大約下午2時來到,店面十分有特色,這間店叫郵票cafe ,裝飾都用上了郵局的設計。一進去,店員主動介紹雞髀及兩餸飯,但我固執地選了豬扒煎蛋飯店員先給我一碗湯,我飲完了飯都未到,店員便主動問我要不要多一碗(我一共飲了2碗湯,真好)食物方面,豬扒不硬,煎蛋是全熟蛋,如果是半熟蛋便更好了,飯的熱度很好,整體來說,十分便宜!店員全程也十分有禮貌,而且給多了一碗湯給我good!

話說,我都係去食個早餐叫咗個面餐,雪菜肉絲加隻蛋出前一丁一拎到出嚟,啲湯係得一半,鹹到癲個出前一丁係未熟27蚊,是但跟住我好心,想細細聲同個老闆講,費事比其他客聽到,佢好似驚我打劫佢咁彈開九丈遠咁算數,我就大大聲講,話佢知個丁面未熟,同個湯太鹹,跟住佢叫我去第二間食我仲要同佢講唔好意思,發咗乜嘢神經?其實都係煮個出前一丁者,難食都唔緊要,佢擺明唔想做生意27蚊講真,要求唔會高,但係我覺得7蚊都比多佢勿去!

餐廳有供應紅豆冰,經過某次教訓,我問咗有粗飲管先落單,嚟既果然係比一般“粗少少“既管.其實要粗飲管既用途係可以吸埋紅豆,既然吸唔到紅豆,“幼”或者“粗少少”既飲管又有咩唔同呢…真係希望有珍珠奶茶嗰種飲管. 紅豆都係煲唔透而且本身都唔甜,冰未溶既時候杯紅豆冰已經好淡,食完飲再飲差唔多變成紅豆加水.好彩紅豆唔透之剩都唔會好硬,就咁食都還可以.最近中伏嘅紅豆冰真係唔少.

順帶一提服務係唔錯而且好有禮貌,又一次證明大聲唔等於冇禮貌.

在黃埔的小巷入面有一間隱世小店~12:30入坐就立刻有位、到搭9就坐滿晒啦~Lunch set menu~我今次點左個$33 黑椒汁伴豬扒餐~豬扒好食,加上肉質幾嫩,所以好好切!飲熱檸水就唔使加錢。薯條質素還好啦,桌上已經放有茄汁。平價美食,上菜又快,所以會再幫襯!

郵票供應兩款湯粉,原味麻油及豬骨湯味,幾乎每次我都食原味係正常不過。滾水白烚麵條湯粉自己落,有好處亦有壞處啦。能因應個人喜好調較湯汁濃淡度,鍾意可以整包又可以半包,就算唔落就咁滾水浸麵都可以。依個 idea 可以方便廚房,可以方便有多款湯底供應既食肆囉。不過食味就大打節扣,湯還湯、麵還麵,麵並沒有吸收湯汁味道,依舊白雪雪,湯汁味只留在外呢。我食開重口味,當然要全部湯粉、全部麻油落晒啦。

太陽蛋豬扒出前一丁麻油味,我最愛食雞蛋,半生熟流心烚蛋、太陽蛋、荷包蛋、炒滑蛋,款款美味無比,共通點不能全熟囉。太陽蛋用上蛋箍煎,特別圓、厚、香、熱,我非常喜歡。程一個 perfect round 正圓造形特別美觀,蛋白快熟又夠厚,底微焦夠香口 ﹗蛋黃熱燙燙,更加味道香甜 ﹗還以為塊豬扒漏單添,原來收埋係底,點見到呀。沉底豬扒已經浸死左喇,使到部份肉香肉汁流失,搞到淡鬼晒囉﹗何解不是鋪係面呀?用湯洗完塊煎豬扒無晒香口感覺,幸好豬扒吸收湯汁味道,依然味濃有肉汁,都好好食。

太陽蛋沙嗲牛肉出前一丁麻油味,太食出前一丁經驗超過三十年,試過既茶記都多不勝數,從來無一間像郵票這麼獨特,先將沙嗲牛肉放碗底先再落麵再倒湯既,您係勁喎 ﹗我要係碗底救返晒所有沙嗲牛肉上面囉,玩咩﹗牛肉質地十分鮮嫩喎,每日都新鮮做的嗎?原汁原味,甜甜沙嗲味中滲著鮮牛味道,有料到。搭幾片鞋硬椰菜,麻麻地喎,用紹菜才會更甜啊 ﹗下次要記得走左去,不想浪費食物呢。

火腿豬扒出前一丁麻油味,薄切豬扒好咸喎,乾爭爭又無鮮味。隔夜翻炸的嗎?顏色深啡暗啞,怪怪的亳無生氣。火腿有煎過,特別熱辣辣,特別香噴噴,不是求其凍冰冰掉係麵上面算數,值得一讚。

太陽蛋蟹柳出前一丁麻油味,太陽蛋被插死左呀,穿左陰功啊,血流成河喇 ﹗蛋汁漏晒,怱忙急急用麵條捲起,要全數吸入口中,不能浪費如此寶貴的蛋漿啊 ﹗溶掉在湯汁之中就慘喇。用力大大啖啜啜啜,掛上蛋漿夾著蛋白衝入口中,塞得嘴仔滿滿才夠暢快,好好味呀﹗麵質過關合格,不太差又未叫好,偏腍未算過份已有點安慰。大陸紅膠牌蟹柳,大紅的顏色,眼看膠感十足,食落甜立立,味道及質感都假得很。


太陽蛋火腿出前一丁麻油味,師傅真客氣,醒兩大片蛋殼加料,梗係想幫我補充鈣質呢 ﹗太陽蛋沒有用上蛋箍煎,雖然賣相平平,幸好微焦香口,蛋黃浸浸湯都可以熱燙燙吞下,甘甜無比 ﹗


太陽蛋豬扒出前一丁麻油味,突然豬扒不再沉底,用碟另上架喎。煎豬扒豉油味極重,煎得香口有點肉汁,味道還算可以,質地腍到唔似豬扒,鬆到不得了 ﹗

太陽蛋雞中翼出前一丁麻油味,整碗麵已被我消滅,但雙炸雞中翼還未到呢 ﹗見您即叫即炸,我就耐心等候啦。終於送到,新鮮出爐,炸得金黃鬆脆,驚喜的皮香肉嫩,雞皮脆卜卜香噴噴,內面白肉嫩嫩滑滑,肉汁泛濫,醃味香甜濃濃,難得美味。

蟹柳豬扒出前一丁豬骨湯,預先煮定白烚麵條毫無火喉,有 order 再落滾水送上,食客自己撈湯粉,十足大陸泡麵,勁難食呀﹗麵質又腍又粉,半溶的狀態。發脹的麵條加淡如水的豬骨湯底,又係出絕招既時候喇 ﹗勁落辣椒仔,是鬼但掃晒入口直吞落肚,埋單走人算數。所以出前一丁唔會係郵票食,白烚自撈粉;出前一丁都唔會係英發食,腍劈劈到差不多溶化,討厭 ﹗

忌廉粟米湯,一向以來郵票出品既餐湯都非常稀,水感十足,雖然味道係有,到底是否故意作此特色呢?這碗湯水更加嚴重,見唔到粟米既粟米水,飲得到粟米味既,粟水又縮水。


黑椒薄牛扒意粉,沒有最差,只有更差。意粉貫徹如一腍劈劈又黏又粉,烚到過晒火。試過焗意粉,質地都係黏糊,但會好少少,免強合格。


薄牛扒?入口即時聯想到早餐食既沙嗲牛肉,鬆鬆的牛肉,沒沒點煎過的焦香,而且勁多肥膏同筋。黑椒汁淡而無味,水水的不香不辣,用作撈飯或燴意粉就更加淡。


蘋果醋香煎龍脷柳意粉,意粉 keep 住驚嚇,從最初到現在都係腍劈劈,黏黏粉粉,會唔會轉用幼意粉呢?細號意粉易熟又易處理。不太喜歡食飯,麵才是我的主食,下次再幫襯,都係試試薯菜啦﹗


個汁完全感覺不到蘋果醋味,而且食落只是普通煎龍脷柳,外脆肉嫩,微腥而香口有肉汁,熱辣辣都合格。


砵酒咖喱雞扒意粉,意粉依舊腍劈劈及粉口,烚得太久了﹗還是沒有落鹽烚呢?烚到九成熟左右夾起過鑊,再用橄油炒一炒就夠彈滑嚥韌好味道啦!


咖喱都無砵酒味既?沒半點酒香,失敗。質感好幼滑,濃濃茶記咖哩膽,撈上意粉不過不失。半煎焗雞扒皮香肉嫩,勁多肉汁,好味﹗


黑椒汁橙酒燴鴨胸配意粉,意粉依舊腍劈劈及粉口,烚得太久了﹗還是沒有落鹽烚呢?烚到九成熟左右夾起過鑊,再用橄油炒一炒就夠彈滑嚥韌好味道啦!


黑椒配橙酒怪怪的味道,不喜歡。上檯時聞到陣陣酒香,但入口就一點酒味都沒有。鴨肉有點羶,肉質夠腍,整體味道還可以啦。


跟同檯食客一齊落 order,誰知那位操不純正廣東話的神州肥姐攞住碗湯及我既鴨胸意粉,將碗湯比左同檯食客,碟意粉就交比我﹗


明明依 set 係我架喎,何解無啦啦拆比人地呢?思路非常不妥當喎。慣例先飲湯後食主菜架麻。暫時放著意粉不理,等餐湯到來。過左成分鐘都未到,唯有叫另位四眼阿姐攞碗湯比我,離晒譜架﹗


時間推前到落 order 時,我有點頸喝想飲野先,那位操不純正廣東話的神州肥姐拒絕落單,稱只可以叫主菜先,不可以餐飲同主菜一齊叫,要分開叫!您係咪有病呀!定係有嚴重控制狂?定係精神有問題傻呢?


時間再推到最前,我剛入門口,坐低無人理,那位操不純正廣東話的神州肥姐遞過餐牌給同檯食客,完全無意識比我,當我透明?還是好驚我呀?真係佛都有火!

太陽蛋沙嗲牛肉出前一丁,我最愛原味。麵質非常地好,嚥韌爽口又夠苗條無發脹,絕對唔係預先淥定,係即叫即做滾熱辣送到﹗我當然係成包連麻油倒晒落去啦,香濃美味 ﹗甜甜沙嗲牛肉不算鞋,還可以接受。總括黎講,依個麵比茶餐廳好食幾倍。

煎豬扒出前一丁,有原味麻油湯或豬骨湯揀架,不過我較喜歡麻油原味。依度係自已落湯粉,濃淡可以自己揸主意。今次第二次黎食早餐,熱燙燙既湯麵,正呀 ﹗煎豬扒不過不失,未算太過乾鞋,有一絲肉汁亦煎得香口,可以接受,不過略厭醃得有點過火,味道太咸啊。麵質同上次好大分別,煮得太耐,過腍喇。可能因為今日太忙啦,爆晒場仲要有人等緊位,所以質數有點下降。我將全部湯粉落晒,極愛超濃郁湯底,但之後有點渴了。

牛尾湯,淨湯無料,加左幾粒炸麵包。飲落一點都唔似牛尾湯,但個味道好熟,又講唔出,質數不過不失啦。

咖喱芝士焗肉醬意粉,咖喱芝士薯條就食得多,mix 肉醬好有創意,食扒餐太普通,就試佢一試 ﹗隻碟微暖,但個意粉就熱到出晒煙,應該係微波爐焗,唔係焗爐。味道香濃無比,毫不吝嗇落足料,表面芝士粉焗到微微燋黃令芝士香味更提升。咖哩汁幼滑,肉醬亦不少,將它們跟意粉完全撈均,用意粉捲實大啖大啖食,非常冶味,Good ﹗意粉掛上大量熱燙燙香滑濃稠咖哩汁我鍾意,意粉質地還算正常,如何再烚多幾十秒就腍劈劈架喇。好好味,可以添食。

粟米湯,好清淡,有幾粒粟米,無咩料,幾乎淨水,只不過係例湯還,算數啦。

青紅椒雞肉釀鴨胸意粉,夠創意我鍾意,尊登叫黎試試。雞肉撈埋青紅椒碎釀係鴨胸裡面,上碟時再切片。一野啪落口,食到青紅椒微辣帶甜連雞肉既味道再夾雜住皮香肉嫩既鴨胸 ﹗好味道 ﹗口感特別而豐富。薄薄一片真係唔夠喉,如果可以切厚一點會更好。意粉十成熟,有點粉口,我不喜歡太腍,七八成爽口又有趙口最好味 ﹗如果可以先用欖油略炒再上碟去一去水氣就更好。

白汁辣雞扒意粉,雞扒微辣惹味,醒胃菜色,皮香肉嫩,肉汁豐富帶鮮雞既味道,好好味 ﹗意粉撈上大量香濃白汁都還好,如果唔夠汁會發現都係同一問題,十成熟真的不太好,唔夠嫩滑乾爽。
