The only setback is the ventilation at the restaurant. Imagine all the food is grilled or deep fried, how would your clothes and hair smell like when there's a sort of "open kitchen" with poor ventilation. still, price is reasonable at LKF, and good to have that before heading to the bar!

話說,從不知何時開始,吉列炸牛扒在香港牽起了一陣熱潮。在蘭桂坊的這家,都是以這個作為主打。內嫩外脆的吉列炸牛扒,放到燒爐上一烤一反再烤,肉汁完美地鎖緊在牛肉之中,鬆脆口感,香濃肉味,在口腔之中一層層地分化開來,變成了幸福的感覺。配上米飯的糯香,飽足感十足。餐點之中還有開胃的沙律,新鮮的蔬菜,每一口都是清甜的水份。小蕃茄酸酸甜甜,非常討喜。還有餐附的麻醬豆腐,味道一流~~作為小食之選,很不錯。另一份頂級板腱牛扒同樣出色,以自身的肉汁配上一點點鹽巴作調味,簡單的,卻不失豐富滋味,充滿咬勁~~!!吃著美味的肉,喝著麥香的啤酒,一個午後,就在這家店優閒坐著,看著路上行人的繁榮,非常滿足。

難得放學放咁早,梗系要去食好野啦!本身好中意食牛,之前見呢間嘅系ig賣廣告賣得好勁,就黎試下啦!吉列牛外皮炸得幾脆,不過我真係唔介意俾貴啲,食塊大啲嘅牛,會開心啲。。呢個太細啦,幾啖就食完!麻醬豆腐幾香,但豆腐太細了,未食到咩味已經消失左了!吉列炸蝦真係好失望嘅!炸粉太厚,蝦肉好小!食落嘅感覺系食緊炸粉而唔係蝦!點左醬都補救唔到。。整體黎講,唔算太好食!價錢系算平嘅,但其實系其他地方食貴小小,質素已經高好多了!要改善下炸粉嘅份量。。

*題外話, 因為我們6點多便到所以幸運地有位置, 比我們晚一點來的人客已經沒位, 要等到8點半後才有, 所以建議大家早點訂枱~

外形是厚厚的一大磚牛扒~ 看到都口水直流了~ 我們點了5成熟~ 可能因為太厚身, 後來覺得有點太生了, 因切開有點血水~ 下次可以點7成熟~(所以我們後來也放了在爐上烤一烤haha)


不過當我們切開時見到牛肉的肉芯是粉紅色的,
看起來很可口的樣子~治癒!!!

板腱是牛的肩胛骨上方位置, 正正是本人喜歡吃的部分, 因為牛味會較濃厚,  也有嚼勁~


而這份牛肉亦沒有令我失望, 牛味好濃!! 而且肉質雖然都算結實, 比我想像中腍~ 咬落亦細嫩多汁~ 唯美中不足是有一條筋附在中心, 容易”痴牙”

因為之前吃過另一家吉列牛覺得不太好吃, 因為完全沒牛肉味, 而且炸到乾爭爭, 但朋友想試試, 所以也點了~ 所謂沒比較就沒傷害, 這一家的吉列牛真的不錯吃啊!!


份量方面也不少的, 大大一塊炸牛扒, 對得起價錢有餘~ 外層的炸粉不算太厚, 還是新鮮炸起, 熱辣辣脆卜卜~ 肉還沒熟透, 放上爐上輕輕一燒, 每邊燒十多秒就食得~

味道方面, 牛肉味濃厚, 再沾上醬汁令味道更昇華~ 不論肉質和牛肉的味道跟板腱牛扒也很相似, (我們懷疑是差不多的位置), 不過吉列牛外層鬆脆, 內層軟腍, 吃起來口感有層次~ 牛扒則適合喜歡啖啖肉, 追求肉質豐厚的朋友~

至於套餐的配角們也不錯啊~ 前菜日本麻醬豆腐真的很滑! 米飯軟糯的配上日式調味粉也很和味~ 所以綜合來說食物是不錯, 值得一試的!

俗語說歲月不饒人,最近開始體會到是怎麽一回事。初老症狀相繼開始出現,而最嚴重的要數流連於蘭桂坊的原因居然不是劈酒狂歡,而是爲了「搵食」,繼上次試了太陽的後裔-太陽炸雞後,這次轉戰Stear Bar 的吉列炸牛扒。吉列炸牛扒 ($188),燒爐上面預先放了一小塊牛油,夾起一塊吉列牛放到上面燒,頓時滋滋作響,香氣四溢。牛油香味隨著熱力慢慢地滲入吉列牛裏面,大概燒個20-30秒待牛肉轉色便可拿起,享用。外層的酥脆的吉列皮和裹在裏面那豐腴滑嫩多汁的牛肉,形成最美妙的口感反差,非常滋味。另一道是頂級板腱牛扒($215),牛扒多汁,脂肪分佈平均,所以非常軟腍可口。既然烤爐點著了,也就該更好地利用,想著就索性也把板腱牛扒也放在燒爐上燒。牛油與蒜兩者結合,熱力慢慢將之鎖進肉裏,牛扒香味更加提升。如果剛巧點了這兩道的朋友可以嘗試這個新吃法。

除非有特別日子會去蘭桂坊,平時都好少過來,今日係中環做完facial ,之後約埋朋友去老蘭走個轉。而家老蘭多咗好多餐廳,仲有車仔麵,但今日好想食牛排,行過呢間食牛排餐廳,都有幾多客人係到,就入去試下。餐廳侍應生介紹佢地餐廳有幾種牛排,有吉列牛排,會跟隨個爐去自己煎一煎,另外有安格斯西冷牛扒及每日限量嘅板腱牛排。我有d喉嚨痛,所以我冇叫吉列牛排,我叫咗西冷牛,而我朋友就選咗板腱牛。除左牛排,佢哋仲有其他小食,仲有啤酒sake同其他酒類飲品。西冷扒連沙律及飯,飯上面仲有日式香鬆,好豐富呀。我叫五成熟剛剛好,有牛味,冇雪藏味,肉質細膩,好食。我朋友嗰個板腱牛。五成熟剛剛好,肉質好軟熟,好juice,未試過咁好食,物超所值。總括來講,板腱牛值得一試,食物質素好,環境尚可,不是很浪漫嘅牛排屋,但是非一般嘅牛排屋,下次一定要試佢地個吉列牛排。
