或者真係太邪惡,坊間有得食既地方不多,而且係火喉控制上一定要好準,時間不足,豬膶就會未熟,不但有難聞既血腥味,更加怕有寄生蟲,若果過火的話,豬膶就會韌。

對於有上下年紀朋友,相信對豬肚或豬膶燒賣不會陌生。

豬肚汆水處理得好好,沒有絲毫的臊味,咬落亦夠稔身,蒸之前下了不少功夫,肉球亦吃得出鮮味,看似簡單,其實有心機的出品。

因為信用卡有優惠,計落人均$300有找,但食物質素及環境,比起好多星級酒店還要好,個人覺得有點被人忽略,「滄海遺珠」的感覺。

We ordered char siu (义燒), vegetarian goose (素鹅) and Fujian fried rice (福建炒飯). As usual, char siu is of high quality, tender and full of flavor. The vegetarian goose is a good vegetarian cold dish ideal for appetiser. It is healthy and tasteful with finely cut mixed vegetables like mushroom, carrot and celery. Fujian fried rice is also deliciously cooked, with pieces of shrimps, duck meat, scallops, vegetables, etc to add flavor to the rice with eggs. Our dessert sweet red bean soup (紅豆沙) is well cooked and full of flavor of tangerine peel (陳皮).

We are happy with our lunch. It is good value for money.

隻雞好似炸子雞,咁快整好,端出嚟仲要膠蓋cup住,令人不禁聯想到微波爐。不過係熱同脆皮既,只係想飲多兩淡湯都怕隻雞凍左。隻雞味道ok,熏得夠香味。啲雞皮同肥膏口感都不錯,要趁熱食。不過啲雞肉就比較佬,同埋鞋,無乜肉汁。賣相擺盤都比較普通,真係唔似酒店菜。

4. 富貴櫻花蝦蛋白炒飯

賣相ok既,啲櫻花蝦睇落比較似碎蝦干。個飯炒得唔錯,係整體鹹咗少少。佢比較特別係用咗青豆,本身覺得佢cheap,不過其實係令到個喊道同口感好啲,同埋唔係用雪藏豆既。不過啲櫻花蝦干就冇咩特別,唔講都唔知係櫻花蝦咁名貴,不過加埋瑤柱炒,整體都算係唯一不錯既。

最後埋單連茶錢$1445,講真唔平,啲嘢都比較普通,水準又唔係特別好,真係唔係好值依個價。


餐廳裝修唔錯,係感覺豪華金煇閃閃既。不過人手令人感覺唔夠,叫服務員都要舉手大叫幾次。不過有一位服務員,招呼都算殷勤,埋單都同我吹左陣水,透露其實廚師都換左幾次,所以無左米知蓮等級都知咩事,簽單都比低$20tips 為表尊重。

和媽媽到銅鑼灣富豪金殿吃午餐。今天不想吃點心,便叫了小食和小菜試試。叫了招牌薰素鵝,非常清爽,有微香煙薰味,红蘿蔔西芹及冬菇刀功味道皆佳。例牌乳豬肥又香脆,加上甜甜的乳豬醬簡直不能停口。咖喱牛筋腩煲香濃,送飯一流。咖喱加了馬拉盞很惹味,牛筋腩及配封都有風味。飯後來一碗红豆沙為好味的午餐劃上完美句号。

放年假最好搵有訂咗嘅地方食嘢,這樣較為方便管理時間,飲完茶再在銅鑼灣逛逛街,放假的確是賞心樂事,以為酒店中菜會好貴,但除開一大班朋友每人都是$300 左右,地方坐得舒服都不過分。瑞士汁乾炒牛河的確做得不錯!熱騰騰的雙皮奶很好吃,不過要預先叫因為要等20分鐘喔

是夜一餐與親朋的晚宴,貪圖的是寧靜格局,選址到了銅鑼灣富豪酒店的中菜廳。前菜的滷水和牛脷既入味又夠是爽的,值得一讚。然而桂花淮山似是甜品多過前菜,又粉又甜,怎教人開得了胃口?石鍋野生菌煎龍躉柳,龍躉很明顯的都是馬拉的來貨,跟一般魚柳沒多大分別;喜幸應該不是冰鮮的吧。食味亦勁麻麻,魚肉不甚入味,亦欠脆度。雜菜腐皮卷靠有芡汁,口感幼滑,菜菌夠多,顯得較為豐富。叫做「金蒜野菌極黑豚」的一碟餸上枱時,不管賣相或吃下都跟中式牛柳無甚分別。最敗筆的地方是牛肉根本未熟透,要拿回廚房翻炒,太令人洩氣鳥……桂花糕,沒有味不夠凍,hea到唔hea之作,不值一提。要吃一頓寧靜的飯局是不錯的,因為現場目測實在沒多少人。

最後特別要提提的是每台桌子上都會奉上一壺熱茶,與一般酒樓不同之處是熱茶以獨立式蠟燭溫熱,確保茶水溫度適中,亦省卻人手因茶水太凍而更換。
