。請恕XO仔直言,不過個人覺得對一頓七千元o既午餐評價應該要較為嚴謹。。。「中華滙館」價錢當真可比得上五星級大酒店,但點心小菜款式及水平則有點參差,不過大半都可稱得上係優質o既,無奈環境唔夠大方得體,輸蝕在樓底矮,加上有少少黑面及唔識變通o既服務態度令人實在有點兒吃不消
,衷心希望店子可正視此兩點,方才可實至名歸地提升為高級中餐廳。

The deep fried Bombay Duck with spicy salt was just amazing and delicious!  Moist on the inside, and the batter was light and crispy, a truly enjoyable dish!

I was really pleased with the spicy fragrance and flavour of the Sichuan peppercorn and chilli oil.  The sauce had just the right amount of spiciness and tingle.  The boneless chicken was tender and nicely absorbed the sauce.

These are the most exquisite, exceptional soft boiled egg I have ever had!  With caviar on top of the runny egg yolk, the saltiness of the caviar complemented the soft boiled egg perfectly!

I thought this was going to be spicy but it wasn't but as a Brit, Cod is always my fave fish.

裝修精緻,梳化用上絲絨,整體湖水綠色,很儒雅。服務不俗,未試過要自己加茶,侍應一眼關七,照顧得客人好好。食物質素很好,叉燒是黑毛豬做的,入口鬆化,有甜甜蜜糖味,蘇軟彈牙而不黏牙。話梅豬手,忟的軟淋而不散,醬汁惹味。海參還要是名貴海參呢!
