咖啡好飲，好飲在於熱誠的製作，何以見得，雖然外表無咩特別，但當第一口品嚐出來的味道是回甘和帶小小苦，之後才慢慢散發咖啡味道，這是給我驚喜， 雖是小店但廚師說是自己炒豆，可見那份熱誠。但可惜食物就令我失望了， 班尼迪多士的蛋overcook, 或許要就當地市民， 選擇牛油果🥑失誤（很多黑點），雖然廚師也當場換了給我，但對我來說都是唔靚牛油果，而且同之前post 的圖不一樣。

經常去街市路過，並未留意這間咖啡小店，剛剛朋友是素食人士，上網尋找屯門區素食餐，無意發現這間餐廳，餐廳食物外觀精美，味道都可以，價錢貴咗小小，全部餐都不包飲品，職員都十分友善😊

朋友話想試呢間餐廳，所以我哋就去試咗😎我哋叫咗一份雜錦海鮮明太子忌廉意粉同班尼迪組合（裸麥包，燒烤菇，煙三文魚，薯角，沙律菜，車厘茄，水波蛋）😋食物味道唔錯，呢度主打飲咖啡，可惜我哋唔飲咖啡😂所以未能試到😛整體不錯😉餐廳都好舒服，我同朋友坐咗好耐🤣

上次試過小店「Reborn Coffee」的出品大感滿意，趁著假期入到屯門決定再訪試All Day Breakfast同Egg Benedict==========🔹We-born Breakfast $88燒烤菇、煙三文魚、香草腸、粟米、炒蛋、車厘茄、牛角包、沙律菜、薯角燒烤菇厚身大隻，煮至軟滑彈牙，菇香濃郁入味；煙三文魚富鹹香，惟份量偏少；香草腸正常發揮；炒蛋嫩滑帶淡淡蛋香；牛角包酥脆但欠缺牛油香；沙律菜及車厘茄新鮮新鮮；薯角脆身，以少量蜜糖調味，足夠美味推介指數：8/10==========🔹Egg Benedict Salad $58沙律加入紫洋蔥、車厘茄及粟米，新鮮爽甜；沙律汁清新開胃班尼迪蛋切開後呈流心狀態，蛋白嫩滑，以適量荷蘭醬調味，可惜蛋香欠奉推介指數：7.5/10==========🔹Iced Cappuccino +$25灑上可可粉，賣相不錯泡沫打得細緻軟滑，咖啡香醇偏酸==========🔹Hot Latte +$20具誠意的拉花奶啡比例平衡，咖啡香醇，奶香剛好==========免加一服務費整體用餐體驗感不錯，依然感覺小店出品用心有誠意，定價親民；但可能太有期望，令今次未有太大驚喜

Once in a while I do my grocery at the market downstairs. Decide to venture the mall and found a good sushi train restaurant within the mall and this little cafe. Menu look promising so decided to go with the basic, a flat white. Possibly one of the best coffee I’ve had in Hong Kong. Yet to try other coffee and breakfast options. Can’t wait to be back!
