真的很久已經沒有入流浮山了,回想一下都差不多有20多年,由元朗出發,原來超方便,搭64K,三十分鐘直達🚃由於入到去的時間已超過兩點鐘,周圍搵食都很難,終於找到一間叫小桃園的菜館🍴嚟到流浮山,梗係食生蠔啦,睇菜牌薑蔥生蠔煲120蚊,想叫時,老闆說呢個價目是錯的,應該是十八蚊一隻才對😂冇辦法啦,18蚊隻都照order,就叫咗八隻食,上菜時間很快 ,生蠔都算肥美大隻, 沒有overcooked,口內爆汁的感覺很好👍另外蝦仁炒蛋就一般一般但有一些老😬整餐飯食咗四百多元,都是一百蚊一個頭, 這家店的服務態度真有特色,老闆很有性格,唔憂做 👌食完飯再在小街走一走,買了一些海味,烏魚子 ,不貴60蚊半斤,在台灣買是挺貴的,很開心

到了香港旅游,就想去一些地方比较特别的。上网查了一下资料,就想说不如去流浮山看看吧。于是在佐敦站搭了港铁转到元朗站在乘搭K65巴士前往到流浮山. 流浮山有很多海鲜酒楼,选择特别的多.所以走着狂着就看到这一家海鲜酒楼。我们二话不说就这样进去试一下他们的食物吧。 我们选择了一条普通的斑鱼,三只大虾,清蒸豆腐和烫菜心。等了一会儿班鱼真的不怎么样。肉质不会细嫩又不甜美。干煎虾味道还不错。蒸豆腐一般。油菜非常老又不好吃。价钱贵的吓人。不会推荐朋友到这里用餐。

奄仔蟹$420,(3隻)最被吸引的就是蟹膏了,離遠已經睇到,其實只睇到金黃色的蟹膏,蟹肉要找一找!!外殻好強鹽焗薰過的香味,不禁嚐一嚐咸咸的蟹殻,蟹蓋全是膏~跟住再啜一啜蟹身的蟹膏,濃香細滑~~膏甜肉鮮!!

今日母親節去食海鮮,雖然預左貴,不過真有被搶錢既感覺。其實材料係新鮮,味道都唔錯,但係價錢真係幾貴,份量又少。要左4隻椒鹽瀨尿蝦(~$850),揀嘅時候都好生猛大大隻。炒完出黎冇乜肉,偏瘦。感覺最搶錢係佢。象拔蚌5隻(唔記得幾多百),炒完得幾塊...聽到隔離台嘈話象拔蚌點解得咁少,最後都好似不了了之。咕嚕肉($80),一半都係粉,好少肉....仲叫左個斑(~$1200),係好食嘅,所以都冇咁嬲😂仲有鮑魚同聖子,不過不失。最後7個人埋單$4000....有點兒傷...

每次黎到流浮山都會幫襯呢間餐廳,呢度有幾樣野係必食,炆斑頭腩,咕嚕肉,炸生蠔,豉油蝦球。今次只係叫左其中兩樣。炆斑頭腩 - 每次黎都一定食,絕無欺場,走油時無過火,魚肉鮮甜多汁,保持一貫水準。相中係半份,大概300-400蚊酥炸生蠔 - 黎流浮山點可以唔食生蠔,有時如果季節唔啱,佢會轉美國桶蠔,我就唔太建議,黎呢到緊係食本地野。講返個蠔,唔過火,酥皮夠乾身。一啖一隻,唔使加椒鹽。驚肥膩既包生菜食,加返d Fresh味。咸魚楊洲炒飯 - 推介俾喜歡炒飯之人,另有無咸魚版。炒出黎d飯一粒粒既,不過佢咸魚係硬身,個人比較鍾意梅香。另外仲叫左碟頭菜菜心,不過無影相。
