因為我住附近,加上店舖新開,黎左2次都唔算多人,唔洗排隊,一定有位坐😜第一次黎嘅時候我同朋友2個人所以試唔到太多嘢食。第二次嚟嘅時候我同五個朋友一齊嚟,所以差唔多試晒個menu。首先講下我鐘意佢地個手工意粉,食過自家製咖啡意粉,好特別,濃濃咖啡味加上煙肉,都有啲驚喜。🤭食過青口手工薯團,好得意嘅口感(可能我少食手工意粉?),薯團一團粉嘅口感煙煙韌韌連埋醬汁,又幾好味。亦食過黑松露手工意粉,有啲似carbonara + 重黑松露嘅味道。有個pork belly 豬腩肉,第一次嚟有塊厚厚嘅燒豬皮,超脆口超好味😋。第二次黎冇左塊豬皮,話改良中,都好味嘅,始終豬腩肉嘅位置仍然都係入口即溶,肉嘅部份好林。第二次黎嘅時候因為多人share, 所以叫左個龍蝦柚子沙律,簡單清新好味,龍蝦啖啖肉。😋閒談之中覺得老闆娘超好人超有禮貌超溫柔,主廚去過外國唔同地方做主廚,超有經驗。一間唔錯嘅手工意粉小店,會再去。🤭

閒談之中覺得老闆娘超好人超有禮貌超溫柔,主廚去過外國唔同地方做主廚,超有經驗。一間唔錯嘅手工意粉小店,會再去。🤭

多士外層頗香脆,但裏面係非常鬆軟,底面都搽滿牛油(定橄欖油?),好似食緊一款新鮮出爐嘅手做麵包,非常高質。 上面嘅蕃茄碎清甜唔會過酸,再配上鯷魚嘅鹹香令到味道層次更加豐富,三款食材配合得好好👍🏻

💙是日甜品-Bake Rice Pudding
有少少似焦糖西米布甸,不過係升華版🤭下面係焗飯,米飯粒粒分明而且有口感,幾彈牙!上邊有一層薄薄燒過嘅焦糖,再配上清甜橙肉,混合埋醬汁,口感同味道都好夾。

💙柚子蜜桃梳打
呢一杯梳打味道唔會過甜,蜜桃嘅甜香配上柚子嘅酸性味道啱啱好,加上有氣嘅梳打飲完之後真係透心涼,非常適合而家咁熱嘅天氣。

老闆娘話呢個係改良版,個甜品係焗嘅,有點似中式酒樓嘅焗荔芋西米布甸,米用左意大利米所以口感煙韌一點,上面放左帶點微酸嘅橙片,平衡番布甸嘅甜度,再喺上面整左焦糖,口感又豐富左

滂沱大雨之際,碰巧亂入這間剛剛開業的小咖啡店x 餐廳。開心小發現!現在港島區開了無數新咖啡店,但是如果想飽腹而不是又吃all day breakfast/bagel/muffin/brownie/burnt cheesecake的話,這間小餐廳是不錯的選擇。距離西營盤地鐵站也不算遠。叫了手打意粉+鹹蛋+黑松露,奇妙的配搭但又不會太亂來。手工意粉的煙韌度,就是不一樣。賣相也很不錯。旁邊還看到店主(應該是)在製作意粉。感覺很用心!值得鼓勵!值得再去!

叫了手打意粉+鹹蛋+黑松露,奇妙的配搭但又不會太亂來。手工意粉的煙韌度,就是不一樣。
賣相也很不錯。旁邊還看到店主(應該是)在製作意粉。
感覺很用心!值得鼓勵!

每次看到手工意粉,都會去試吓🤭我點左黑松露蛋黃手工意粉同牛小排三文治,比起傳統乾意粉,手工意粉多一重煙韌口感,如果鍾意濃味嘅朋友,呢個意粉絕對岩口味👍🏻 而牛小排吐司絕對超出我預期,別睇少吐司中的一顆顆,絕對是精粹!少少酸酸甜甜,中和芝士同牛肉嘅膩感👍🏻而且環境超舒服,落地玻璃照射陽光,令到餐廳好有格調

見大廚做過米芝蓮餐廳,本身都幾期待會好食,但未如理想😢可能期望太大。餐廳整體環境整潔,都幾有文青feel,打卡一流。位置近地鐵,行幾分鐘就到。空間不算太大,大概有7張枱。意粉味道ok,有少少黑椒味,蛋黃味唔太突出,整體味道清淡。闊麵都幾煙靭,但有啲兩條癡埋一齊食落偏硬。同埋份量偏少,本身食量唔算大,但食完都唔夠飽,所以叫多碟蛋糕食。甜品算係敗筆,份量比想像中少,蛋糕硬身,口感有啲癡口,有少少似心太軟嘅口感,味道偏甜,唔算太好食。雪糕味道ok,沒什麼特別。 友人食焙茶蛋糕,表示沒什麼味道。不建議點蛋糕食。整體環境不錯,打卡ok,但不要太期待食物
