因朋友太喜歡食辣嘢, 見到太多讚賞食評決定去賞試吓, 覺得食物一般及可選擇餸太少, 份量過多唔適合人少(2-3位)去食, 以這價錢計算實在不值. 好在老板服務好好, 否則會食到一氣. 四川涼麵 - 都OK夠辣太多油口水雞 - 失望無雞鮮味而又"鞋"毛血旺-都OK可惜午餐肉多過血旺及牛柏葉水煮魚-魚肉都滑可惜唔多生鮮有"腥"味, 好在內有薯粉都好食辣子蝦-最好食一碟唔差, 雖然是普通基圍蝦, 味道夠香味不過太油膩食唔到太多油菜-OK但太油膩(老柏話送架)唔可以單叫人少可以選擇唔多, 否則會失望而回.

本人愛辣,所以朋友一提到川菜,冇可能食指無反應 !一進大門,就知道找對人家,那股炒辣椒的剌鼻味道,就是信心保證,沒有這股香味,休想吃好的川菜! 朋友也只有打噴嚏陪笑的份兒。地方裝修平庸,但絲毫未減滿堂客人的愛辣情懷,所以又一次證明食家應該重質量不應重包裝!唯獨美中不足便是點菜規定,本人愛辣,遇辣更非一般正常食量,耐何只能點六道菜極限,又因有朋友不能吃太辣,我亦只能被迫'中辣',實在來說,我還未真正算吃過辣! 所以必須擇日重吃,但存在另一問題~那裏找8至10個同道中人,而且嗜辣程度要相近,否則淺嘗是沒意思地浪費大家時間。最後一定要提到那超豪爽的老闆娘,她菜一煮好,就每枱詢問今天菜式如何,一聽見客人說味道好,便不管客人桌上什麼酒,先乾一大杯,稍後更大談她的家庭和餐廳的歷史,總給人一種說不出的親切,真是不枉此行,而且許下諾言,短期內必定重返此地,一嚐大辣之樂!

朋友介紹我來吃飯, 卻忘了問應該中午還是晚上來, 反正突然想起便選了來吃午飯.首先, 原來這是私房菜, 是在住宅大廈內, 佢地在半小時前會call訂枱人告知地下大門密碼, 上到二樓餐廳門口是寫"川渝會所", 攪到我搵左一陣, 門口兩旁掛上兩秋假尖咀大辣椒.餐廳裝潢簡單, 冷氣不夠, 開左幾把風扇, 一邊吃一邊抺汗.每位收費$200包2個涼菜及三個熱暈, 我兩點了1) 蒜泥白肉 - 好好味, 但差不多是全肥肉, 切得超薄(2) 四川涼麵 - 好味道, 不過好鬼辣, 越食越辣(我是食得辣的)(3) xx泉水雞 - 雞肉用辣油湯浸住, 好多花椒在表面浮, 味道ok, 係d雞用不夠雞鮮味(4) 水煮魚 - 以油泡過的魚肉在辣油湯浸住, 好多花椒在表面浮, 還有好似粗條的韓國粉絲般的麵條(綠色的, 不過超鹹), 大豆芽及酸菜, 我個friend將它打包回家, 四姐叫佢留住少少辣油湯返家後加豆腐煮會好好味喎. 我麻麻地鐘意呢個餸.(5) 四川泡田雞(漏左冇映相) - 在乾辣椒堆中找走過油的田雞(炸得太乾), 味道一般嗰jar中國茶很大.

日本同事黎過幾次, 個個都話好好味.
本來對川菜一點興趣都沒有,

以前有間食開O既川菜無左之後, 一直都想搵返間好食O既同朋友挑戰自己睇左哩到O既食評都幾好, 問過朋友評語都唔錯, 於是就約左一班辣人一齊去試新野當日店主打黎CONFIRM我地係咪直係到, 佢話都好FULL, 如果我地NO SHOW佢就畀枱其它人當時心諗咁多人去食, 水準應該有返咁上下, 睇黎無揀錯因為遲左少少到, 去到果時朋友已經點哂菜仲已經食緊頭盤食物如下:1) 口水雞 - 斬得太碎, 一路食淨係食到皮同骨, 仲有D肉碎, 唔辣, 唔香2) 夫妻肺片 - 切得幾好, OK香口, 因為佢有少少香蒜, 但係都係唔辣3) 蒜泥白肉 - D肉滑滑的, 感覺唔錯, 食到少少蒜香, 但....同樣係食唔到辣4) 四川涼麵 - 油浸的, 畀我個感覺係用辣油浸住D麵, 見到之前D食評話D麵好彈, 我真係唔係好覺, 雖然佢係用辣油浸住, 但同樣....係唔辣的5) 水煮魚 - 第一度上O既熱葷, 賣相唔錯, 上枱時仲滾緊, 但係佢唔知用咩魚做, 雖然都滑, 但係食唔到魚味, 應該係雪藏魚, 除左魚仲有一D薯粉同埋大豆芽, 薯粉吸左花椒O既味, 食落去麻麻的都唔錯, 大豆芽唔知浸左幾耐, 完全淋哂,

睇左哩到O既食評都幾好, 問過朋友評語都唔錯, 於是就約左一班辣人一齊去試新野
當日店主打黎CONFIRM我地係咪直係到, 佢話都好FULL, 如果我地NO SHOW佢就畀枱其它人
當時心諗咁多人去食, 水準應該有返咁上下, 睇黎無揀錯
因為遲左少少到, 去到果時朋友已經點哂菜仲已經食緊頭盤
食物如下:
1) 口水雞 - 斬得太碎, 一路食淨係食到皮同骨, 仲有D肉碎, 唔辣, 唔香
2) 夫妻肺片 - 切得幾好, OK香口, 因為佢有少少香蒜, 但係都係唔辣
3) 蒜泥白肉 - D肉滑滑的, 感覺唔錯, 食到少少蒜香, 但....同樣係食唔到辣
4) 四川涼麵 - 油浸的, 畀我個感覺係用辣油浸住D麵, 見到之前D食評話D麵好彈, 我真係唔係好覺, 雖然佢係用辣油浸住, 但同樣....係唔辣的
5) 水煮魚 - 第一度上O既熱葷, 賣相唔錯, 上枱時仲滾緊, 但係佢唔知用咩魚做, 雖然都滑, 但係食唔到魚味, 應該係雪藏魚, 除左魚仲有一D薯粉同埋大豆芽, 薯粉吸左花椒O既味, 食落去麻麻的都唔錯, 大豆芽唔知浸左幾耐, 完全淋哂, 失去口感, 雖然好多辣椒浮面, 但係我唔知佢D辣椒O既品種問題定係問題出係邊到, 唔辣的~"~
6) 毛血旺 - 同水煮魚一樣, 賣相好似好辣, 但係食落都係無乜味, 材料有X紅, 牛栢葉, 火腿, 魷魚...等等, 老闆係上哩個菜果時知道我地話唔辣, 特登話會叫廚房加辣, 但係都只係食到有少少辣味...我要O既唔係哩D囉
7) 魚香茄子 - 哩個係一個唔辣O既菜, 因為同枱有朋友唔食得辣, 所以叫左幾樣唔辣O既小菜, 不過此魚香茄子不同彼魚香茄子, 佢話落左黑醋做, 味道酸酸的, 無魚香, 個味道竟然同糖醋里脊不謀而合...
8) 糖醋里脊 - 又一個唔辣O既小菜, 味道唔錯, 不過好多地方都食到哩個水準
9) 干煸肥腸 - 唔知有無記錯名, 上枱時佢話哩個會好辣叫我地小心, 但係同樣地...係我食辣功夫增進左, 定係真係唔辣?我一D辣都食唔到, 肥腸已經炸到變脆, 已經唔知佢之前係咪真係肥, 同大排檔食O既炸大腸有異曲同工之妙, 炒埋一齊O既仲有一D疑似炸過O既大豆芽, 蒜, 薑, 同埋辣椒, 大豆芽已經謝哂皮, 薑無乜薑味, 蒜都仲算香口, 佢話好辣, 我食過幾粒辣椒, 無味的~"~
10) 西芹炒牛肉 - 另一道唔辣小菜, 全晚最好, 西芹爽脆, 牛肉有牛肉味
11) 蒜蓉油墨菜 - 老闆話係送O既, 本身我地想食娃娃菜, 但係老闆話係送O既所以無得揀, 黎到同普通食肆食到O既無乜分別, 不過不失

食完之後, 我好失望, 真係一D都唔辣, 唔係話我食得好辣, 而係真係唔辣, 全晚我食到蒜味多過辣味, 同枱有朋友唔係好食得辣, 連佢都話D餸唔辣, 咁証明唔係我味覺出現問題
食得川菜我已經預左會辣到噴火流汗狂飲野, 如果你話哩個程度就為左遷就黎食野O既人O既口味, 我會更失望
黎得哩到食都一定有心理準備, 以往我食川菜, 永遠只有叫廚房少辣, 好老實, 你叫佢少辣甚至唔辣可能更難, 因為佢唔落辣呀, 佢個鑊都辣啦
全晚畀我感覺係食物用辣油浸出黎, 辣椒疑似返用咁唔辣
我唔知當晚其它枱食客有咩感想, 但係我相信我唔會再黎, 極度失望
我食過我個人覺得好食O既川菜, 人地唔係淨係得辣椒油囉, 亦都唔係一味死辣, 辣之中食到其
它味道, 會係寧願冒住會食到一孖潤腸, 食一餐飲兩罐可樂都要食O既果D
畀好評O既朋友, 可能佢之前真係好好味, 對我黎講我畀唔落手
唯一值得一提係哩到D服務同環境, 老闆同服務生都好好, 一叫即到, 上菜都唔算太慢, 仲好細心咁問D食物啱唔啱口味, 而環境都好清潔, 冷氣充足, 個洗手間出奇地非常乾淨
水煮魚,賣相好好,不過用雪藏魚,魚肉雖滑,但係無鮮味,辣椒無辣味

本來我是絕不會向死神挑戰,明知自己身體不好,還要吃這趙川菜,但答應了朋友,唯有硬著頭皮赴會。四姐川菜著實是香港川菜的中堅分子。早幾年,香港的川菜還沒現在的多,四姐可算是當中的佼佼者,靠著風味地道,贏了不少食家的歡心。聽和看四姐的風評都有一兩年,去年年中才第一次嚐到它的出品,第二天,我便腸胃炎,可見它真的很地道,辣得可怕。第一道涼菜,白水牛肉。用白開水灼過的牛腱,重點是在旁邊的汁。用醬油,醋和指天椒製成的汁,醮一點點,已經辣得嘴發燙。作為一道開胃菜,味道是很對的,醋的點點酸味和辣味刺激起味蕾,是一道好菜。第二道涼菜,蒜泥白肉。不像一般的白肉用一堆堆蒜泥鋪滿表面,反而一點也找不到。吃一口,很香的味道,蒜味不算強烈,但當中的香味很搶口,又不太辣,連我也吃了數片。唸經濟的我相信價值是比較出黎,單從這次來說,這個水煮魚算很出色。辣味不會一味死辣,在辣的當中,不失味道。魚塊沒有骨,也沒腥味,很滑。襯底的薯粉才是一絕,煙靱之餘索滿辣味和香味,我也盡力吃了數條。說實話,同桌的朋友和我都認為上次的水煮魚更美味。辣子蝦,這道菜走的不是辣的路線,主力是麻。蝦炸得連殼一起吃掉也成,吃了一隻,嘴唇已沒有了感覺,

還有幾道沒甚好提的菜,水準很普通。
總數是HK$880,是夜,我認為值得推介的只有蒜泥白肉和水煮魚,希望下次再吃會回勇,還有,希望我明天不會又病倒。

一行四人, 可以點四涼菜, 三熱菜. 我們點了:

裝修雖然簡陋, 但食物味道佳, 份量足. 老闆招呼親切, 伙計亦算勤換碟, 兼且價錢相宜, 絕對可以推介. 唯一缺點是上菜太快, 令我們不能慢慢品嘗每一道菜, 亦容易令菜冷卻. 若然再訪, 我必定提提他們.

是晚除了食物佳, 另一highlight是Miffy帶來的Pontet Canet及D'issan, 與四川麻辣出奇地配, 尤其是第一枝, 葡萄酒的香甜更能突出. 絕對是飲飽食醉的開年飯. 亦慶幸NY朋友欣賞. 只可惜居然被友人先偷去結帳, 實在是為食貓罪過

As my friends and I like hot and spicy food a lot, we decided to try this "private-kitchen" in Wanchai. As my friends and I like hot and spicy food a lot, we decided to try this "private-kitchen" in Wanchai. This is the first time we have tried this type of restaurant before.

We arrived at 6:30pm and were the first customers for the night. Since there were 4 of us, we were given a choice of 3 cold dishes and 4 hot dishes, plus a complimentary dish of stirred fried vegetable, and a small bowl of Dan Dan noodles for each one of us at the end (need to pre-order).

All the cold dishes were fine - we ordered the 酸辣青瓜 (very crispy), 夫妻肺片 (good), and 四川涼麵 (very good indeed - really hot, spicy and tangy noodles).


On the other hand, the hot dishes were of variable standard and did not manage to blow us off. The 重慶辣子雞 was not very good as the chicken they used was obviously not fresh (we could sense that even though the dish had a strong spicy flavour). The 糖醋里脊 was ok - just the usual sweet and sour pork without the bones. 水煮牛肉 likewise was bit of a disappointment as the texture of the beef suggested that it was "pre-treated" in such a way as to make it very tender - in an altogether unnatural way. The garlic stirred fried "A" vegetable was ok. The best dish of the night was definitely the 水煮魚 - fresh fish, very tender, very spicy, served together with some 薯粉 which was also great. But after a while, I must say that all dishes tasted pretty much the same to us


The Dan Dan noodles which came at the end were a bit different from what one would expect. Unlike other places they do not add peanuts or minced beef and the noodles were served soaked in spicy flavoured garlic oil. The noodles appeared a bit soggy and greasy to me, and as I was pretty full by this stage, I could not finish even the small bowl of noodles.

One small point that I did particularly appreciate was the near constant "hard-selling" by the manager - just kept talking to us how fresh and original the ingredients they used were etc. etc ... ... would have appreciated the meal even more if he could just leave us alone to discover for ourselves ... ...


Overall I think the standard is acceptable. For one thing, the portions are quite large. And my comments here may not be fair at all since I have only tried this place for once. But whether or not you think it is worthwhile to have dinner here at ~200 per head (excluding all drinks, but no additional 10% surcharge) is a matter you must judge for yourself. As for myself, I think it might be a long while before I will contemplate another meal at this place.

(2) 蒜泥白肉:將豬肉切成薄片,上半部係半透明0既肥肉,下半部係瘦肉.形狀有0的似煙肉,不過好味好多!
(3) 蒜泥青瓜:爽脆有蒜味

熱菜有:
(1) 辣子蝦(見圖):上年都有叫,依然回味無歸!越食越辣,越辣越想食!蝦殼脆到可以直接食,不過驚胃痛,所以只食左一隻殼.呢味菜係我同我其中一位美國朋友0既至愛!

我地個個都非常滿足,其實係好飽,但係好好味!整體黎俾呢間私房菜90分以上(包括美味可口0既餸菜同十分體貼0的服務)!

埋單HK$850,不均每人HK$212.50.只收現金.
