在美孚上班,公司附近的酒樓「稻坊」結業之後,加上疫情,已經很久沒有和同事一起飲茶。酒樓現在最多6 人一枱,這就可以點多些點心!蝦餃燒賣,賣相不錯,但蝦無蝦味又唔爽口。炸魷魚鬚,新鮮脆口,尚算大碟。蒸馬拉糕,新鮮熱辣出爐,鬆軟可口。雪山叉燒包竟然上菜是冷的,叉燒份量又少,下次一定不會再點。腸粉、炸豆腐、豉汁蒸鳯爪,冇奇望所以冇失望,中規中矩。最喜出望外竟然是羅漢齋炒麵,麵底脆、料多、獻汁不太濃,食完一碗又一碗人手完全唔夠,好難才找到一個職員,但他們服務態度良好。位置其實不太好,由於酒樓在2樓,可以搭lift ,不過lift超細,加上中午食飯時間很多人,等很久,因此我們離開的時候選擇走樓梯。街坊生意,味道不過不失,價錢合理,會有下次!

我們沒有點套餐,但父親堅持要來一份蒸石班。小小的老鼠班,1.5斤左右,肉質結實爽口,吃得出是夠新鮮的魚。不過,感覺上,是日的魚出品蒸老左少少。而且仲要催了好多次才上。

炆牛肋骨,是粵式做法的炆牛肋骨。肉腍如牛腩,用了柱候醬來醃製,叮起來,味道也如牛腩。非常香口而且啖啖肉的牛肉菜式,大家都喜歡,而且,伴上一碗白飯,絕對是更高一層的享受。

雖然大家主力是食白飯,但我們亦點了一份蝦球伊麵。這是一份上湯伊麵,吃起來味道比起炒的更清及少油。吃起來,質感雖是好,蝦球亦有味道,但始終這是一個算是比較清淡的湯伊麵,整體味道上,以有海鮮為伴的麵食,算是太淡口了。

感覺還可以的一餐。相信,當晚人太多,廚房同樓面應付不來而出現服務上同食物上的水準有參差。下次有機會再來食點心或晚飯時,再看看水準有沒有變動才可以正式評價此酒樓的好壞。

great, let's take a look.
didn't expect it was so packed and so many ppl. this is so nice.

we had a set dinner meals, and because it was offered, and I am not so easy to take those photo and sharing.
