附近泊低咗架車見到呢間新開餃子舖作為餃子控嘅我😜當然唔會錯過啦一入到去老闆問我哋係咪第一次食佢話做到7號⋯⋯下…opps佢有別於一般傳統嘅餃子舖佢嘅餃子餐可以配搭其他食物例如…牛肉飯,粥,薄餅,撈麵等感覺都幾得意第一次食,當然要試吓佢嘅乾餃同濕餃啦一啖食入去,其實已經知道同出邊啲舖頭既餃子🥟好唔同,佢嘅皮做得好薄再配埋老闆好引以自豪嘅自家製調配醬汁😂真係一啖接一啖再食埋佢嘅滷肉飯佢個飯係用珍珠米,大大粒嘅滷肉肥瘦相間個醬汁甜甜地撈飯,真係好滿足呢間嘢好似先開咗兩個幾月,如果第一次食就變咗最後一次食實在太可惜啦

我對韭菜餃要求很高的,外邊吃到的不是肉太肥就是只有菜,皮太厚….這家店餃子餡料均勻,煎得好。可以加其他主食,滷肉飯、牛肉飯跟雞肉拉麵都有麻辣味但又不是很辣,相信適合一般大眾。認識這家店因為同事叫外賣,今晚專程去吃,遇上老闆,問他的麵那麼好吃是自己做的嗎,他說不是但是經過精心挑選。朋友說他的薄餅也很出色呀。最勁係他的醋,由意大利醋加其他醬汁造成,與別不同!PS. 我第一次寫食評,覺得要支持做得好的小店

今日跟朋友在荃灣逛完街後又唔想食飯, 但又要飽肚嘅野, 第一時間就諗起餃子了; 係荃灣廣場隔離嘅大霸街尾, 有間新開嘅西站餃子, 睇下餐牌內有餃子, 牛肉蛋飯, 雞肉蛋飯, 滷肉飯, 雞肉薄餅等, 4隻餃子仲可雙併, 又可揀煎或者蒸, 套餐可跟湯或者飲品; 因舖頭座位有限, 外賣自取又減$3, 學生外賣自取可減$10, 真係好吸引呀! 椰菜雞肉豬肉蒸餃 + Fusion雞肉薄餅 - $56 餃子包得皮薄餡多, 而且都幾juicy, 都幾大隻, 隻隻都飽滿; 餡料係椰菜雞肉豬肉, 食落有口感; 老闆話新開張, 仲比咗兩隻醬我地試下, 一款係自家調配嘅香麻油黑醋, 另一款係麻辣醬; 香麻油黑醋微微醋加麻油味, 用嚟點蒸餃食唔錯, 麻辣醬微辣, 幾香麻辣香味, 老闆話點煎餃或薄餅食都唔錯。4隻餃都可以雙併, 可以揀椰菜雞肉豬肉餃 / 粟米雞肉煎餃 / 韭菜豬肉餃; Fusion雞肉薄餅我覺得好似中式, 又好似印度薄餅咁, 佢係用酥餅用蛋煎香, 加埋醬汁炒香嘅雞肉, 青瓜夾埋一齊食; 餅皮有酥軟口感, 又有蛋香, 好味又飽肚。套餐可跟湯或者飲品, 湯要咗蘿蔔絲蛋白杞子湯, 都幾清甜, 又冇味

粟米雞肉煎餃 - $48/8隻
粟米雞肉餃大大隻, 足料飽滿, 咬開可以見到滿滿粟米雞肉餡料, 用蛋煎香, 好有蛋香味, 皮薄又煎到香脆, 單食味道已經好好味, 點埋香麻油黑醋或麻辣醬, 額外多了一份層次感呀! 份外惹味呀!

至尊Fusion牛肉 / 雞肉蛋飯 – $58 /$56
老闆超級推介, 本來唔食飯而家都要即刻試下呀! 至尊Fusion牛肉, 佢仲比咗係一半牛肉, 一半雞肉我地試, 佢話新開張, 冇所謂! 牛肉有啲似連鎖店的, 但就嫩啲又唔會煮過火, 雞肉同薄餅的雞肉一樣, 用汁一齊煮, 好惹味, 老闆話加埋香麻油黑醋, 同煎蛋一齊食, 更加好食呀! 真係唔錯, 值得出介呀!
