    過開呢邊做野，知道附近有間出名的蕃茄湯雞扒麵，於是就行過來食。夏天熱到死，行到過來身水身汗。。。。。。係社交平台見到人推介炭烤風味雞扒蕃茄湯麵，於是就叫嚟試下！！鍾意食辣嘅人仲可以叫麻辣蕃茄湯底！等左一陣就上個雞扒麵。蕃茄湯超濃，有少少新鮮蕃茄沙嘅口感，湯底食到鮮蕃茄嘅新鮮蕃茄味道，少少酸。炭烤雞扒烤到皮脆肉嫩，雞扒肉質偏滑。另外，啲麵都係好滑嘅上海麵，麵質滑得嚟少少彈，雖然幼但係因為蕃茄湯好濃稠所以掛到好多湯。美中不足係價錢竟然唔包野飲，同埋麵食嘅份量唔算多。 continue reading
