生日飯局與友好晚餐,約好到灣仔盛記。人齊每人點一樣,結果就點了新鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉,盛記小炒皇,椒鹽鮮魷,杏汁燉白肺湯,當然仲有壽桃包啦。新鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉-酸甜汁令人好開胃,肉質好唔會過肥或過瘦。盛記小炒皇-有腰果,菜蒲粒,蝦乾,蝦,韭菜,魚乾配合辣醬炒乾。味道有層次感時時又有口感。椒鹽鮮魷-薄薄脆漿,唔會成口炸粉。鮮魷軟硬適中,同時吃得出魷的鮮味。杏汁燉白肺湯-份量都足夠每人兩碗,湯料都好充足。壽桃包-生日必須點的,幾好味道。

午飯訂了 5位,入座亦是 5位,但餐後發現被酒家更改為 3位,於是致電查詢,員工說話非常粗魯大聲,還反說客人來電不是,不願對話及冚電話。當中接聽電話員工提及,酒家需要付給 OpenRice 每位訂座費用 $10,因此酒家可能為了少付 2位訂座費用共 $20 給 OpenRice,所以擅自更改客人入座人數為 3人。全程電話對話中遭其員工兇惡指駡,並且誣告 OpenRice 自行更改,要客人自行與 OpenRice 交涉,態度非常惡劣,而且後來還接到酒家員工以 WhatsApp 騷擾。共餐友人亦說結賬後酒家沒有給予單據,只給回信用咭底單,相信這就是逃避給予訂座費用 OpenRice 的原因,而且亦不知酒家有否多收費用,食客要小心提防賬目不清!!!

因此不知不覺就加點了很多菜式🤭
想不到點了這麼多,人均也不用500ʜᴋᴅ,

家人說都是他兒時的味道,

2023年10月1日在盛記晚飯。服務態度極差。結賬時又沒有給Openrice 訂座的九拆優惠。要提醒才補回。我們已經決定永不再光顧盛記。可以理解為何港人全都北上消費。就是盛記這些食肆造成。盛記或以為可以完全依賴國內遊客,而不做香港人的生意。但看來,國內遊客也只會光顧一次,就不再重來。相信盛記也可能會影響到香港食肆的聲譽。真的不明白,盛記這些餐廳為何不好好地經營,而是提供這些差勁的服務。或許輸入外勞後,這情況才會有所改善。但亦有可能是盛記老闆的經營問題。

服務態度極差。

我們已經決定永不再光顧盛記。

這間酒家剛剛開張的時候曾經來過一次,吃完之後有點懷念,今晚便專程安排時間到來。拆肉泥鯭粥一鍋$188 ,泥鯭煎過之後,再拆肉煲粥,味道已經深入粥內,粥底綿綿軟糯可口,可以加入生菜絲、蔥絲和冬菜絲作為調味料和增加口感之用。溫馨提示:雖然泥鯭已經拆肉,不過久不久都會有點魚骨,進食時小心。滑蛋鮮蝦球$148 ,蝦肉爽口彈牙,滑蛋份量十足,可惜味道有點怪,可能有一隻壞蛋混在雞蛋之中。😅😅😅海蜇伴燻蹄$78 ,海蜇爽口彈牙,燻蹄皮脆肉嫩,如果海蜇的醬汁可以醎一點更好。紅豆沙(免費),中式傳統晚餐之後,酒家都會有一碗自家製糖水,這個糖水的甜道適中,紅豆入口溶化,這道甜品秉承了酒家的傳統文化。

以上兩款已經食到我地停唔到口,同埋75% full,已經叫唔到其他小菜啦。而T先生覺得比較單調,要叫多少少食物🙄 於是調返轉叫小食😅 沙薑雞腳有6隻,隻隻都厚肉而入味,煮得很出色,再跟沙薑一定食,惹味咸香,又係撈白飯一流。

小朋友成日出街都只食西餐,今日學校有活動放學之後都有啲夜,醒起附近有一間老字號酒家,以前同啲同事成日嚟食,今次帶小朋友嚟試吓,初頭以為樓上鋪唔會好多人,點知原來平日7pm之後已經差唔多滿座,好彩仲有一張細枱我哋先有位食飯。真係好鍾意懷舊酒家嘅餐具,好有特色,而且價錢大眾化,同埋啲碟都係好足份量。我哋點咗尖椒牛柳,牛柳好嫩滑,少少辣辣地,配上大量嘅紅椒同埋青蕉,唔會好辣,不過好惹味。鼓油炒鵝腸唔係好多地方可以食到啦,估唔到呢度仲有得食,份量好多好大碟,鵝腸好爽口好入味,最正係佢下面有大量芽菜,配埋芽菜一齊食,好味之餘亦唔會太溜。老水豬腳仔呢碟雖然係前菜小食,不過小朋友超級鍾意,滷水味好入味,豬腳仔好滑仲有好多肉,連啲花生都夠晒林,一餐簡單嘅晚飯,都可以食得好滿足,間唔中出下街食吓懷舊餐廳,小朋友會有另一番感受。

老水豬腳仔呢碟雖然係前菜小食,不過小朋友超級鍾意,滷水味好入味,豬腳仔好滑仲有好多肉,連啲花生都夠晒林,一餐簡單嘅晚飯,都可以食得好滿足,間唔中出下街食吓懷舊餐廳,小朋友會有另一番感受。
