上次去寶琳食飯,見到三代目新開張,就覺得個名咁熟嘅!
諗一諗原來係我平時搭車成日經過北角港運城嗰陣都會見到嘅三代目!
好搶眼!黑紅色嘅燈牌,裝修風格都非常似日本居酒屋!
既然係寶琳新開張就更加要試吓啦!

環境都幾舒服,座位坐得舒適,有bar枱亦有卡座。
我去嗰日係平日晚飯時間,好彩我六點幾就已經入坐,如果唔係就要等位了。

睇餐牌樣樣都想叫黎試吓😋所以生熟都有叫啲~

隻蠔都算幾大隻!加上拉絲芝士!正😋

🔅雞之拼盤 $98
即叫即燒,拼盤入面有三款,分別係雞肉京蔥、雞胸軟骨同雞腎。一次過食到唔同部位都幾好!

🔅火焰牛(配醬漬山葵莖) $48
呢個壽司真係好出色!牛肉燒到半熟後非常香口!肉質好嫩滑!

🔅鮮海膽 $68
海膽非常新鮮!直頭可以用鮮甜去形容!啖啖海膽配上香脆紫菜!好正😋😋

🔅A5和牛燒肉丼飯 $168
賣相擺盤非常吸引!特別係個流心蛋😋
不過牛肉略嫌燒到熟左少少,我本身以為會係七成熟左右(可能下次要講聲想要幾成熟會穩陣啲),配埋特製醬汁撈飯簡直一流👍🏻

🔅灸牛拉麵 $92
拉麵嚟講比較少用牛肉,多數都係豚肉叉燒為主,所以依個牛肉拉麵都比較特別。
牛肉燒得剛剛好,咬落唔會太硬。湯底亦都較清唔會覺得油膩👍🏻

飲品方面有得叫手搖飲品!原來佢哋而家開多咗一條副線「三茶」係賣台式飲品!

🥤沖繩黑糖珍珠牛乳烏龍 $36
黑糖鮮奶味道不錯,不過珍珠比較硬,要咀嚼好耐先可以吞!

🥤淺蜜白桃烏龍 $22
淡淡的蜜桃香味,又夠解渴👍🏻

總括嚟講依間餐廳價錢定價屬於中上,除咗拼盤我覺得比較貴之外,其他價錢都合理!起碼質素同價錢都唔會話差太遠🥰
不過通風系統要改善!食完成身都有浸油煙味...

其他燒油甘魚鮫,自家製餃子都係水準之作。

比較失望嘅係牛。我地叫左牛之拼盤串燒,宮崎A5一口牛粒串燒,除咗燒牛舌🉐️,
完全冇味,燒得唔香,牛肉蘆筍甚至有啲乾

總括來講出品算有質數, 價錢公道,應該會再幫襯。👍

未開業已經好期待去食,前幾日 終於有時間去排下隊朝聖下,由商場遠處望過去已經見到裝修好靚,大約排左40分鐘先到我地。入到去成個環境同氣氛都好enjoy😍我地一家人叫左牛舌丼 五花豚丼 炙牛拉面 🍜燒茄子 🍆燒魷魚 🦑啲野食真係好出色!牛舌同五花豚係食到師傅係燒烤爐燒到脆卜卜先上飯到。茄子🍆同魷魚🦑大大份,燒得岩岩好。拉面🍜彈牙湯底好味😋呢間鋪日日都好多人,但師傅水準同侍應既服務真係好吾錯,值得一讚。

襯假期未試過又去試下啦。

叫咗個汁煮花螺,凍嘅幾好食
紫蘇豬骨湯麵,牛舌丼,
雜錦海鮮天婦羅。

幾樣嘢食裏面其實花螺係最驚艷
老實講佢個汁底其實好家庭菜,
只係用整日式溏心滷水蛋個汁,
不過要校啱到味其實都唔容易。

個紫蘇豬骨湯麵有小驚喜
除咗已經執咗嘅達磨拉麵之外
我都已經好耐未見過飲完有少少黏口嘅豬骨湯
有啲人可能會覺得咁你加少少魚膠落去咪得囉
到你真係加咗嘅時候你就知有分別喺邊度。

反而係個牛舌丼係最失望,
我都唔係求佢啲牛舌大大塊又厚,
雖然冇影相但係真係偏細,
吹漲地佢又真係啫得曬成個碗。

比較普通嘅就係個雜錦海鮮天婦羅
冇辦法呢度唔係專食天婦羅
都唔會對佢有咩期望
普普通通咁但如果有下次我一定唔會再叫。

但係諗唔到食咩嘅情況之下呢一間都係選擇嚟
不過老實講如果係求求其其食一餐飯嘅話
呢一間絕對唔係便宜嘅選擇

而家香港你夜晚想求求其其一家食個飯
兩個人叫做食好少少都要三百蚊以上。
仲要到到都食快餐咁
食完就拿拿聲好走喇…仲有下一台客。

亦知點解呢種文化
好似對於某一代香港人嚟講好受落。
其實而家人可以齊齊整整好好地食餐飯
真係一啲都唔容易
有機會畀大家可以坐低食餐飯傾下計
真係要好好珍惜

落單係用QR code 自己係手機落單,冇得選麵既淋硬,只係可以加錢轉烏冬。黎到時第一印象係:「你塊紫菜唔好再細塊D🧐」跟住試左啖湯,好淡味,可能食慣重口味啦,飲多啖先飲到豬骨湯味。因為我係坐二人枱,唔見有七味粉之類嘅調味粉🥹食左塊紫菜條,之後夾面連埋湯正想食之際 見到有啲紫蘇,夾埋一齊食就當堂有驚喜,D紫蘇味好正,個麵即時好味好多。燒豚有三塊,厚度大約3,4mm左右唔會太簿,咬落好有油脂味。D竹筍不過不失,同埋係冇粟米。
