新加坡酒店,要来试试他们的南洋风味餐厅啦。环境:很漂亮,内部装饰搭配海景,绝美;中午来得早,第一名,后面客人陆陆续续来店里,生意还不错;服务:店员友好,菜品整体口味在线,尝试不同风味; 蛋黄炸鱼皮 很有幸福感,口感很脆,蛋黄味道很香,不觉得鱼腥; 椰香牛腩 在菜单上没有显示辣椒,以为不辣,实则有些辣味的,而且用了很特别的香料,很新奇的口感;牛腩很嫩,就是香料味的接受度因人而异了; 沙爹拼盘(半打) 很好吃,推荐。 覆盖鸡肉,牛肉,猪肉三种肉。沙爹肉串本身自有风味,也可以沾酱,酱料甜口的,无论蘸肉还是蘸蔬菜都好吃; 叻沙 选了最温和的口味,辣味对于不能吃辣的人来说,还是明显的; 米线有点偏硬,肯能不是米线,但口感还不错,整体味道还不错; 薏米水 怎么能少了薏米水,不过蛮甜的,控糖人士只能浅尝。整体还是不错的,环境让人很愉悦。

講真,今次食晏感覺好舒服!坐定定,四周環境優美,忍唔住一邊啖好西,一邊望吓啲綠意盎然🌿。開始嚟個四人拼盤,份量啱啱好,恰到好處!海南雞滑得嚟仲有雞味,嗰種嫩滑得嚟又唔膩口,真係掂。炒貴叼呀,滋味好正點,個火候抓得啱啱哋,臘腸嘅香味夾帶啲蔥香,炒下炒下,真係好惹味!食咗幾啖,頓時覺得世界都美好咗。至於肉骨茶,送上嚟嗰陣我第一時間就聞到嗰股撲鼻藥材香,真係幾濃呀!湯頭夠晒味,入口即溶,你話豪邁唔豪邁咩?最後,同朋友一致認為,呢個餐廳唔單止係食物出色,連坐低享受嘅氣氛都咁好,總之今次食飯體驗實在係太正喇!下次喺諗唔到食乜嘢嘅時候,可能又會揀呢度喇。🍽✨

We ordered the first item on the signature dishes menu, the SATAY INN FAMILY PLATTER $988, which serves 4 persons:- Chicken and pork satay (8 pcs)- Curry puffs (4 pcs)- Curry beef brisket with roti canai - Signature Hainanese chicken (half chicken)- Fragrant chicken riceThe Signature Hainanese chicken was really tender and juicy and with the right flavour. The chicken rice was perfect. The platter was huge and filling and it’s good value for money to get to try various signature dishes of the restaurant.They run out of curry puffs and have replaced them with Ngoh-Hiang-five-spice minced pork rolls instead, which were great.
