我們點了他們的🪭壽喜燒套餐 Yoshi🪭這個套餐包含了不少招牌菜式首先上的 茶碗蒸,質地細膩柔滑,蛋香濃郁🥚帶來了一個完美的開場🥰

接著是主角 壽喜燒,我們選了兩種不同的和牛:京都姬牛西冷➕熊本和牛肩胛肉🈵兩者各有千秋🥩西冷肉質鮮嫩多汁,帶有豐富的油脂,煮過後的口感嫩滑無比🉑肩胛肉則帶有適度的嚼勁,肉香十足,與甜美的壽喜燒醬汁完美融合😋

配上日本野菜🥬白飯🍚 和 味增湯,讓這頓壽喜燒更加豐富有層次🤭

最後不得不提的就是我追加的和牛海膽壽司🍣這一口真的太驚艷了‼️細嫩的和牛搭配濃郁的海膽,鮮味在口中爆發

今日朋友生日就去咗呢一間尖沙咀嘅壽喜燒同朋友慶祝我哋約咗四個人,去到亦都好快就同店員確認咗之後就入到去🙈🙈 依家間餐廳入到去已經非常香,望到都覺得非常想食!比較推介佢嘅牛肉壽喜燒,個人嚟講,最鍾意食佢嘅牛肩肉,覺得佢嘅味道比較香濃,而且肉質亦都非常鮮嫩,入口唔會話有一個好油膩嘅口感,再加埋本身日本嘅雞蛋,成個入口嘅口感更加滑🙈🙈 而且我都非常鍾意實佢本身嘅肉質同埋口感!最後加多個壽喜燒汁蛋飯真係非常飽,差啲食唔晒🙈🙈 價錢嚟講就唔算特別平,不過整體服務質素我覺得都還可以🙈

今日同朋友去咗尖沙咀壽喜燒樹食晚餐,晚餐$780,以而家個市道嚟講算係高價。但係食完之後,覺得食物質素、環境、服務都對得起個價錢。套餐有前菜、蒸蛋、三片和牛(肉眼、西冷、牛肩)、和牛滑蛋飯、甜品、麵豉湯。 前菜蒸蛋等正常發揮,三片和牛非常高質。佢哋用京都姬牛同埋熊本和王和牛,油脂好香、肉味濃郁。我本人認為和牛一定要經過高溫洗禮先至可以迫到香濃嘅油脂出嚟,呢間餐廳用關西風去煮,所以加壽喜燒汁之前會煎一煎塊和牛先,所以就做到呢個效果。每塊和牛都好大片,點埋蘭王蛋汁,再配埋白飯,啖啖邪惡大滿足!位置上係坐吧枱,可以睇到師傅烹調,服務都唔錯,侍應上菜斟茶反應夠快。由於每片和牛煮完要即刻熱辣辣咁食,所以整個用餐過程比較快,但我哋就冇乜所謂,嘢食好味就OK。

前菜蒸蛋等正常發揮,三片和牛非常高質。佢哋用京都姬牛同埋熊本和王和牛,油脂好香、肉味濃郁。我本人認為和牛一定要經過高溫洗禮先至可以迫到香濃嘅油脂出嚟,呢間餐廳用關西風去煮,所以加壽喜燒汁之前會煎一煎塊和牛先,所以就做到呢個效果。
每塊和牛都好大片,點埋蘭王蛋汁,再配埋白飯,啖啖邪惡大滿足!

一直把餐廳放在bucket list 上但通常一星期內比較難訂位,今次預早訂位終於可以一試。餐廳地方比較隔涉不方便,座位數量也不多,難怪預訂比較難。同行友人有一位孕婦,所以一早已經通知餐廳該友人不能吃生蛋。服務我們的師傅叫家俊,當問及顧客的特別要求都持有質疑的態度。同行三位本人只要求自己嗰份牛肉不需要太熟和孕婦不能吃生蛋。師傅對牛肉不需要煮太熟的回應是餐廳刻意營造焦糖的效果,但其實當奉上第一塊牛肉的時候已經有過熟的現象,未知道是師傅的控制火候的手勢未到位還是師傅口中所講餐廳刻意營造焦糖的效果?所以才會有此要求。師傅的回應感覺不太友善但都未為在意。到用膳尾聲的甜品部份,師傅又問到想要選擇牛奶布甸還是黑豆雪糕的時候,我問到牛奶布甸係乜嘢牛奶布甸?(其實本人係整甜品達人非常清楚乜嘢係牛奶布甸,問題其實係有冇其他生果或其他味道喺上邊?)師傅嘅回應,再一次確認佢嘅唔友善態度: 咪就係牛奶布甸囉!到臨走前,師傅可能意識到本人不滿嘅神情疑似友善嘅補飛: 咦你哋係咪上邊落嚟㗎?我估係因為佢聽到我哋嘅對話當中有涉及內地。但係其實我都諗咗2秒乜嘢叫做上邊落嚟然後禮貌地回答: 唔係呀。心裏存在黑人問號一個:

如此市道,香港餐廳營運已經艱難本人亦未為致力北上消費的香港人。但如果以此等價錢在香港享受此等服務,難怪香港餐廳難以經營。環境餐廳食物質素和服務態度都係顧客用餐感受最為重要的一環,即使食物做得如何出色這次的用餐體驗已經足夠令我們三人不再回頭光顧。

今天和朋友拜訪了香港尖沙咀一間壽喜燒我們點了$600/位的套餐👍🏻系關西風壽喜燒~有前菜,蒸蛋,四塊和牛(肉眼x1/西冷x1/和牛肩x2)配以蘭王蛋,日本米飯及多款野菜!還有炒滑蛋牛肉飯,湯品和甜品~肉質方面真的超掂,油脂均勻。最令我深刻炒滑蛋牛肉飯,從未食過這樣滑的蛋配牛肉粒,我可以食三碗!和朋友食到呢碗飯的時候已經超級飽!最後的甜品和湯品就不過不失。

肉質方面真的超掂,油脂均勻。
最令我深刻炒滑蛋牛肉飯,從未食過這樣滑的蛋配牛肉粒,我可以食三碗!
和朋友食到呢碗飯的時候已經超級飽!
最後的甜品和湯品就不過不失。

Sukiyaki heaven in one set at $930 was worth every penny! The Kyoto Princess and Kumamoto Wao cuts were melt-in-your-mouth delicious and juicy af🤤 The egg rice, veggies and dessert were a nice touch.
