今日到山道附近探朋友,见到保德街内开了间餐厅,叫「三星牛肉面」,就入去叫碗红烧牛肉面来医吓个肚。顺便睇吓会唔会跟「米芝连」的「三星」扯唔扯到d关系。点知发觉半粒星都没有。d牛肉唔够「淋」,太硬,少d牙力及老人家都唔知点食,d面就唔够弹牙,份量又比较少,但是价钱就比较高。简单一句:唔抵食。

年廿九週圍都收爐,正正不知有什麼好吃之際突然想起某周刊介紹過三星. 心想一試無妨,就去找了.跟著食評的指引行了十數分鍾終於到了,(但原來它只在石塘咀熟食中心上一條街,搵笨), 8:35P.M (closed at 9 P.M) 打開門見還坐了五成人, 心想買兩個外賣淨吃算了(始終吃麵還是堂吃的好), 看看餐牌 點了一個滷水牛根$26, 滷水牛肚$26 再問有沒有滷水牛肉答案是有不過要$55 太貴不買. 等了數分鍾外賣來了, 一拈上手很輕, 再看一看原來只得三份一個外賣碗. 回家一打開........失望.........竟然一粒蔥也沒有.......,失望.......味道真的一般. 下一次???可能吧!!就試一試他們的麵和牛內

看過雜誌的介紹, 跟老公一行兩人到這小店。 鋪面雖不大但是挺乾淨的。 只點了一碗紅燒牛肉麵、一碗魯肉飯、一小碟香醬四季豆。 那碗紅燒牛肉麵真的無法給個及格, 牛展硬的咬不爛,湯底真的稀, 麵的質地又是硬的不得了,結果所有都不入味, 真的令人超級失望!!!!魯肉飯是油了一點, 但味道還行,香醬四季豆只是用水拾後在上澆一兩勺蔴醬類似的醬而已,味道不甚了了。總之絕對不會有下次啦, 一定不會再來。 相信任何稍微對台灣面有認識的人都會跟我有同感。

台灣特色三星牛肉麵!!地點唔算太難搵,o係中環地鐵站搭5,5b,10巴士都可以去到! (西環石塘咀保德街13A地下)環境十分美觀,好乾淨,食物都好快黎到,珍珠奶茶真係好好飲,唔係講笑!!仲有不得不提既就係個盬酥雞翼.不得不試!!!!

本人今晚去開這邊,就去試下這間台菜,之前聽過話不錯,那不如自己親口去試.晚上7點到去到,不用等位,叫了個金,一碗豬扒麵,另一朋友叫左個三星牛肉麵,合共一百元.炸大腸炸得不錯,不過本人覺味太重,一兩口是美味,但食多幾口就覺很口乾,很想飲水的感覺.豬扒炸都外脆內軟,但我覺豬扒太霖身,口感一般,湯底就真係油膩了少許,但麵都彈身,不錯.

店裡一個人負責煮麵 一個人負責小吃 店裡人多起來的關係 面吃完還在等小吃 皮蛋豆腐端來 哇 份量也太大了吧 看看價錢 才20多塊 豆腐上鋪了肉鬆芫茜碎 豆腐旁邊有皮蛋還有醬料 醬料加了生蒜粒 全部材料夾著吃覺得很不錯 最少比別家賣30-40多塊的材料多很多 友人說豆腐不夠滑 20多塊其實算不錯了

繼續等鹽酥雞翼 以為這些小店炸的都沒水準 20塊4只中翼還想期待什麼 可味粉下得剛剛好 師傅炸起後夾起雞翼在第二個盤子裡灑上味粉 味道剛剛好不會太咸 炸得又不會太老太乾 雞翼上還放了略炸過的蒜粒

這家店價錢份量我覺得還不錯的 也看得出店家的誠意 所以給笑臉 下次會再試別的 希望牛肉麵的材料也會改進

呢間餐廳簡直違反左一切開餐廳的原則,就算唔開係旺區大街,都唔係開到黎呢條半山小巷嘛﹖唔係黎呢頭做野,都估唔到會有間咁既鋪,更估唔到呢度都檯檯有人,似乎有D料到咁喎。裝修又唔錯喎,果個望住班廚師係度煮麵既開放式廚設計,重有D橙色裝修咁,夠醒神。野食好味道,特別係碗牛肉麵,分分鐘係香港之冠咁滯,湯極濃,牛入味,係麵唔得,團埋一舊都有既﹖未煮得夠身。滷味豆干之類極出色,十足十足台灣味,唔知係自己整定入貨既呢,冷盤好似凍矮瓜亦都做得夠腍身,汁調得好。唔知係唔係聽錯,現場好似有個廚師係台灣人黎。不過實在太僻啦,下次再黎都唔知重係唔係度,希望佢地守到啦。

I went to Sai Ying Pun to visit my grandparents on last Sat, and I came here about once a month.
this time i come, I saw there is a new restaurant just opened here. but for so many years, I have never seen any restaurant here before.
Honestly, the first impressopm i had about this restaurant was ... ummmmmm it doesn't look like they will be any good at all.
But because of my curiosity, i still decided to go in and give a try with my wife.
When we walk in to the shop, the waitress said hi to us and speak very politely asking how many persons we have?
I told her is only myself and my wife. So she bring us to a 2 seats table. The seats are ok, but not very comfortable kind.

After we settle down, I can't wait to look at their menu to find out what this place serve. Ooops is another place doing Taiwanese Food.
Frankly, after quit a few Taiwanese resturant i had tried lately, I lost my confidence on Taiwan food already. So I dun really have much hopes on this one too.
But since we were here already, we should try once. I ask the waitress, which one is their signature dish in this place. She said is their San Xing Beef Noodle, and the Taiwanese style pork rice (lo yuk fan). I ordered the noodle for myself and the rice for my wife. And a bubble milk tea and a strawberry green tea.
The foods arrived about 6 mins after we ordered. that's quite fast !!
the soup smell very good, i drink one spoon of the soup first. Woaaa....what a totally surprise!!

i can taste very heavy beef favour, and chinese medicines from the soup. And the most important was the chinese medicine did not covered any of the beef favour at all. And i can't taste any MSG from the soup. The soup base is doing very well.
And the noodles are pretty good too, coz of the size is not too thick. the noodles are cooked prefectly and it absort the soup favour. VERY GOOD!!
And the Beef, I really have nothing to say. Becasue is just fantastic!! texture, taste and cooking are amazingly delicious!


And the pork rice my wife had, she had no comments bcoz she is too busy on keep eating it.
but base on her reaction, i believe it must be very yummy!
Our conculsion for this shop, we are just both got shocked. We def will come back with my grandparents to try the rest from their menu.
and the price are quite reasonable, hkd45.00 for my beef noodles and hkd26.00 for the pork rice. and hkd10.00 for each drink.
will upload some pics when i go back this weekend.
