To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩個人來吃晚餐, 週六晚上無需等待, 因為有兩層樓,桌子座位不少日式冷麵,醬汁有點多,麵質不會太淋,整體ok魚生夠新鮮, 赤貝質素一般,帶子三文魚均正常茶碗蒸溫度夠好,有些少海鮮料天婦羅炸過龍了一點

幾年前我跟女朋友會經常入元朗食魚一壽司,因為一直都覺得食材很新鮮和體驗唔錯。大概兩年前左右就少左黎食。今天跟女朋友慶祝生日,佢想入黎再食多次魚一,就專登訂左位入黎食,點知就出晒事,好多款壽司都伏到爆,完全唔同晒。首先,三文魚腩刺身非常不新鮮,只係有一陣腥味。魷魚壽司直程起渣,咬都咬唔斷。到軟殼蟹卷,份量相比幾年前縮水左最少三份一,入面勁少軟殼蟹(有一兩舊直程無),仲有啲紫菜碎係外面??總之成件事係好唔夾。另外生帶子也是很不新鮮,色澤暗淡。其他貝類和蟹膏軍艦還算正常水準不過不失。但最令人失望的,是生牛肉他他壽司,幾件的牛肉都是起渣,無肉味和非常乾。咁多件壽司可能得左口魚算幾好食,但剩下的炸物也是普通。服務方面我就不多作評論,但就食物而論,基本上各方面都完全保持不了水準。希望這篇文章能表達出我既失望,也是誠心勸告大家不要再試元朗呢間魚一。絕對無下次!

本身諗住算,越諗越撚嬲,決定留低我第一條cm。食物正常,價錢合理。但係服務態度都幾撚差,如果想受氣可以嚟食因為嗰日去人都幾多,我就問啲staff可以坐邊,佢淨係答我前邊嗰張枱。因為夜晚人多,眼見就得張四人枱,咁我哋得兩個人驚唔坐得,所以我就問返佢前邊邊張啦。問佢第一次佢冇理我哋,咁唔緊要嘅,我明白人手不足會忙啲,咁我就自己喺度睇吓邊張枱先係,可能個staff見我哋企咗喺度,就同我哋講45號枱。好啦,咁我咪搵吓45號枱喺邊囉,張枱就黐住TX,完全唔知邊張係45號,我就問佢係咪眼前呢張四人枱,佢就行埋嚟指住我哋面前張枱,勁撚串話:係呀!呢張啊。然後勁大力放低兩個杯走咗。講真,我又唔係喺你哋舖頭度做,我點知45號枱喺邊張?同埋前邊嗰張枱又係邊張?後邊聽到個staff同其他啲同事啲說話btw唔係我偷聽啦,係佢哋講得都幾大聲吓。咁我都曾經做過餐飲業,我都知其實咩料,但係唔該返工又返工嘅樣,講客壞話唔緊要,唔好俾人聽到忿好地地收工諗住食餐飯,仲要俾錢買難受 食不了一點,希望你哋啲員工態度可以好啲
