This is my second visit since it opened, the Oriental orange is no longer served.
However there are a few new items such as bread and butter pudding and apple jelly.

There is a pick and mix section where you can pick any 3 desserts from their pick and mix range.
There are two prices either $11 or $13 each.

Picked six items:

Apple jelly, melon sago, bread and butter pudding.
Egg white in vanilla sauce, tofu cheese pudding, apple tart.

Apple jelly:
This is a new item that wasnt there last time, so picked it.
Although it was jelly it lacked the refreshingness of apple.
The jelly that was used was firmer and resembled konjac rather than gelatin.
It was slightly too sweet and the apple bits were too sweet as well.

Melon Sago:
This was also disappointing apart from the melon pieces!!
The sauce was basically purified mango with pieces of grapefruit in it, a blander version of "yeung ji gum lo".
In the sauce there was also bits of plastic too, and the waitor said it was odds and ends of sago?? hmm!!
Anyway, was offered another free dessert to replace it.

Bread and butter pudding:
It was piping hot drenched in alot of vanilla sauce with a few pieces of raisins on top,
Out of the above three, and for the $11 price range, this would be recommended.

Egg white in vanilla sauce:
This has kept its standards, and still tastes as good as it was before.
Fluffly eggwhite in warm vanilla sauce with slivered crunchy almonds.

tofu cheese pudding:
This was firm and not too heavy, although the tofu could not be tasted, it was quite refreshing and decorated with a piece of strawberry.

apple tart
This has also kept its standards since my last visit, flakey and delicate, not too sweet.

昨日同朋友在尖東吃晚飯,飯後去了心飴甜品店一試。四個人分別叫了:-1. 楊枝金露豆腐花(凍),味道ok啦。2. 芝麻糊豆腐花(熱),芝麻糊熱但豆腐花竟然係凍嘅!3. 麥米南瓜露(熱),最正常。4. 日本蕃薯糖水(熱),最可惡,朋友叫了細碗,送來時竟然發現碗內有六件係薑,蕃薯只得兩件零一粒碎,真係接受唔到囉!於是立刻叫待應跟進,最後換來四件蕃薯和五件薑,但因煲糖水落得太多薑,辣到朋友一面吃就一面咳。還說係店主推介之食品,太失望、冇下次、冇下次...........!把老板聲譽破壞哂,全店唯一可讚係樓面阿姐態度好。

又是被騙才點的黑糖系甜品....tiramisu絕對比不上我自家出品的....黑糖味更不用再說了....tiramisu吃不出有咖啡或masala的酒味...濕潤程度亦算偏乾...mascopone cheese亦沒有vanilla 的香滑...不吃可也

見佢寫個名係吉士心諗唔通呢間唔用法式敦蛋而改用custard??愛吃拿破崙的我..見到吉士都無法抗拒...毫不猶豫就點了這個...
先吃第一口,焦糖部3不均勻,自然厚薄不一,亦不算脆口...再吃吉士...OMG..根本就不是吉士...怎吃都像是中式敦蛋加糖上面再用火槍燒...天啊!又浪費了我有限的quota和$$...最討厭就是吃一些非法式的法式甜品..


overall,我食完都唔會覺得好滿足...應該唔會有下次
但倘若有日係附近行得攰了或許會試叫那個心花怒放/蘋果撻..很多人點這個.好像不錯
但我想menu的甜品名稱應該要再寫過吧....

My colleague told me that there's a local artist "王祖藍" and he opened a dessert house in TST "心飴". After finished a semester today, I went to there. They are having afternoon tea time promotion. Pick a pair of items from two categories: "beverage or a sweet soup" and "solid food", for only HK$20. I chose sweet soup "紫米露" from category A and "芒果糯米卷" from category B. I chose sweet soup "紫米露" from category A and "芒果糯米卷" from category B.

The 紫米露 is not sweet taste. Thus, it seems to be relatively rare to me.

The 芒果糯米卷 is not a bad choice because it is much much better than that offers in Food Republic. I think I will shift to here for next time.

Since this is a good deal, I think it is not a bad idea to revisit .

先是我的楊枝金露-----難食:芒果好甜,不過係似放得太耐太熟 就變壞的甜 好怪的楊枝金露
之後到友人的芒果豆腐花, 芒果汁好似水咁稀 食落去有點酸酸味 ....難食
重點 另一友人的芒果西米撈, 一黎到, 友人看見芒果顏色很深, 已心知不妙
嘗一口之後
立即吐了出來

原來芒果已經變壞了! 即[宿]左

之後另一友人好有勇敢話要試下, 結果都係作嘔

最後 我地cancel 左未黎果d 就好嬲咁走左啦!
此店以後永不錄用!!!!!!!!

在尖沙咀晚飯之後意猶未盡,到了王祖男開的甜品店“心飴”吃甜品。心花怒放蘋果撻伴雪糕 $32 - 店員介紹這個給我們,說是老闆祖男推介的。一試之下,果然很好吃!層層酥皮包著香甜蘋果餡,配雲尼拿雪糕,非常好味!加上賣相很美,真的沒有介紹錯!芒果腸粉 $20 - 厚厚的芒果上有白色的腸粉狀。芒果很甜很好味,不過腸粉部分比較淡,稍為太薄了,吃下去好像全是芒果,完全搶了腸粉的味道。店外貼著明星的照片,配合店名砌成了心形~

芒果腸粉 $20 - 厚厚的芒果上有白色的腸粉狀。芒果很甜很好味,不過腸粉部分比較淡,稍為太薄了,吃下去好像全是芒果,完全搶了腸粉的味道。

一間非常逼夾既甜品店 , 大隻佬咪攪點了一份三心兩意, 不便宜的$35 Testing Menu 紅豆吉士- 焦糖脆有小小痴牙, 蛋味夠但完全唔滑, 紅豆況現淤黑色, 唔靚仔 藍梅果凍: 非常淡口,食唔出藍梅味, 魚膠粉也很重手, 味道唔甜又唔甜酸 , 唔知想點 朱古力Mousses : 朱古力味唔濃也唔滑, 又係差份量太小滿足唔到甜胃 ,再黎個麥米南瓜露 (小) $12完全係糊中之糊, <傑>到爆,仲要有大量麥米係底, 好彩唔係食飽野先黎...咪肯定頂唔順 不過一提南瓜味足都幾好味 前三個差, 後一個okay, 睇黎咸面無走雞

不過一提南瓜味足都幾好味

前三個差, 後一個okay, 睇黎咸面無走雞

先是參加Openrice x 海港城朱古力品味之旅,再是於RollGrand Opening試食會中吞下多款卷蛋與macarons,甜魔的甜胃也開始飽了,但仍然向原定目標心飴繼續進發!! 店內環境普普通通,然而在明星效應下,週六的下午也有半滿。馬上心急翻開餐單,款式選擇超多呢,幸好這裡提供三心兩意的迷你甜品選擇,如是精選甜品$13款,是日推介則$11款,三位甜魔先來掃六款: 法式焦糖吉士-焦糖吉士即是焦糖燉蛋,這裡的出品是估不到的香與滑,先來一個讚!不過其後的甜品水準就差得遠了,而且問過其他食友也曾吃過不佳的燉蛋,難道好吃只是意外? 豆腐芝士布甸-甜品的芝味頗為濃重,相比下豆腐味一點不突出,半數人包括我都吃不出來;而且布甸的氣孔粗大,質感不夠細滑。 黑糖木槺布甸-改了個很別致吸引的名字,可由賣相以至味道,原來吃不出黑糖在那裡,與普通的木槺布甸又有何分別?雖然瑪莉餅碎鮮香挺好,可忌廉並不夠香滑,質素一般。 栗子吉士-栗子與吉士口味完全唔夾,半酸不甜的味道很古怪嚇人,我試了一啖就不敢再嚐..... 意式朱古力奶凍-頂層輕薄的脆片挺吸引,但奶凍的朱味不算濃郁卻帶苦,質感亦不夠滑,也是一啖起兩

黑糖木槺布甸-改了個很別致吸引的名字,可由賣相以至味道,原來吃不出黑糖在那裡,與普通的木槺布甸又有何分別?雖然瑪莉餅碎鮮香挺好,可忌廉並不夠香滑,質素一般。
 
栗子吉士-栗子與吉士口味完全唔夾,半酸不甜的味道很古怪嚇人,我試了一啖就不敢再嚐.....

 
意式朱古力奶凍-頂層輕薄的脆片挺吸引,但奶凍的朱味不算濃郁卻帶苦,質感亦不夠滑,也是一啖起兩啖止的貨色。
 
麵包布甸雲尼拿汁-麵包較實不算鬆化,所用雲尼拿汁亦有欠香甜,然而比較下已算較可接受的一款。
 
心太軟拌雪糕($42)-除了花式甜品,當然不可錯過心太軟,這也是較有期望的一款;然而成品上檯,外表竟是黑漆漆?果然心太軟切開只得少量流心,朱古力濃度亦不足,加上好普通的雪糕,整體味道與賣相都是一樣的麻麻地。
 
本來已不抱很大希望,試完後卻也微感失望,心飴的水準真是一般過一般。無論如何,總算見識過+如了願,而且是日與漏漏、yvonne及TC真的傾得很開心,這段甜漏漏時光仍是十分美好的。下次,再找美味的甜品店愉快共聚吧!

星期一下課後與男朋友到尖東吃午飯,由於我倆都趕時間,所以便打算選擇較少人等候的餐廳。可是,什麼元氣呀...北海道十勝豚丼...川福烏冬都已經很多人我們見心飴又是新開張不久, 又沒有吃過,重點是那時候餐廳沒有什麼客人於是便獻出我們的第一次了lunch set, hkd35至40不等..可是餐牌一點也不吸引,.沒法子, 趕時間嘛還有, lunch包甜品, 若想轉果汁, 要加6元!!!!!點了忌廉蘑菇雞肉天使麵和泡菜牛肉紅米飯先上泡菜牛肉紅米飯,原來泡菜牛肉兩者是分‧開‧的味道還可以之後的忌廉蘑菇雞肉天使麵才是戲肉首先,雞肉一點也不嫩, 亦沒有雞味!!!!感覺像是雪藏了一星期的雞肉煮法竟是把雞肉「烚」「烚」便算, 有必要那麼快捷嗎??調味料都省回賣相更驚人,像湯渣一樣我先吃天使麵, 沒味道然後把雞肉翻來翻去, 尋找一塊像樣的擺在口中,怎料, 我發現有些雞肉還是紅紅的........................................於是便叫經理過來看看, 他也立即換一碗新的給我這次的雞肉還是沒味道,亦與湯渣無異但起碼是熟的忌廉蘑菇相信是用金寶那種,所以味道不會差到那去經理亦送上一

先上泡菜牛肉紅米飯,原來泡菜牛肉兩者是分‧開‧的
味道還可以

之後的忌廉蘑菇雞肉天使麵才是戲肉
首先,雞肉一點也不嫩, 亦沒有雞味!!!!
感覺像是雪藏了一星期的雞肉

煮法竟是把雞肉「烚」「烚」便算, 有必要那麼快捷嗎??調味料都省回
賣相更驚人,像湯渣一樣

我先吃天使麵, 沒味道
然後把雞肉翻來翻去, 尋找一塊像樣的擺在口中,
怎料, 我發現有些雞肉還是紅紅的........................................

於是便叫經理過來看看, 他也立即換一碗新的給我

這次的雞肉還是沒味道,亦與湯渣無異
但起碼是熟的

忌廉蘑菇相信是用金寶那種,所以味道不會差到那去

經理亦送上一杯蜜瓜果汁作為補償(自己買要6元啊)
蜜瓜汁真的是鮮榨的,有果肉, 相信沒有加太多糖...

最後,甜品是麵包布甸, 份量少得可憐, 可我覺得太甜, 男友說還好。

離開餐廳剛好1點,客人開始多了.........

真後悔沒有用相機拍下食物.....真的十分


不會再來, 吃甜品也不會。
