Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 大閘蟹放題(498元/人)
大閘蟹有三種不同的煮法,分別是最傳統的清蒸,鹹香的油鹽焗和酒香的花雕蒸。個人喜歡油鹽焗,味道會香甜,但這個是放題的話,建議吃清蒸會戰鬥力高點!而大閘蟹全都是公蟹,差不多2—3兩左右。

其他還有主食,小食,涼菜和甜品,選擇不算很多,不過質素都挺高的!個人挺喜歡這裡的臘味糯米飯,吃起來鹹香軟糯,臘味挺多的!泡椒鳳瓜和沙薑豬腳也挺肥美大隻的,口感爽滑,味道清爽。

星期一晚同親友約好來富城薈食咗個優惠套餐,一來到不用等位,已經有服務員來招待,態度友善,笑容滿面,坐得舒服。可能時間都早,七點左右,點了個餐,飲下茶一陣,好快就已經出菜了,小炒菠蘿咕嚕肉有鑊氣好好味,燒雞脆卜卜, 燒味拼盤有燒鵝好味,燒腩仔真係正肥瘦 適中,义燒舊舊都係淋, 蝦球伊麵大大碟, 蒸魚又新鮮又滑。又不會食一碟等一碟,一先來齊四個菜,最後因為魚是新鮮擋即叫即蒸所以就遲一些來,我地四個人都話好食,直得再來。

聖誕節,去飲茶吃點心。我們一行十人,去到酒樓,因為預先訂了枱,酒樓安排了一張在角落的大圓枱給我們。看看點心紙, 原來一點半之後,就是下午茶時間;今天雖是聖誕節,仍然有下午茶的優惠 ,所以非常抵食。叫了的點心不少,想在這裏點評的有:炆豬手。 價錢十多塊錢,我們前後共叫了三碟,是否抵吃好吃,可想而知。手抓跳舞雞,看名字不明所以。送到來才知是燒雞,細細隻,要自己用手撕來吃,頗特別。瑤柱蛋白炒飯, 入口頗有油感,多人分來吃較才合宜。煎薄撐,一點也不薄,還頗厚,肚餓時吃甚佳。蒸黃金糕。從前多數吃的是煎黃金糕,今次是近期第二次在酒樓吃蒸的黃金糕,有口感又不熱氣,非常好吃,值得推介。上湯浸菜苗,清清地,幾好味。芋蓉箭豬包, 外面麵包皮炸得香脆, 入面的芋蓉熱熱的,非常好吃,值得推介。總括來說這,頓飯吃得頗為滿意,價錢親民值得一試。

前阵子感觉城中好多餐厅都在做大闸蟹放题本以为今天的大闸蟹季已经过去了🔚结果!又被我发现了一家还不错的🦀️自助店这家就在港大附近,很方便其他几个地方也还有分店这家自助是2小时无限量的大闸蟹的上的挺快的,没怎么拖延时间每一只螃蟹端上来都是很新鲜现蒸的而且每个都是满膏!!太满足啦大闸蟹有3个味道,清蒸、盐焗、花雕蒸除了大闸蟹以外,还有片皮鸭腊味糯米饭等等,多款小菜 主食甜品 啤酒 汽水全都不限量!每人都还有一份鲍鱼和响螺汤味道也还都不错

本以为今天的大闸蟹季已经过去了🔚

其實下午茶午飯我都嚟過呢間酒家食過幾次,覺得佢出品都唔錯。所以今次母親節,特別在這裏食晚飯慶祝母親節。先叫一個龍蝦伊麵,餐單上面寫着澳洲龍蝦約斤半。伴着一份叉燒,價值$398。再叫一碟美極頭抽海蝦$108。稍後再叫一隻紅燒乳鴿$48。後來居上,乳鴿先到,鴿身微暖,味道還算OK。與我先前下午茶食過幾次的完全不同。算啦可能母親節廚房做唔切。跟住龍蝦伊麵到,龍蝦份量,以我估計都有斤幾。大約十多舊龍蝦,都幾大嚿,分三種顏色,接近深啡,啡色同埋白色。咬口分三種,煙韌,腍同埋霉。至於伊麵,加埋都唔夠三小碗,仲有啲一嚿嚿,我以為係鬆糕。叉燒,成條上,賣相唔錯,而且熱辣辣,味道都可以。美極頭抽海蝦,$108,賣相唔錯,大約有10隻,食咗碟面幾隻。味道同埋肉質都唔錯。正想俾個like佢,下面四隻,又苦又霉,完全唔食得落口。真係珍珠冚禾稈。跟住叫嗰個着西裝可能係經理嘅人話俾佢知向佢投訴,佢講一聲吓,咁就走咗。我埋單時,再向收銀員再次投訴,收銀員叫另外一位女經理來到,再向經理投訴。原來嗰位男士着西裝嗰位係替工經理。怪唔得知啦。下次晚飯,都唔好搞我。
