To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大年初三赤口行山,筲箕灣地鐵站出口附近間餐廳大排長龍,走去附近商場內尋尋覓覓,見此連鎖店有開便入內用餐。簡潔裝修,光明潔淨,價格合理,今日早餐要加一,可以接受。友人選了韓式部隊鍋及啡走,份量不大,味道不過不失。我就算了蔥油餅麥皮早餐,腸仔口感欠佳,其他就一般,而杯飲品央走的煉奶份量適中不會過甜,但味淡。

早兩天早上行經形薈看到一間食店,便入內一試。服務員沒有招呼。因我是第一次幫襯,對她們的運作不太清楚,問她們可給我兩杯清水,服務員好唔耐煩叫我自己出去攞當時人客係不多。叫咗兩份早歺, 食物一般般,冇乜特色, 亦都冇驚喜, 麥皮似飲滾水乜都冇味,食物 暖暖地似一早整定。 臨走叫咗一份早餐外賣,因當時趕時間沒有留意,服務員畀漏一杯餐茶 同埋餐具,回到家中才發現,便致電她們。她們竟然說我甘吾小心現在先發現。好似我吾啱叫我落去攞番。今時今日嘅服務態度

本來唔想寫食評,但呢度出品又貴又差,而且職員好無礼貌,真係不敢恭维。叫咗個海蘆魚餐+藜麥飯,事先講明唔好太鹹,点知上桌,完全同相片唔同,入口又鹹又腥,超難食,擺明唔新鮮,而最離譜係藜麥,得十粒八粒以後都唔會幫襯

今次是我第一次寫評語,估不到需要俾劣評。事緣我今早去「湯加」依間分店食早餐,我叫左19號「沙茶牛肉煎焗流心蛋公仔麵」。但見近lunch,不如加多個厚多士當食埋午餐。當準備埋單時,我望到我張枱的打印單厚多士是加$6 (餐牌上是放在$4後面)。我跟收銀職員查詢,佢竟然答總之現在部機寫收$6就係要收依個價錢。我話要投訴,要影低相,佢話你影lor,態度差到..........。其實係好明顯間餐廳係更改左添加厚多士的價錢(由原本$4,加到$6 ),但係佢又無作出指示或記號將此食品指清楚去$6嗰度,佢只係塗左個「或」字就算,混淆視聽。正常客人會根據佢下-行「價錢在前面,食物在後邊」嘅原則去認為厚多士都只係$4。(佢依個做法在餐牌的其他版面是這樣處理,非常普遍)又或者落單時同顧客講聲有依個更改(厚多士已變了加$6),咁就不用有爭辯。我今次豪俾依$2俾佢,不過不會再去依間餐廳所有分店。

唔會堂食,枱面黐淋淋,抹枱毛巾好多時都有味。食物水準就一般,咖啡難飲。打12次都唔聽係咩態度? 11點15分去叫早餐比面色你睇,仲會好多時啱啱過11點就唔做早餐。咁你就叫公司唔好做早餐做到11:30
