夜首爾➰@seoulnight_hk呢排最hit嘅Netflix節目一定係《黑白大廚》,有冇俾佢燒到想即刻去食韓國料理呢🔥門外嘅韓文路牌同真露酒牌讓人感覺置身韓劇中📺 而當入到餐廳,仲會發現無論係其他食客定係老闆員工,幾乎都係用韓文溝通交流,每一個細節都透露出濃濃嘅韓國風情🇰🇷 每張枱都有一個韓國直送嘅火爐,可以親自烤肉或享受熱氣騰騰嘅鍋物🍲主菜未到,韓式涼拌小菜先到🥣 每款都唔同味道,份量最多嘅係酸酸辣辣嘅泡菜🥬 少見嘅涼拌翠玉瓜🥒、蔥花醬香嘅茄子🍆、脆卜卜嘅麻香豆芽等等。小菜開胃之餘,仲可以平衡下燒烤同湯嘅濃味,成餐飯食落去冇咁滯🙂‍↕️調味牛肋骨🍖韓式長切法 (好似好犀利咁🤣) 沿住肋骨長度進行切割,保留牛肋骨嘅肉質厚重感同更多纖維🧶口感更加豐滿,牛肋骨並非完全生嘅,而是輕輕燒過,外層呈現微微焦香嘅啡色,內裡仍保留紅潤嘅狀態,展現出鮮嫩肉質🥩韓式燒肉嘅肉類大多經過醃製,醃料調味得啱啱好,唔會太鹹,仲帶少少甜味🧂 呢個切割手法亦有助更好地吸收醬料同調味👍🏽韓式生菜配包飯醬🥬韓式燒肉梗係要包生菜食,不骨店員提醒先知原來蔬菜要另外order🫣 見呢個價錢一開始都有啲猶豫,但幾surprise有唔同種類嘅蔬菜,仲有好傳統嘅包醬飯🫙 將烤肉、生菜、生蒜片、紫蘇葉、青辣椒片一起包裹🧄 形成一口口感豐富嘅燒肉😎我哋食得太投入,後尾先醒起仲可以配埋泡菜同其他韓式小菜,清爽帶酸帶辣嘅小菜有效平衡牛肋骨嘅濃烈味道,食晒成條過都唔會話有過多嘅油膩感😌牛胸肉大醬湯🍲大醬湯貴為最具代表性嘅湯品之一🎖️ 韓國特有嘅大醬以黃豆發酵而成🪘 湯底極為濃郁,發酵大豆醬嘅獨特香氣充分釋放,帶來嘅味道醇厚並唔會骨鹹,反而讓人感到滿足又暖心🥰 我地兩個每人三四碗,都飲晒成鍋,不過係貪心咗少少嘅🫢嫩滑嘅豆腐舖底,吸收咗滿滿嘅醬香,牛胸肉係湯中略微燉煮,釋放出肉汁嘅鮮香,同時帶來適度嘅油脂,使整碗湯更為昇華✨ 薄片嘅白蘿蔔、洋蔥、翠玉瓜同薯仔,增添營養價值同口感🥔 蔥花增添清香,而灑加係面嘅辣椒帶嚟微微嘅辣味,唔會搶咗醇厚大醬嘅風頭🌶️用餐體驗非常貼近韓國地道風格,無論係食物味道定係環境氛圍,都能讓人感受到濃濃嘅韓國情懷🇰🇷 難怪男團N.Flying喺香港都有嚟同樓下親筆簽名啦🖊️ continue reading

尖沙咀區內很多韓國餐廳,今晚便挑選一間以醬油蟹馳名的韓國食肆。店內地方頗大,就算挑選韓國燒烤,都不會太大油煙感。醬油蟹$250,韓國延坪島直送。看到餐牌上豉油韓國直送,頓時信心大增,因為在香港吃到的醬油蟹大多是在香港製造,質素沒有保證,反而這個由韓國直送的醬油蟹,值得一試。醬油蟹的蟹膏甘香無比,淡淡都是蟹膏的香味,醬汁不會太鹹,點一個白飯(白飯$15)來送這個蟹膏便非常滋味了。自從吃過這裏的醬油蟹,令到個人對醬油蟹的味道改觀了不少。前菜有八款,韓式泡菜、節瓜、豆腐、薯仔、芽菜拼菠菜、茄子、辣豆腐乾、炸肉丸。其中以韓式泡菜最為美味。一人餐:蔘雞湯$220。這個一人餐不包白飯,但是人蔘雞內有糯米,可以裹腹。這是韓國正宗的做法,人蔘湯的人蔘味道香濃,雞肉和雞骨已經非常之腍,點鹽便可進食。海鮮豆腐鍋$130 ,泡菜混合了海鮮和豆腐的香味,香辣中帶點鮮甜味道,是正宗韓國的風味。Shinae yuja$55,帶點酒精,味道酸酸甜甜,用來吃韓式料理,非常配合。Terra$55,來自韓國的啤酒,麥味香濃,容易入口,吃着韓式料理看着韓國啤酒與置身於韓國之中。 continue reading

夜首爾 尖沙咀尖沙咀的夜首爾真係唔可以錯過!!尤其係中意韓國菜!一進去,氣氛就好熱鬧,仲有啲韓國流行音樂襯托,令人即刻有食慾。🥰首先,嚟講講佢哋的醬油蟹。蟹膏真係豐富,蟹肉更係鮮味十足,咬一口就感受到海洋的味道,令人忍唔住想多食幾口。配埋白飯,簡直係完美組合!!再嚟就係人蔘雞湯,雞肉新鮮滑嫩,湯底仲有濃郁的人蔘味,飲一口就覺得身體暖和好多,簡直係冬天的救星。🤪🤪白切瘦肉都唔可以少,份量足夠,肉質鮮嫩,烹調得恰到好處,味道香口,搭配醬油同蒜蓉,真係一口接一口,根本停唔到手。😍最後,各類小碟小食更係唔可以錯過,唔同種類嘅係醃菜,都為整餐增添咗好多風味,真係好享受!!總括來講,夜首爾係香港必吃的韓國菜餐廳,無論係食物質素定係服務態度,都讓人感覺到滿足,絕對值得一試!! continue reading
