20241025 Happy Friday我係好鍾意精釀啤酒,注意,係精釀啤酒,唔係手工啤精釀啤酒又好,手工啤又好,正常嚟講係一個好專業又好複雜又好麻煩既過程其實都唔係第一次嚟呢間taproom不過成日覺得酒吧既食物既價錢都比較進取。所以少係酒吧叫野食。不過飲啤酒,好容易口痕。我出呢個post,係因為佢地個封門柳。利申,我係比足錢,而且唔識賣廣告,亦都冇人搵我賣廣告。佢地個封門柳,其實我已經係第4次食。點解食甘多次?!因為質素好穩定,而且又係低卡今晚個封門柳都係好好咬口,唔韌,唔使點汁,一樣好食。服務方面,我唔講了。去過既人都會覺得開心。氣氛同環境都是好chill。 continue reading

當日喺大坑舊舖食過,一試難忘,咁啱想約好耐無見嘅朋友聚舊,一邊飲手工啤酒食小食一邊吹水,Second Draft係非常適合嘅選擇。搬到銅鑼灣店後第一次到訪,座位比大坑店舒服。一坐低即刻叫杯手工啤酒,邊飲邊看菜單。我偏愛淡麥味和花果香味啤酒,於是叫左清新之選嘅Jasmine Green Tea. 老公則愛濃味,所以叫左Hong Kong Black試試。Hong Kong Black飲落有咖啡香味,同一般黑啤唔同,幾特別。小食方面,我地叫左麻辣牛舌,牛舌厚薄適中都幾入味,不過醬汁可以再濃一點。蒜泥黑肉係將肥豬肉變成牛肉,所以質感冇咁嫩滑,普通。大坑薯條,當年喺大坑食過已經一試難忘,每一條薯條都沾上孜然粉,配上手工啤真係好夾,我地忍唔住encore再叫一碟😋 另外仲試左麻婆Burrata同雞油毛豆。Burrata滑溜溜配上惹味嘅麻婆肉醬好夾,不過肉醬記得要攪拌一下,唔係就會食左一大啖辣椒,辣到傻左。雞油毛豆係用雞油炒的,好香,正常發揮。主菜叫左香油雞意大利飯,好好味呀!雞塊非常嫩滑,每一粒飯粒都充滿醬汁,仲有好香麻油香,真係好正。我地由7點幾坐到10點幾,傾足三個幾鐘,非常盡興😁 continue reading
