To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日星期日下晝喺荃灣周圍搵出名嘅美食希望白忙中可以抽空食美食減低平日工作嘅壓力，睇食評話呢一間嘢唔錯，諗住試一試，叫咗一個$68嘅崩沙腩，上枱食物是見到嘅崩沙腩並不如想像中明顯的肥瘦分明，味道也偏鹹，今次嘅體驗並不是很好，所以建議大家如果因為嘗試崩沙腩，慕名而來的有心理準備，未必與你所願。餐廳內環境算是一般，並不覺得10分整潔，而服務的姐姐服務也是一般般，說話鄉音比較較重，有時很難即時明白，另外結帳時租櫃檯向姐姐反映婚紗腩調味偏鹹的時候，謝謝只是很敷衍地說了一句好的，也沒有很在意，我在說什麼便跟其他同事繼續傾偈。

一級牛坑腩河 $68牛坑腩非常之焾，但量少，阿仔試咗一啖之後唔肯再食，話清湯有怪味，味道巴基斯坦咖喱牛腩飯 $80牛腩肉質好鞋，咖哩無咖哩香味，名過其實，味道強差人意鮮蝦雲吞麵 $40雲吞好大粒，爽口彈牙，推介（忘記拍照）

清湯腩不夠淋湯底偏淡層次不多只有鹹味似乎並非由牛骨熬製而成服務一般非繁忙時間店面不大的情況下見客人沒上菜二十分鐘有多都沒有主動跟進後來問為什麼還沒有上菜才知道從一開始已經漏單了

$13杯奶茶平過街邊，少冰少甜既口號，係好完整既口號，係發呼內心既口號！個清湯附以濃厚既糖鹽味完整發揮出腩既味道創新風格既清湯，正唔講仲以為係和風岩鹽湯底最有質素係個白飯，粒粒分明；好在叫左少飯，都成隻碗上；而無比隻崩口碗出，為表示尊重，食曬及飽飽呢個餐肚餓既時候應該好快食曬$80既湯腩飯加埋杯清水全數$93-相比之下，好似食左兩個麥當勞餐咁豪華享受。食左十幾廿年，見証時隨時代變遷既，見証住越唻越勁既刀功及對多食植物少食肉既推崇。不妨回味
