西西里紅蝦扁意粉配香草蕃茄 - 侍應推介呢道菜,同埋亦於上菜時,提議我地用匙羹先將蝦頭的汁迫出到意粉,直係有好多汁,而且亦香味撲鼻。紅蝦肉新鮮,扁意粉亦煮得啱啱好。

牛扒 (Medium well)
家人的香烤澳洲M5和牛西冷配時菜 - 肉質相對較嫩,品質滿意。

我的美國Prime ribeye, 雖然無M5和牛咁嫩,不過由於係直接grill,所以牛扒除咗賣相更加靚,而且更加香。另外ribeye咬落亦唔算韌,口感一流!

甜品
餐廳為家人準備咗小小的生日糕點。
另外,我地亦再揀咗2款甜品,燉蛋及傳統意式蛋糕,2樣甜品都美味,再加上朱古力及餅點,完美的一餐生日晚飯。

整體食物美味,服務週到又貼心。
唯一小小美中不足,當晚某枱的客人比較大聲,稍微影响咗整體氣氛。另外,我同家人都留意到,侍應們有好幾次跌餐具落地的情況,作為高級餐廳,呢方面要改善!

sabatini是很道地的義大利餐廳,一進門開始,地板、牆壁、擺設都非常有異國風情,食物更是道地的義大利食材,晚餐的自助式前菜,更是每一 樣都很經典,火腿、密瓜、芝士等.....琳瑯滿目,最後會有甜品餐車,讓客人挑選填甜品,甜品也是每一樣都好吃。在這裡過生日,還會有桌邊唱歌服務(雖然我當時覺蠻尷尬的),但是這就是餐廳提供的貼心服務,也算是非常有記憶點的地方。

擺盤以球狀碗呈上,以Tiramisu來說,形狀有點奇怪。
這也導致mascarpone cheese餡跟餅乾的比例失衡。
是這餐飯有點小失望的點。

總括而言,食物中上,餐廳裝潢漂亮古色古香。
server的服務也非常細心周到,值得一讚。
下次來試試他們的seasonal menu,品嚐時令食材,可能有另一番風味。

因著為好友慶生終於來訪。充滿地道的意大利風情裝潢, 古典優雅的佈置加上昏暗的環境, 氣氛浪漫之餘亦不失氣派。菜式、酒類選擇種類非常多, 而且都用上貴價食材但味道比預期中略平淡, 性價比不算高。
