本身餐廳位置唔起眼,响商場入邊1樓成日路過唔會覺得要特別幫襯估唔到上到1樓排隊有幾墟冚,個個拎住飛唔願走。但伙計太有效率,我哋等10張枱都係等左15分鐘就有位 ,搭枱都照坐,因為入到餐廳見倒人人一手雞你就知咩事我哋都跟叫脆皮燒雞跟薯菜。燒雞上碟時仲係熱到辣手,搣開雞皮好似搣開脆片咁,佢皮薄冇乜肥膏,非常香口。雞肉超Juice,搣開嗰陣不斷有肉汁流出。雞肉咬落去非常嫩滑,食得出雞肉有輕輕醃過。薯菜係傳統嘅波浪紋厚切薯條完全滿足晒食香口嘢嘅慾望 continue reading

今晚去到灣仔搵嘢食,喺軒尼詩道望上去見到好多人食呢間餐廳,我哋就上去試吓!一開始間條啡白色恤衫職員態度很好,點知真正落單黑衫禿頭人過嚟幫我哋落單,講完幾個菜名之後,我哋諗住個餐牌都放喺枱面繼續睇飲乜好,就叫佢落住啲菜式先,點知佢搶個餐牌想收,我話我哋想睇嘢飲,佢就話你想睇到時咪再攞囉,好似個餐牌鑲金咁,唔俾留喺枱面,跟住佢行走嘅時候舉起手指好冇禮貌大聲講 「 你咪睇囉!」其實實質上係佢唔俾我哋睇,唔係我哋唔想睇,真係未見過經理可以咁差嘅態度,簡直就係趕客!不過呢度最出色都係燒春雞,其他真係唔得 👎個椒鹽蝦冇味得外面啲椒鹽粉味,個小炒肉啲肉好硬好似好老咁,唔係因為隻燒春雞,真係唔好嚟呢度食!如果一間餐廳有一個咁嘅人,仲要係管理餐廳嘅經理,講真其他人服務有幾好,都比呢一個人搞衰晒!就算要去食,上到去都唔好叫呢個黑色禿頭經理幫你落單,免得受氣! continue reading
