荷葉舖籠底 揀選條條 大小適中 新鮮脆嫩 菜芯 再擺上 切粒狀的梅菜 蒸的時間 恰到好處 灑上豉熟油 味道讓人感到意外 的好吃 而且菜芯沒有渣 🥰🥰

干撈海皇粉絲㷛 亦是整晚 最喜歡的三名 粉絲好入口 不過咸 亦不太濕 或太乾 也沒有太油 汁料掛在粉絲上 剛剛好 味道也超正 粉量亦超足 但都給吃光光 😋😋

還點了 菠蘿咕嚕肉 啖啖肉 酸甜汁完美沾上 好吃
椒鹽白飯魚 鮮魷吃太多 竟然餐牌上有 白飯魚 炸起熱辣辣 脆漿薄薄的 吃得到的 香酥脆感 正呀!

不得不說 每碟份量非常足 七人吃八道菜 主食也沒點 已經很滿足 而且 價格親民 OpenRice 訂座有折扣 這頓晚飯吃得真真愉快 😍😍

I’ll definitely be coming back. I visited a fair share of dim sum joints and this restaurant exceeded my expectations. It’s very “ traditional”/ local and gets rather busy! Ordered the crispy noodles with seafood and meat and that was tasty; the traditional dim sum dishes were all pretty large in size and also very tasty. If you’re looking for an authentic, tasty and not too expensive dim sum option, Sing Kee is a go-to.

I ate a lunch on 26-1-2020 on 1:45 pm.  I ordered three Dim Sum : (蝦蛟, 燒賣, 叉燒腸粉), 章魚雞粒抄飯, It needs totally HK$ 256.  It included +20 per cent due to Chinese New Year Festival.The three Dim Sum Is very good, the Fried Rice is good also.  The environment is congested, the table is small.It overall is good to eat a lunch there.  The price is still cheap even ot needs + 20 per cent increase.

今日去左灣仔呢間盛記酒家食團年飯!屋企人話專登揀呢一間,因為呢度有即燒乳豬食!!而且乳豬可以唔駛叫哂全隻,而係可以揀全隻、一隻或者四份一隻都得!我地一家四口叫左一份盛記即燒乳豬 1/4隻($198)四份一隻既即燒乳豬有八大件,份量就岩岩好。乳豬皮超香脆,不得了。另外又點左份足料老火靚湯(2-4位用)($128)今晚既湯係粉葛湯,湯勁足料,所有湯渣都會上埋檯!另外啲湯都應該無落味精,非常鮮甜。而且雖然係2-3 位用,但其實可以分到大約6-7碗!所以我地四個人都好夠!其他小菜都幾好味,價錢中等,但份量偏多!下次再同屋企人食飯都會再黎!

今晚既湯係粉葛湯,湯勁足料,所有湯渣都會上埋檯!另外啲湯都應該無落味精,非常鮮甜。而且雖然係2-3 位用,但其實可以分到大約6-7碗!所以我地四個人都好夠!

其他小菜都幾好味,價錢中等,但份量偏多!下次再同屋企人食飯都會再黎!
