前幾日因為工作關係需要同同事跨區過海工作,咁工作完成之後,當然要食返餐好嘅輕鬆吓,本身就諗住過返九龍食,但奈何大家都係住新界區,所以都係諗諗吓去返港島區食完直接返屋企,就揀咗天后一間酒樓,今日邊個部長就推介咗一個古法羊腩煲,個味道幾特別,同出邊食開嗰啲大排檔好唔同,最緊要啲羊一啲騷味都冇,羊肉入口即溶,唔會太硬,真心推薦俾大家之後一人叫咗一隻大閘蟹,大閘蟹就是時令,月份適合食公,蟹膏都幾多,可以一戰之後唔少得就梗係叫咗一個牛仔粒,味道都唔錯,最主要都係佢配味配得幾好,食到我同我同事都舔舔脷,仲一人嗌咗兩個飯添,送飯一流。

最近我去咗附近嘅工展會,玩完之後就想搵個地方食飯。朋友推薦去天后御名軒,真係好驚喜!入到酒樓,發覺都滿座,晚餐價錢真係好抵食,幾款優惠同時可以一齊用,勁抵食。最吸引我嘅係佢哋嘅特別優惠,$1就可以食到紅燒雞絲翅,性價比高到無得輸!呢道紅燒雞絲翅雖然平,但味道完全唔馬虎。雞肉滑嫩,湯汁濃郁,夠哂足料。禁凍既天氣當然要叫羊腩煲暖身,仲有生菜送。羊腩肉質超嫩,湯底味道濃厚,枝竹吸收晒羊腩煲嘅精華,好好味。生菜清脆,正好可以中和羊肉嘅油膩,食完真係好滿足,特別係冬天食。另外,鮑魚扣鵝掌晚市優惠只需$108,實在超值!鮑魚4大粒,大隻爽彈,鵝掌好入味,食落嫩滑,骨肉勁易分離。醬汁調得剛好,令整道菜更加豐富。我哋仲叫咗金銀蛋菠菜,色彩好靚,咸蛋同皮蛋嘅搭配增添咗風味,菠菜新鮮,令菜式更加健康。呢道菜不止好睇,味道都唔錯。
