食品質素相當一般,叉燒應該係外脆內嫩,佢就得個嫩字,即係我唔係食緊慢煮梅頭呀大佬;訂位時沒有提醒某些菜色要預訂,結果到場說沒片皮鴨;隨隨便便幾個菜已經貴到近900元一位,好唔好食既野好主觀下嘛,我個人就覺得肯定唔值架喇。食品既野見仁見智,佢係貴但又未到難食,我最多話佢性價比奇低,唔會話要俾一星佢。但我六點入場,食完幾味菜凳都未坐暖,七點半佢就話要趕我走喇,係咪痴線架?個場半吉既你話有下台人要入座,呃鬼食豆腐呀?一碟爛鬼叉燒收人兩三百蚊既地方限時坐個半鐘??除非你想食一個性價比極低的中餐之後被人一腳踢走,我建議都係唔好來呢間爛鬼餐廳為妙! continue reading

預早訂位的生日飯週末早上同家人到來換來隔夜乾身的片皮鴨服務:即時反影,冇改善,冇應對態度:餐廳位置偏遠,客人都是特登從市區到來。質素:惡劣,令我失望和難忘不在話下價錢:中上價位感受:本求和家人一起來慶祝。結果:以後你們是本人最差的經驗。餐廳經理漠視,投訴沒有回應所以這是經典香港餐飲服務業的劣質佼佼者!同樣亦不會再光顧這五星酒店。食物只是其中一樣,服務才是令人死💔。一次經驗可換來樂於再光臨,我亦是幸運,以後不再考慮你們 continue reading

菜品味道連小店都不如,無論是味道及上碟都太差,連平價大排檔都不如,但價錢是五星級,完全對不起這個價錢,這是香港食肆的悲哀….作為地道的香港人真替他們擔心,不思進取,完全不是以顧客為中心,這樣下去,香港食肆便會走向死亡,將被國內的專業食肆取而代之,可悲….. 怪得誰呢😭一間食肆不只是裝修漂亮,懂得招呼客人就可以生存,其實美味的食物才是重點,客人過來是想吃美味的食物,如果食物奇差,再漂亮再好的服務都挽救不了的,希望做食肆的人將重點放回做食肆的本心,客人過來是想享受美味的食物,其它的都是次要。 continue reading

以前成日同屋企人嚟,近年幾冇嚟今次返嚟完全失望。五星級環境價錢,但服務完全係茶餐廳級數。除咗勤力添茶之外,所有夥計嘅態度同語氣都完全係茶餐廳感覺,完全唔斯文同呼呼喝喝。一坐低問你飲咩茶,完全冇提過基本茶錢或點樣收費,一嚟就拎四款茶葉你揀,原來所有都係特別茶葉,嗌完先發覺原來係有普通茶揀。我哋四位,兩位烏龍茶,兩位茉莉,但茶嚟其實都只係兩壺茶大家share。其他五星級中餐廳嘅茶如果嗌得特別茶葉一定係逐位上,而唔係咁share。茶壺亦冇嘢熱住。食物係平民酒樓質素。叉燒(差唔多$300一份)係完全醃唔入味,半肥瘦係差唔多全肥,汁亦都好稀。蝦餃燒賣剩係得胡椒味,叉燒包嘅餡係完全冇調味咁。片皮鴨(半隻1食$568)鴨肉好似隻鴨完全冇醃過,肉質係乾,鴨胸皮脆得來但係成口油,鴨髀嘅皮直程唔脆。唯一好食係XO醬蘿蔔糕,夠脆同夠XO醬。 5 個點心,一份叉燒,半隻片皮鴨計埋茶錢同加一係$1720… 完全唔值得咁嘅價錢,一定唔會再返嚟。 continue reading
