偶爾發現香宮的點心套餐原價$418, 12點前結賬才$278, 頂著香格里拉和米一的頭銜,就來試一下。很傳統的中菜廳,沒有很創新的味道搭配,擺盤餐具算稍有特色,和阿一鮑魚差不多也是那種調味剛剛好,不會太甜不會太鹹,不會吃膩的那種。當然比起米三,香宮還只是米一的水平。擺盤的紅葉本以為是炸透的紫蘇葉,我還是太天真了;灌湯餃泡得太久,餃子皮軟散得救不回來了;不是很懂先上炸點再上蒸點的先後次序;港式牛肉面湯底清香,但面湯濃一點會更好。服務給我很趕的感覺,要說的禮貌話都有說,但就趕SOP的感覺,收拾的時候乒乒乓乓。偶爾有幫忙倒茶,但倒茶和上菜時常"飛象過河", 也因此倒茶時會有灑水的情況。吃過的米星來說,目前就它會這樣,在香格里拉的標準而言,稍令我失望。

有多間米芝蓮,食完之後,只係覺得比其他酒樓好味少少,擺盤靚少少,但係香宮就唔同啦。佢嘅焗蟹蓋,真材實料,超多蟹肉,食完之後就覺得,去第二度食,簡直係嘥錢。佢個兩粒薑味啫喱,都好好食㗎。另外佢個牛腩,睇落去普普通通,但係當你一啖食落去之後,就覺得呢個世界上,都唔知係其他地方有冇再可以食到咁好味嘅牛腩。仲有佢嗰天鵡薈萃甜品,個酥皮又係唔知喺第二度會唔會再食得到。另外佢個三蔥龍蝦,超香蔥味,龍蝦又煮到啱啱好火候,真係好好味。另外我哋加咗,蟹黃蟹肉炒鮮奶,係大閘蟹季節嘅特別菜式,雖然我唔覺得特別多蟹我,但係就超多蟹肉。我個人唔係特別鍾意食大閘蟹,所以冇失望,仲覺得好好食。魚湯海鮮雜菜煲,又係一個驚喜。本來諗住求其有啲菜食,冇乜特別期望,但係佢又好好味喎。同埋餐廳啲人係有幫你諗埋幾時上你加嘅菜係最適合,炒鮮奶佢就同埋蟹蓋一齊上,而雜菜煲就跟牛腩一齊上。剛剛好,真係一間貼心嘅餐廳。另外嚟香宮食嘢,香格里拉酒店有待客泊車,服務一流。雖然一個一人套餐$1688,真係好貴,而且唔係度度菜都難忘,我未必會再食套餐,但係蟹蓋,牛腩,同甜品,係一定會返嚟再食。😋

魚湯海鮮雜菜煲,又係一個驚喜。本來諗住求其有啲菜食,冇乜特別期望,但係佢又好好味喎。

同埋餐廳啲人係有幫你諗埋幾時上你加嘅菜係最適合,炒鮮奶佢就同埋蟹蓋一齊上,而雜菜煲就跟牛腩一齊上。剛剛好,真係一間貼心嘅餐廳。

另外嚟香宮食嘢,香格里拉酒店有待客泊車,服務一流。

雖然一個一人套餐$1688,真係好貴,而且唔係度度菜都難忘,我未必會再食套餐,但係蟹蓋,牛腩,同甜品,係一定會返嚟再食。😋

諗住大酒店,唔會差得去邊,可能太高期望,所以最後只有失望,首先去到已經覺得太多人好擠迫,其次服務人員真係比較少,所以佢哋係兼顧唔到咁多客人既,當然冇怪責佢哋,不過有啲失望咁解~同埋因為食過天龍軒,有比較之下香宮失色太多,試一次就夠了,唔會想再食多一次嘅餐廳,因為人太多服務好一般,食物質素平平無奇冇乜特別,食環境又因為人太多完全冇環境氣氛,質素配不上個價位,但未去到唔好食既,只係唔值得呢個價,可能唔好帶任何期望去食反而會有驚喜掛~

第二次來,今日帶埋老人家及小朋友來,除咗食好嘢之外,係想俾小朋友熟習飲茶時要做的事:斟茶俾人、夾餸俾長輩等。我喜歡傳統粵菜加較新的presentation 令小朋友都connect 到,Lee 度做到old meeting new 的connection。今日人較多所以亦盡情叫餸:例牌叉燒、豉油雞、燒腩仔、豬潤燒賣、蝦餃、牛肉球、紅米脆腸粉卷、海蜇mix、黑糖糕、30年陳皮紅豆沙。老人家特別喜歡叉燒夠味又夠腍。我今日仍然係生酮飲食,所以燒腩仔比較啱食,皮非常脆、鹹香及肥瘦夾層平均,睇得出用好多心機做的一道菜。追求「抵食」唔好去Lee 度,因為燒腩仔平均$30一粒🫶

香宮雖說是米芝蓮星級粵菜食肆, 但對於折扣和套餐的提供也算是慷慨, 除了酒店集團本身的優惠外, 也有餐廳本身的優惠, 例如是一年幾次的Restaurant Week, 不單止可以吃到出色的點心, 也有主食, 蔬菜和甜品, 價錢還可以, 作為商務午餐也算得體. 今次Restaurant Week也是如此, 由擺設精緻的三項點心打頭陣, 黃橋燒餅和芋蓉帶子盒不同層次的酥香做得相當不錯, 前者的芝麻香和後者芋蓉甘甜, 也合乎米芝蓮星級食肆的水準, 相比起來燒賣就顯得有點一般.主食是松露蘆筍炒蝦球, 鑊氣夠而蝦球入味, 蘆筍和蝦球口感爽脆, 配合度完全沒有問題. 另外的蔬菜是猴頭菇奶油津白, 醬汁口感順滑, 也突出了猴頭菇的香味, 津白入味但不會糊化. 兩道菜也做得恰如其分, 個人少少意見是如果主菜可以是純肉類, 而不是配搭蔬菜, 這樣兩道菜的對比會更大, 印象會更深刻.

👍 The abalone is cooked perfectly, with a nice and chewy texture and full of flavor! However, the abalone with salt and pepper at Tang's Court is even more outstanding! 🤤

🍴Main Course 1: Roasted black-haired goose $318
The portion is sufficient for 2-3 people! The goose has crispy skin and tender meat! 🤤 It has a good balance of fat and lean meat. Each bite is juicy and flavorful, not greasy at all. ⭐️It's definitely worth a try! 🤓

🍴Soup: Stewed black-bone chicken and cordyceps soup $428
The soup has a rich flavor with three large pieces of cordyceps and conch. After drinking it, I feel nourished and healthy. 🤓⭐️I suggest sharing it with friends to avoid feeling too full.

估唔到隔咗一排冇去 (呢一餐唔可以話佢質素低) 食品有過鹹同過淡 絕對未到我心中香宮嘅高水平 員工殷勤有餘專業不足 每道菜侍應含糊介紹 基本上以我咁高水準嘅廣東話能力 都聽唔到佢哋講乜 見微知著 作為高級食府 細節位有比較就有傷害 香宮一直係我其中一間心頭好 希望佢哋可以係食物同服務方面做返以前嘅水準 甚至更高

好幾年冇嚟香宮食飯,今次再返嚟,覺得食物同服務都唔錯一行八人叫咗好幾樣嘢燒腩仔嘅皮好脆,而且係五層肉,唔錯叉燒嘅肉質就稍為硬咗啲,所以一般般煙燻鱔反而有啲驚喜,不過份量就好細,但係肉質同埋煙燻嘅香味都非常唔錯脆皮牛腩外脆內軟,值得一試蟹肉珊瑚菠菜苗係鍾意食蔬菜朋友一個好嘅選擇,蟹肉係新鮮,一啲腥味都冇整體嚟講味道係唔錯,但係每個餸嘅presentation都唔係太吸引,大部分餸菜主要都係深啡色,如果師傅可以改善一下餸菜嘅presentation,成個體驗應該會更吸引
