To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2/5服務生落單同廚房都有點心不在焉。羅宋湯有點淡,餐包偏甜,軟但不太鬆。黑椒汁偏少,薯菜份量還好。小驚喜,雞扒外皮酥脆。豬扒很薄,但鬆肉粉份量還算合理。奶茶一般。想試吓佢啲特色甜品。 continue reading

人在港島,想吃吃港式鋸扒,好像選擇也不多,唯一想到在西營盤的森美餐廳,雖然知道質素下跌了不少,就當是到老店懷舊一番。進了店內,就像穿梭時空,回到七、八十年代的舊時光。紅、白湯平時愛喝紅湯,但這裡的紅湯沒有層次,只有微微的酸,不太行。焗法國田螺據說是最能保持水準的一道菜,田螺肉鮮嫩,墊底的薯蓉吸盡了香草牛油汁,未吃主菜已吃得半飽。鐵板雜扒餐大堆頭的製作,有齊牛扒、豬扒、雞扒、香腸和煙肉,份量上肉食獸必然喜愛,而肉質是預期中的一般。法式砵酒燴羊膝這道菜較少在市面上吃到,羊膝的肉質煮得軟腍,醬汁甜酸而帶有砵酒香氣,很開胃,拌吃意粉也一流。森美的貓兒養得肥肥白白,一臉悠然自得,在店中穿梭。 continue reading

平時好鍾意幫襯港式扒房,同先生經過森美諗住入去試下。加咗$60半打法式田螺,味道正常,無諗過已經係成餐飯最好食嗰樣嚟。。叫咗份晚餐鑊仔牛柳。。總共有3塊質素好似大家樂早餐既牛扒,咬落去完全唔係肉類既質感,植物肉都似肉過佢。。伏出國際先生嗰份12安士肉眼,叫7成熟比咗份得3成熟既嚟,用咗九牛二虎之力先切得到,食到好似食緊香口膠咁。。最後大家食咗幾啖就棄咗,離譜到為咗呢間餐廳打第一篇食評😅🤦🏽‍♀️ continue reading

叫咗一個咖哩牛肉飯,一個鐵黑椒牛柳,一個森美汁牛柳,一個焗田螺。上一次食係以前附近返工食晏,10年後返嚟再試,啲嘢食退步曬。嘢食真係唔抵食,牛柳啲肉係霉嘅,好似食緊疆屍肉咁。地方又立立亂,好多雜物,報紙又亂放,貨又亂放,坐都坐得唔舒服。服務一般,唔會主動問你啲食物點樣,個侍應收碟嗰時,見兩份餐仲有兩大舊牛柳喺度覺得好疑惑但係又唔問點解,主動性欠奉,10年後再試,真心失望,以後唔會再嚟。 continue reading
