我對河蝦情有獨鍾,這味菜上菜時我特別興奮。龍井河蝦仁以龍井茶葉與河蝦仁為主料烹製而成,賣點是茶葉的清香與河蝦的鮮美。蝦肉晶瑩剔透,吃起來有嚼勁,味道甚好。貪心的我希望龍井茶香再濃一點就再好不過了!

這是我第一次吃揚州大煮乾絲,看著名字也不知道由哪些食材組成。
擺盤很漂亮,立刻打卡
乍看就是白麵,配雞絲、火腿等配料,走清淡路綫。
這道菜很考刀功,要把豆腐乾切成薄片再切成細絲,才給人麵條的效果。
比起麵條多了質感及豆味
配以雞湯,整碟才鮮美十足😜

服務一定要給滿分,服務員姨姨不時爲我們加水,還熱情給我們茶杯直接倒茶呢。如此勤快,讓我不得不在網上稱贊她。

食物味道總體是不錯,也是坊間少見的淮陽菜,但個人認爲收費略貴,如果家裏人很會煮菜就不太推薦,因爲媽媽肯定心痛錢(我媽媽肯定會説我也會炒豆苗、我的蝦仁也做得不錯、揚州大煮乾絲我可以做成原片豆腐乾)。

如果未試過淮揚菜絕對是值得一試的,在幽靜、環境古雅的餐廳吃飯,總要讓人賺點錢吧。
