Sabatini平日嘅semi lunch buffet之前都食過幾次,都感覺好正宗,非常意大利,今次趁住復活節假期,就試吓佢哋個Sunday brunch係點!一入到餐廳,個餐廳環境依舊都好意大利,以為自己去咗意大利一樣,同出面buffet個位完全唔一樣!呢個Sunday brunch除咗個main course要揀之外,其他starter同甜品都基本上係任食(除咗個魚子醬係一人10g同個煎水牛芝士係得一客之外)。由於疫情嘅關係,原本應該係用buffet嘅形式serve嘅starter就變咗做platter一次過serve一次俾你,你想添食d咩就可以同侍應講!個starter platter入面都有好幾款嘢食,凍海鮮就不過不失啦!個Parma ham好咸香,配埋個蜜瓜簡直係絕配!個煙三文魚都好好食,好有油份唔dry!之後就嚟咗個魚子醬,但我本身就對魚子醬冇乜嘢研究,所以都唔好結論咁多啦!佢出邊仲有個live station,有黑松露炒蛋,牛肉他他,雜菜湯同埋有d燒烤嘢!咁我試咗雜菜湯同埋個牛肉他他,都非常好味!再之後個侍應就上埋個長通粉同埋意大利飯,2個都好好食,熟到啱啱好!我個主菜

我個主菜就叫咗個羊架,5成熟啱啱好,d肉好嫩又唔蘇!
到最後甜品啦,都係一個platter嘅形式去serve,最好食係個拿破崙,超鬆化,好食過帝苑自己出嗰啲拿破崙!
D侍應服務超好,佢會好細心咁介紹每一道菜,見你食得少又問你夠唔夠食,非常細心!
其實佢仲有個wine free flow,飲紅白酒同Prosecco,都係加$135!但我唔係好飲得就冇加到!
最後一杯latte作結,呢個brunch真心滿足!
