如果要喺荃灣搵間靚靚嘅中菜宴客,‘’如‘’真係一個好好嘅選擇。餐廳裝修簡潔得黎又有啲時尚,樓底算高,枱同枱之間有令人舒適嘅距離,坐喺度食飯真係非常舒服。酒店中菜食物水準確實有一定嘅保證,每道菜都好好味。 非常推介佢哋嘅拆魚羹,呢道菜需要師傅好多工夫將食材切成幼絲,真係啖啖都係心機,再配上濃濃嘅鮮魚高湯,🐟味道鮮美到不得了!另外,仲有炸子雞🐓,外脆內嫩,咬落去仲好juicy!炸子雞嘅拌碟係炸蓮藕,咬下去脆脆卜又有啲淮鹽味,好食得停唔到口。 甜點方面最令我印象深刻係薑汁豆腐花,賣相靚到爆,好似一朵菊花咁,食落去又滑又香,薑汁味道適中,唔會太甜,真係完美嘅結尾😋總結來講,如中菜餐廳無論係環境、服務定係食物都非常出色,值得一試!如果你喺荃灣附近,真係唔好錯過呢間餐廳! continue reading
