牛舌蠻厚肉, 而且十分煙韌, 絕對是牛舌的口感, 所以不太適合我 😅 不過燒得不錯, 並沒加其他醬汁, 比較原汁原味, 雞軟骨就正常味道, 沒有特別。

加了少量青蔥吊味, 上面的雞皮微微脆, 原來加了秘製醬汁, 下面的雞皮浸了醬所以不怎麼脆。平時我應該跟朋友一樣喜歡脆口的, 但它的醬汁酸酸的很開胃, 我反而喜歡沾了醬汁的雞皮 😃

今日同朋友喺銅鑼灣行行吓見到呢間個門口裝修都幾靚嘅舖頭跟住就諗住試吓囉,因為啱啱去完日本好掛住鄉下入咗去之後見到啲裝修都幾靚,好適合打卡跟住我哋叫咗啲嘢食都非常之鮮味同地道個昭和壽司簡直係打大佬級數咩都有成個口都滿滿幸福咁佢啲串燒都好惹味個蕃茄又好開胃個豆腐櫻花蝦脆得來又滑真係好難得總括嚟講,我覺得係值得嚟食嘅如果想喺香港感受日本地道居酒屋嘅感覺仲可以影靚相咁就可以嚟試吓囉我見佢仲有其他嘅嘢食,例如係全條池魚我會再返嚟食

見餐廳有日本懷舊風味,就決定去試下,餐廳內打卡懷舊都幾過隱 酒盜炒山藥味道香醇,酒香撲鼻,山藥的清甜與酒盜的鹹香相互融合,山藥又够爽口煙肉蠔串燒煙肉帶有濃郁的煙熏味,與新鮮蠔的鮮甜形成對比,烤至香脆,咬下去時肉汁很多,兩者很夾。 燒白鱔肉質鮮嫩,燒至外焦內嫩,醬汁豐富,絕對必叫,很開胃蟹膏帆立貝和辣吞拿魚兩款都帶有鯛魚造型,食落口感特別,像夾心餅甘。蟹膏的濃郁香味與帆立貝的鮮甜相結合,鮮甜交替,而辣吞拿魚辣味十足,又口感鮮嫩昭和海鮮卷(海膽、吞拿魚蓉)海膽的鮮甜和吞拿魚蓉的滑順結合,口感獨特,外層酥脆,再加上滿滿三文魚籽令口感再提升。炸北海道魷魚絲外脆內嫩,魷魚的鮮味搭配香脆的口感,炸至金黃,吃上一口非常過癮,配啤酒一流。鳥唐揚外脆內嫩,雞肉醃製得恰到好處,炸至金黃香脆,口感豐富,再配南蠻醬,更加開冑。
