幾年前我跟女朋友會經常入元朗食魚一壽司,因為一直都覺得食材很新鮮和體驗唔錯。大概兩年前左右就少左黎食。今天跟女朋友慶祝生日,佢想入黎再食多次魚一,就專登訂左位入黎食,點知就出晒事,好多款壽司都伏到爆,完全唔同晒。首先,三文魚腩刺身非常不新鮮,只係有一陣腥味。魷魚壽司直程起渣,咬都咬唔斷。到軟殼蟹卷,份量相比幾年前縮水左最少三份一,入面勁少軟殼蟹(有一兩舊直程無),仲有啲紫菜碎係外面??總之成件事係好唔夾。另外生帶子也是很不新鮮,色澤暗淡。其他貝類和蟹膏軍艦還算正常水準不過不失。但最令人失望的,是生牛肉他他壽司,幾件的牛肉都是起渣,無肉味和非常乾。咁多件壽司可能得左口魚算幾好食,但剩下的炸物也是普通。服務方面我就不多作評論,但就食物而論,基本上各方面都完全保持不了水準。希望這篇文章能表達出我既失望,也是誠心勸告大家不要再試元朗呢間魚一。絕對無下次!

太差既體驗,平時在元朗食日式餐廳都會選擇魚一,不是第一兩次惠顧。首先上餐已慢,到來的可樂亦不夠凍,查詢店員說雪櫃是恆溫,都是一樣凍。等了很久,沙律先來,芒果蟹籽沙律,是臭的,叫店員退。等了很久的火炙拖羅,食晒d野仲未黎,追了一次,仲未黎,等待中周圍望,原來一直在桌上的牙簽筒是發毛的!救命,很失望

只要係材料新鮮,味道就已經贏咗九條街;這個厚燒牛舌,牛舌肉質爽嫩彈牙,只是加岩鹽和黑椒來提味,已牛味十足,且肉汁豐富,必食推介之一

🔮燒菠蘿
呢個燒菠蘿,亦都係我其中一個至愛,廚師會揀選差唔多熟透的菠蘿,新鮮原個菠蘿切片,入口爆汁Juicy ,非常清甜,攞來做飯後果甜品絕對一流啊

由於餐廳實在太受歡迎啦,加排隊想排少一陣嘅話,可以預早GULU app度先登記攞位,預返啱時間,咁你到門口就唔好等太耐啦

今日開OpenRice,係收藏度搵咗出嚟,決定一試。因6點15分到,樓下層已坐滿。原來樓上仲有一層,都有唔少枱。限時食90分鐘,坐底就用QR code點餐,嘩!比想像中多嘢揀,真係大細都啱食!平時係食天水圍個邊日本菜真係無啖好食,元朗呢間性價比好高,三文魚腩刺身8片$98,原條鰻魚都係$118,沖繩生啤2杯都係$68,牛油果軟殼蟹$45。。。。。。今晚食咗22樣嘢,埋單都係$798。相當抵食!刺身好肥美同新鮮,屋企人都話下次食日本菜要再返嚟食呀🤭🤭🤭

今日星期五,約7點多到,已經見到好多人排隊,同媽媽等咗大約15分鐘就入座。應該係太多單嘅關係,我哋叫咗嘢食半個鐘都一樣嘢食都未到,仲有中途嚟錯咗2樣嘢食。個劉海蓋眼的𡃁仔待應又無咩禮貌。過咗半個鐘終於催佢~先至嚟個飯,跟著又隔咗一陣又要再催,先知嚟個3碟壽司,結果媽媽趕時間就走咗,我繼續等大半個鐘頭前嘅嘢,咁唯有再催佢,但結果我一個人吹住冷氣又等多十幾分鐘,啲嘢食都仲係未到!我去俾錢時,個收銀姐姐叫做好禮貌啲~講唔好意思話今晚好多人,其實係佢做埋外賣先做唔切者,咁樣太趕客啦!!!我等咗個個幾鐘啲嘢都未嚟齊😮‍💨

記得很多年前,元朗的日式料理店都是非常出名的,尤其是大大條的三文魚壽司。今天難得到元朗一趟,就搜尋人氣較好的日式料理店。見到這間魚一好評較多,就即管一試。未到6點下層就坐滿。我們都叫了不少壽司、串燒。吞拿魚腩軍艦 - 紫菜爽口味道濃郁,吞拿魚腩新鮮牛舌 - 厚厚的牛舌,外面配上黑椒豚肉野菜串 - 豚肉燒得夠脆,配上蕃茄仔、蘆筍等,食落不太油膩雞皮、雞腎 - 質感都較硬Sushi - 叫左差不多十款,都是新鮮的,尤其是劍魚腩、池魚,但馬刀貝、三文魚味道都較淡員工服務質素就一般了!尤其食到最後,有三款壽司還沒到,相信是漏單!當然我們找了職員跟進,好在我有把壽司拍照,才有跟進機會。否則,相信我要更花氣力去追討!

Sushi - 叫左差不多十款,都是新鮮的,尤其是劍魚腩、池魚,但馬刀貝、三文魚味道都較淡

員工服務質素就一般了!

尤其食到最後,有三款壽司還沒到,相信是漏單!

當然我們找了職員跟進,好在我有把壽司拍照,才有跟進機會。

否則,相信我要更花氣力去追討!

未試過食野咁拿激氣,今晩消費$900+,竟然比個女服務員係廰面大大聲無禮對待!首先,我一坐低叫兩杯啤酒,差唔多飲完既時候,一個好女服務員過黎幫我收左個吉杯,我叫佢幫我order兩杯啤酒,跟住佢好無禮貌咁答我:你要自己月手機㩒!ok,我咪飲少兩杯羅,少事。食到咁上下,佢走過黎同我講:你地差唔多夠鐘,我問:幾點夠鐘,佢行返去魚生枱邊係魚生邊大大聲問企係收銀機前同事:佢問佢地幾點夠鐘wor(佢兩個人距離不跟兩米).如果只有我一個覺得佢態度有問題,呢個可能係主觀角度,係我被態度差既服务員呼喝完後過了十幾分鐘,有一個女仕入店問佢關於幾時有枱之類既細節問題,個女客人同個惡劣態度既女服務員對話十多秒後,我見到個女客人O左咀望住個女服务員講:你咁差態度既!我馬上同個女客人講:我啱啱先比佢呼喝完,唔好係度食啦,比錢係度受氣。個女客人出去同朋友講完幾句就走左。今時今日仲留呢d服務員係店,怪唔得香港既食店比人話到一文不值,成個行業比呢類老鼠屎污染曬!轉頭出埋post上食元!垃圾店!!!
