Sabatini平日嘅semi lunch buffet之前都食過幾次,都感覺好正宗,非常意大利,今次趁住復活節假期,就試吓佢哋個Sunday brunch係點!

一入到餐廳,個餐廳環境依舊都好意大利,以為自己去咗意大利一樣,同出面buffet個位完全唔一樣!

呢個Sunday brunch除咗個main course要揀之外,其他starter同甜品都基本上係任食(除咗個魚子醬係一人10g同個煎水牛芝士係得一客之外)。由於疫情嘅關係,原本應該係用buffet嘅形式serve嘅starter就變咗做platter一次過serve一次俾你,你想添食d咩就可以同侍應講!

個starter platter入面都有好幾款嘢食,凍海鮮就不過不失啦!個Parma ham好咸香,配埋個蜜瓜簡直係絕配!個煙三文魚都好好食,好有油份唔dry!

之後就嚟咗個魚子醬,但我本身就對魚子醬冇乜嘢研究,所以都唔好結論咁多啦!

佢出邊仲有個live station,有黑松露炒蛋,牛肉他他,雜菜湯同埋有d燒烤嘢!咁我試咗雜菜湯同埋個牛肉他他,都非常好味!

再之後個侍應就上埋個長通粉同埋意大利飯,2個都好好食,熟到啱啱好!

我個主菜就叫咗個羊架,5成熟啱啱好,d肉好嫩又唔蘇!

到最後甜品啦,都係一個platter嘅形式去serve,最好食係個拿破崙,超鬆化,好食過帝苑自己出嗰啲拿破崙!

D侍應服務超好,佢會好細心咁介紹每一道菜,見你食得少又問你夠唔夠食,非常細心!

其實佢仲有個wine free flow,飲紅白酒同Prosecco,都係加$135!但我唔係好飲得就冇加到!

最後一杯latte作結,呢個brunch真心滿足!

尖沙咀意大利菜很久沒有來這裏吃飯。一直都很喜歡這裏,裝修得像西歐,味道正宗。這次我們點了炒日本蛋多士配黑松露 : 現在是黑松露的季節,很多菜式也有用到黑松露。這個炒蛋的黑松露非常香濃,除了即磨黑松露菌,蛋也加入了黑松露,蛋香加上黑松露香,連香味也有層次。龍蝦湯 : 非常濃稠的龍蝦湯,龍蝦肉很有彈性。澳洲和牛柳伴鴨肝、黑松露 : 鴨肝非常香滑,入口溶化,跟軟稔的牛柳一起吃,食感很有層次。先有黑松露的香味,再吃到軟滑的鴨肝,最後有牛柳嫩滑的質感。整體很滿意的一餐。

主菜無得無限添嘅,有羊、牛(要加錢)同魚揀。極力推食medium嘅羊,因為真係做得十分出色。羊肉好嫩好嫩好嫩.... 有羊味.... 加錢叫嘅牛扒,廚師上菜時會拎3舊黑松露响你面前即場刨,好慷慨俾好多黑松露你,直頭係全塊牛扒俾佢遮晒.... 試過牛同羊之後,我都係覺得唔使加錢嘅羊好食啲.....

甜品有4款,4款都好味。餐包每人一杯果汁同餐飲,酒店啲咖啡都好好飲。

食完飯仲可以落佢餅店買全宇宙最好食嘅蝴蝶酥.... 咁成餐飯就完滿喇.....

多年没來, 餐廳仍然給我仿如置身歐洲既感覺, 我們準時入座, 女友很開心, 大家也特意打扮得靚靚, 心情很期待。但不知是否希望愈大失望愈大, 之後我們的經歷確是麻麻。


餐廳首先為我們解釋ㄧ下這個brunch
既食物內容. 基本上由starter 至甜品, 只有主菜及飲品需要選擇, 其他也是他指定了(但也有一些starter及主菜選項需加$)。我們没加$, 主菜選了羊扒五成熟及芝士焗法國雞胸。首先給我們ㄧ藍麵包, 每人ㄧ小盒10g 西伯利亞魚子醬,魚子醬味道不錯, 不太咸, 跟麵包ㄧ起吃是good pair. 之後上Starter, 有龍蝦, 蟹腳, pama ham, 煙三文魚, 水牛芝士, 西蘭花及茄子。我覺得全部只是普通buffet 的質素, 没有驚喜。這個brunch 是可以refill, 跟住跟waiter 説想再order 一些starter。waiter 的態度麻麻又有些不耐煩。首先他跟我説" 師傅盡量執比你" , " 唔係全部都執到, 若果要好多, 師傅也不會執到比你"。 其實我跟本就冇講過我要d 咩
。跟住佢就話" 執多ㄧ份比你o 唔ok?" 我答, 我只係要蟹脚, 茄子, 煙三文魚及pama ham. 因為我係背住佢, 我冇望到佢, 但我女友就話見到佢用紙仔寫低我們嘅要求時, 態度不耐煩而且全程没有望過我, 只是望著出面, 她説以為自己身處" 澳牛"

after starter 有些小食是可以出去自取, soup of the day (好似係豆湯,幾好飲, 好香), 黑松露炒蛋多士(普通), 生牛肉tartare多士(好味)。
炭燒意大利腸, 𩶘魚, 魷魚, 加拿大豬柳, 全部我都唔識欣賞, 唔好味, 賣相又差! 同去bbq 放紙碟冇分别

之後上的意大利飯, 蕃茄汁長通粉及主菜羊扒及雞胸也不錯!

不過最好味都係甜品, 果然係sabatini 招牌甜品. 此brunch 包ㄧ杯果汁及茶/coffee. 除了叫starter 時的小插曲, 被他ruin 了sabatini 在我心中的高尚感覺,其他staff 其實態度是不錯的。 overall $648 per head+10%, 有咁多野食, 確是抵的!
不過質素也不是甚麼高級只可以是ㄧ個普通自助餐質素吧

🔸主菜用完後就到甜品
當日有個小插曲😂,朋友訂枱時已remark咗寫生日牌,到送餐時卻漏咗,所以要再拎返入去寫返同加蠟燭,來來回回就用左少少時間,但因為店員都好友善,所以無傷大雅。
以往佢哋嘅lunch都係有甜品車,有幾款甜點比客人選擇,但因疫情的關係,就直接比哂四款,包括有藍莓芝士、聖安娜酥皮千層、拿破崙、tiramisu 。
當中我最鍾意佢哋嘅拿破崙蛋糕,非常酥脆又香牛油,配埋吉士醬同士多啤梨一齊食,好好味!聖安娜酥皮蛋糕個cream好滑!配搭脆酥皮,雙重口感,食落唔會膩。

🟤Sabatini 屬於老牌西餐廳,食物同服務當然會有一定嘅水準,佢哋大部分嘅店員都好友善、好有禮貌,唯獨當日有一位著灰色西裝嘅男待應,佢行到我朋友個位後面,突然華麗轉身指住佢隻錶,然後同我哋講:「食快啲喎!三點囉喎!」我同朋友都即刻呆左,以為自己入左澳牛。如果夠鍾清場,其實可以禮貌少少提示我哋的。哩度就要改善一下了。

Sabatini 已經食過好多次,食物都維持水準,可能仲有好多餐廳再好食啲,但我每次嚟都食都會覺得好開心好舒服又唔會覺得太焗促,上個月嚟食過两次仲覺得服務員比之前更加的親和主動,感覺更好 自疫情底下再無得自己出去 salad bar 自取有啲可惜,須然一樣可以任點任食,但始終無自己出去揀咁興奮😆 risotto 整得好,而主菜基本上每次都係食羊架,好味;甜品必選一定係聖安娜+拿破倫😋(試過一次叫咗两件聖安娜……太飽了😂)因為疫情關係,酒店包括餐廳要停業14天,希望一切都安然無恙,員工們都健健康康啦。以後我還是會繼續支持 Sabatini 的。

My staycation package included a set lunch in Sabatini and this was my main point of choosing this staycation package. Even with my high expectation, its better than what I expected! The service was superb as all of the staffs r very friendly, the food was delicious and have this posh look. starter~then the main spagetti I particularly admire the dessert! I could choose 2 from the dessert cart and the tiramisu was fabulous! the Mango Mille feuille was the BEST!
