個人對中菜非常喜愛,所以每每看到新的中菜館開業,都會試試,今天晚上便來到盛記酒家。魚香茄子煲$98上枱時,店員將煲內的茄子和肉碎攪拌之後,便可以進食,由於是用煲上,所以溫度可以保持一段時間,如果可以減少些油,味道更加好。芥蘭炒臘味$128臘味包括有臘腸、膶腸和臘肉,芥蘭已經被去除堅硬的部份,餘下的部份,清甜爽口,沒有苦澀味,配合臘味,味道更佳。燒鵝王下庄$158燒鵝醃得很好,而且肉嫩,脂肪十足,加上暖暖的溫度,令到脂肪不會凝固,味道更佳,如果被鵝皮脆一點就更好。是日甜品紫米露,甜度適中,吃完已經很飽了。

今日朋友請客, 已經做好「好既一餐, 唔好既一餐」既心態同佢去食飯。 明知我鍾意打邊爐仲叫我叫餸食飯, 都唔知係咪玩鬼我。 仲要走到咁鬼遠。
因為都係打算吹水多, 所以都係是但俾佢叫。 叫d出名野就好。 
一個唔埋竟然叫乳豬, 唔係咁重手下化, 好彩係叫1/4隻, 咁都食得晒既。 好似話出名即燒乳豬嘛。

前菜先上
豬腳仔, 蒜片牛柳粒, 同椒鹽鮮魷。
豬腳仔軟軟地, 好夠味, 一食就知都幾有心機。
蒜片牛柳粒, 係好多又大粒既牛柳粒。 其他地方最多咪細細粒炒埋一碟算。 而呢度係好大粒,差唔多有2x2咁大粒。 大粒得黎又唔難咬。 軟軟的, 真係好食。
椒鹽鮮鱿, 我諗緊其實呢件係主菜黎架下化, 咁大盤既? 係用盤黎形容。 食到我地都唔多想食, 雖然薄皮, 炸得夠脆但入面魷魚都仲係軟軟冇過熟。 最後當然都有清晒啦。
口水雞剩係叫左細份(好彩叫左細份, 碟碟都咁大碟點食得晒)
雞都好夠嫩既, 雖然唔夠傳統, 但麻辣都夠味, 合格。 
跟住, 即燒乳豬, 芙蓉水晶蝦球, 上湯豆苗, 同臘味煲仔飯都輪住上枱, 咁又真係幾快手。 
即燒乳豬, 俾好高分呢。 上枱係出煙既熱, 又冇過頭, 所以d皮完美脆卜卜。 下面舊肉厚度岩岩好, 再跟埋傳統白包皮夾住黎食, 爽丫。 
本來真係唔知咩叫做芙蓉水晶蝦球, 哦! 蛋白蝦蛋? 唔係, 唉丫, 我都唔知點形容好, 係好食既。 半生熟既炒蛋加埋大大個既蝦球, 都唔知點解會咁夾。 自己試啦。
豆苗就正正常常不過不失。
臘味煲仔飯, 我就點都話好食, 個量又夠大, 一定唔係4人份量, 食唔晒囉。 岩岩好又多飯焦, 好食。 臘味就正常不過不失。 
本來睇落定價好似比其仔貴小小, 但完來真係一分錢一分貨, 質素同份量抵返晒。

喺灣仔想食中式傳統菜,依稀記得以前嚟過有間唔錯嘅酒家,師傅啲手勢都好傳統,所以約朋友喺呢度食。乾隆醉雞,以50幾蚊來講都算好多雞,可能有五份一隻雞,有少少雞髀同雞胸肉,整體來講隻雞唔會太肥,雞肉滑溜。脆皮燒豬喺呢度招牌菜之一,伴碟仲有細飽皮,乳豬皮燒得卜卜脆,加飽皮一起食減低肥膩感,乳豬肉亦嫩滑,侍應特別同我講師傅將啲肥膏切走,所以隻乳豬剩係得皮同埋肉好少肥膏,心機之作。野菌燒汁和牛粒份量好多,牛肉好有咬口同又淋又滑,牛味好出,好嘢味。之後叫了金牌拆肉泥孟粥及潮式蠔仔粥,泥孟粥好甜好有魚味,泥孟肉鮮甜,以呢個價錢性價比好高。
