拉麵,雞豬蠔湯的白湯蠔拉麵,還有辣豬拉麵,還有蠔壽司小吃。首先,兩款蠔拉麵都很出色,喜歡重口味的記得選白湯底,喜歡清單清新的選鹽。ps可能湯底需要撈一撈,碗底的蠔味更濃郁。另外,小吃蠔sushi鹹中帶甜也好吃。不過,由於味道偏濃,最好吃完拉麵後吃(尤其是鹽拉麵的話)。我個人愛吃淡味食物,平常喜歡煮菜不下鹽。所以,sushi的紫菜對我來說味道稍濃。overall,menu上有很多不同濃味淡味的食品符合不同人的口味。並無失望,價格也算合理,值得一試。ps 店家如果可以改一改善桌上提供的水更好。不知為何有蠔的味道⋯ continue reading

天氣凍左,就想食拉麵暖下身。Lunch食左呢間由米芝蓮餐廳「金色不如帰」創辦人嘅另一間拉麵店「牡蠣不如帰」。佢嘅lunch set ,$158有拉麵、小食同甜品/飲品,有加一。牡蠣鹽味拉麵🦪呢度嘅招牌黎!湯底偏清淡,普通嘅鹽味。比較特別嘅係有椒、洋蔥、火箭菜做配菜,食落俾我想像中夾!佢有一個好濃嘅蠔醬,好正!但係撈埋落湯底唔會覺得佢好濃,整體只係淡淡嘅蠔湯鹽味。輕盈涼拌黑松露紋甲墨魚🦑見佢個名咁長所以試吓,係一個幾濃味嘅沙律。整體偏鹹,墨魚存在感唔高。ookk啦抹茶雪糕🍵幾好食!係大家想像到嘅味道!good嗰日唔係多人,唔明點解要等咁耐。我等個雪糕等咗15分鐘,隔離個客直程取消個餐淨係食個拉麵就走。而且服務態度都唔係好,個店員好似唔知自己做緊嘜咁,呆呆地。而且食物唔算太特別好食,份量偏少。本身仲有啲期望添,sooo試一次就夠。 continue reading
