呢個角落頭舖一直係做cafe,最近發現轉咗手,睇睇個menu,竟然有自己造嘅手工意粉,決定試下。揀咗鮮蝦番茄汁意粉,加多杯熱Mocha。Mocha到先,咖啡師妹妹話佢哋有姐妹店喺寶琳,用嘅咖啡豆係自家炒,朱古力醬都係自己拼配煮,係好香濃嘅黑朱古力風味,唔甜好啱我口味。舖頭係開放式廚房,所以一開始煮意粉就成間舖都好香。嚟到賣相唔差,茄汁唔似現成嗰啲咁水汪汪,勁掛汁;蝦似係新鮮蝦,都有幾多隻;重點係意粉真係彈牙,雖然有少少厚薄不均,但手工製食得出用心,有啲粗糙仲有feel。入咗佢哋IG睇下,今期有濃酒版嘅Tiramisu,忍唔住叫埋⋯⋯賣相係傳統風格,Cream打得好靚,偏濕潤,而啲手指餅吸滿晒咖啡同酒味,食完條脷有少少麻感,證明真係重酒!不過冇人同我share,淨咗啲cream食唔晒,有啲唔好意思。小店細細間,但真係好俾心機。唯獨想講舖頭冷氣有啲大,以前見過呢個舖位可以打開晒啲窗,變半露天咁,好期待遲啲佢哋都咁做,一定好舒服!希望你哋加油! continue reading
