呢間新蒲崗采頤花園附近嘅石磨腸粉鋪真係值得一試,五芳街行過去唔使五分鐘就到。今次試咗「油炸鬼櫻花蝦腸粉」,真係有驚喜!腸粉皮夠滑仲帶有米香,入口彈牙唔會爛,油炸鬼脆脆地配埋櫻花蝦嘅鮮味,食落口感層次十足。豉油調得啱啱好,唔會太鹹,提味之餘又唔會搶走腸粉本身嘅風味。如果真係想再提升啲,我會建議最後淋少少濃香嘅花生油。之前喺廣州一啲傳統腸粉鋪試過,嗰陣花生油香氣真係好提升到成碟嘅層次,尤其係配埋櫻花蝦嘅味道,會更加突出。價錢都算抵,連飲品加隻蛋都係四十蚊多啲,係新蒲崗呢個區嚟講真係唔錯嘅選擇。如果喺附近,呢間鋪頭真係可以試下,味道同價錢都交足功課!
