星期日同三五知己一齊聚會,我們隨便選擇了在銅鑼灣皇室堡餐廳-Royal Inn 。我們大概是下午2:30下午茶時間,一入去就被精緻華麗的裝修吸引。餐牌選擇不算多,但剛好有下午茶tea set可以一試。下午茶Tea Set :外觀精緻,沙律感覺新鮮,而鹹點甜點水平較為一般沒有特別出色。意大利煙豬面頰肉卡邦尼意粉,芝士味重,較多肥肉,味道不過不失。三文魚香草茄汁戒指意粉,意粉份量不多,煎三文魚肉質可以,茄汁意粉味道有點似罐頭意粉醬。炸雞鎚牛角包窩夫:炸雞鎚香脆肉嫩,但是食起來不太方便,牛角包窩夫能吃到酥皮的感覺,但是質地偏硬。整體來說,餐廳裝修及環境打卡的話是ok;但食物水平屬於一般,收費與食物質素水平不成正比。

銅鑼灣搵嘢食,多數質素都唔錯。行街行到攰,想搵一間舒舒服服的餐廳坐下,同朋友傾下計。之前有食過尖沙嘴Royal inn,覺得味道不錯環境好適宜傾計,於是都想試試銅鑼灣新開的分店, 但味道都可以保持到相當水準!法式芝士焗生蠔雖然係焗生蠔,但生蠔還是生的,好特別的口感,外面係熟的芝士,裡面係清甜多汁的鮮生蠔,以為會好奇怪,但其實口感幾好,唔會腥,如果怕直接食生蠔的朋友,呢個食法都幾好。蟹肉忌廉汁意粉濃濃的忌廉香味,混合了厚厚的蟹肉碎,每一條扁意粉都包裹了香香的醬,份量兩個人分來吃剛好,不會膩。意粉都煮得剛剛好!炭燒8oz安格斯牛排下單時員工很貼心地告知呢個牛排會偏硬,想著沒關係。牛排來的時候,直接一口就一塊.. 還真有點硬。於是切小小塊再入口,要的五成熟,肉質是稍微有點韌,但牛肉味十足,慢慢享受,配菜焗土豆都香濃有口感,加上解膩的小番茄,牛排都唔錯!
