疫情之下外賣返屋企慢慢Enjoy都要搞搞新意思,皆因食咗一個星期茶記炒粉麵飯都食到有D悶悶地,忽然今日又心癢癢想食雞煲,於是決定外賣個雞煲返屋企食。因為落大雨唔想喺條街度等,所以預先打電話去Order定,6點鐘準時去到,等咗唔夠5分鐘就有得拎,方便快捷,返到屋企轉返落個鍋翻一翻熱就有得食,開心晒。因為我自己鍾意食而且好食得辣,所以就好大膽咁叫咗大辣。食落好惹味好正,大辣勉強頂得住(真係辣得好過癮),幅相的份量係半隻雞,兩個人啱啱好,食到中段落個烏冬,吸返晒D辣汁,堅正﹗開埋罐啤酒真係無得彈。

今日去深水埗附近購物,行到肚餓,就去咗荔枝角道附近嘅火鍋店豐鍋打邊爐。一打開餐牌,知道佢哋主打雞煲,再見到有很多不同類型的東西叫,一於每一樣都叫一些吧。麻辣雞煲BB辣份量不少,有半只雞咁多,再加上不同類型的配料,味道辣辣香香的,加埋鮮雞味,成為一個完美的雞煲。正!豬皮爽脆既豬皮再配以雞煲既味汁,當然成為了特色的配搭的。頂級雪花肥牛味道非常之香口,肉質食得出系貴野嚟㗎,雪花紋理非常之清晰,夠晒厚切同重牛味讚好!自創爆芝紫菜響鈴特色之選,配合得很好。香濃既芝士配在紫菜同響鈴上,食落有層次,有口感,最重要系一啲都唔肥。再配埋兩杯解渴特飲,成就了豐盛的一餐。

今日經過深水埗唔知食咩好,咁岩又已經差唔多半年冇食過雞煲,誤打誤撞之下就嚟到豐鍋雞煲。兩個女仔比較細食,所以只帶咗半份雞煲,另外加咗份小食同埋嗌咗幾款配料打邊爐。落單之後,店員好快就送上雞煲,店員會喺現場炒雞件,炒完就食得。雞煲嘅醬汁質地濃厚,牢牢咁依附係每一件雞件上,食落都幾濃郁。因為叫咗BB辣嘅關係,辣味唔算重,不過越煮就會越辣,越食越惹味。雞件嘅肉質都幾香滑,用料新鮮。值得一讚嘅仲有魚皮,每一塊魚皮都大大件,脆卜卜得黎味道仲好香,同雞煲好夾。鮮蝦木耳雲吞份量飽滿,係店舖自家製,不錯。另外再點左牛柳粒同油麥菜,食到超級飽。玫瑰梳打唔會過甜,玫瑰味唔會太「假」,而水蜜桃梳打都好香濃水蜜桃味。

之前有聽人講過依間雞煲,原來佢深水埗都有開店。6點幾鐘去到人少少,點知一台枱嘅客人慢慢入座七時多便已經坐滿。大部份客人都係預訂左,好多都係大枱。佢呢間分店有個海皇餐,似乎都幾多人食。我今日都係想食雞煲,食完再加肥牛打個簡單嘅邊爐。我本身食唔到大辣,叫咗個細麻辣,麻味重好過癮。雞本身幾新鮮幾滑,半隻雞兩個人食,食完已經半飽,加湯打邊爐,唔點咁多嘢。食麻辣嘢一定要有飲品,美國肥牛大大片,幾新鮮。佢依塊原片魚皮,好厚身,同平時炸魚皮口感好唔同。冰豆腐係我好鍾意嘅打邊爐良伴,健唔健康我唔理但係佢好食咁多油嘅湯底,最啱淥油麥菜。價錢唔算好平,但幾好食,服務亦唔錯,唔怪得知有咁多街坊捧場。

一直以來兩公婆也想食雞煲,今天終於到了朋友介紹,位於深水埗荔枝角道的豐鍋吃麻辣雞煲。食店相當大,一入店要量體溫,坐低服務員先拿一大碗熱水給我們洗餐具。我們點了招牌麻辣雞煲半隻,可選擇辣度,服務員會幫手拌勻材料,香氣四溢,紫洋蔥非常好味,雞件嫩滑有咬口,味道麻香加點辣,剌激味蕾!吃完加湯火鍋,我們點了頂級雪花肥牛、蜂巢豆腐、爆芝紫菜響鈴及娃娃菜。芝士紫菜響鈴新鮮製作,芝士及紫菜口味豐富好味,吸了麻辣火鍋精華相當好味;第一次吃蜂巢豆腐,很喜歡它的口感,充滿湯汁。頂級雪花肥牛大大片,有牛香味,有咬口唔韌,我同老公極速吃光!特別一提特飲烏梅汁非常好味,消暑解渴,是必點飲品之一。8點後愈來愈多人到店用餐,可知餐廳食物有相當吸引力。
