雞地質地係比較有咬口,我自己就好鍾意

番茄豆腐卜浸絲瓜 材料新鮮清甜調味比較清淡好好食


阿媽讓涼瓜 呢個非常好味送飯一流


珍珠生蠔煎蛋 叫之前仲好擔心係出邊嗰啲炸蠔餅
又油又難食 原來係大大粒生蠔嘅煎炒鴨旦裏面仲加咗韭菜,勁香同埋好新鮮一啲都冇腥味



另外帶咗一個豬油撈飯同埋一個白飯

總括來講所有材料都好新鮮

煮嘅方面都好好食

同埋標榜冇味精

真係值得推介

夜晚9點左右收工返到嚟,見未食過新漢記咪試吓!3個人叫咗4碟餸:山渣橋頭咕嚕肉 $98啲咕嚕肉炸得幾脆,但好多都係啲洋蔥,菠蘿都無乜幾粒,個人覺得山渣味唔夠突出豬油渣炒菜心 $88好少見嘅豬油渣,真係細個先有,好香好正,真係兒時回憶雖然唔健康,間唔中食吓OK正宗走地雞 $158雞算好滑,但真係有啲細隻,有兩個汁醬俾你食雞鹹魚菜粒炒飯 $88個炒飯好正,好乾身同好香!整體嚟講都OK,份量有點少,價錢算貴,但值得一試!

呢間客家菜開咗好多年,一直未有機會試。今次就專程約朋友放工後食宵夜!三杯豬腸煲:每枱都會點呢個煲仔菜,上枱熱辣辣。豬腸個皮好脆,有咬口,比較濃味送飯一流!炒花生苗:樓面姐姐推介,出面啲餐廳少有。用咗啲豬肉碎同少少辣椒嚟炒。啲花生苗真係有一粒花生喺度,不過比較硬。而花生對落嘅部分食落就有啲似芽菜。味道都係比較濃,配白飯👍🏻白切走地雞:雞肉唔算嫩滑,有啲部位仲比較難咬。不過隻雞唔肥,而皮下有充滿住啫喱狀嘅骨膠原,但呢半隻要二百幾蚊我下次就未必會叫餐牌仲有好多菜式,應該要一大班人嚟食叫多幾款嚟試

This is my first time in Fan Ling and also my first time trying Hakka cuisine. And honestly, I was so impressed by the variety and the great quality of the authentic Hakka dishes.This chicken soup with wonton is one of my favourite dishes of the night. This bowl of rice here is also exclusively found in Hakka cuisine, where you pour some fatty oil and soy sauce into the rice, and eat it with any dishes. I had it with the super tender and yummy steamed meat pie and finished the whole bowl in like 2 minutes🤤

Seafood is also something not to be missed in an authentic Hakka meal. These fried prawns here are super fresh and perfectly seasoned. We literally couldn’t stop eating.

These are bitter gourds filled with meat balls soaked in soup. They have an interesting texture and mix of different flavours. A very interesting dish.

未試過食客家菜,一心訂了7點鐘枱,諗住帶家人前來品嚐新漢記的客家菜,我們7時準時到達門口,我便向企近門口染了金短髮的中年女職員說已訂了今晚7點枱...我話都未說完,她就很悔氣跟我說「沒有枱」我再跟她表示已經book 了位7點,跟著她很不耐煩,很大聲,很不禮貌的回答「店有幾輪時間食既,我店開6點,第一輪6點,D客未食完點俾枱你,訂枱又點呀!你係出面等la」,我其實等一陣是不要緊的,但可否禮貌些呢?當時我已非常不滿她的不耐煩態度,但家人已來了,我說服自己等多一會吧,我們一家有老有嫰又等多20分鐘,然後我再問金髮女職員大約何時有枱呢?她又好不耐煩,態度悪劣如常再跟我說「訂枱接電話的人不是我,是另外的同事接,他沒有跟你說訂了枱都要等嗎?但他已下班,所以唔關我事wor!說完她又去做其他工作,沒有再理會我們!我心想她不是在店𥚃工作嗎?「同事登記訂枱,他下了班,不關我事」她是不是暗示不做我們生意?因為訂抬不是她登記?如果正如她所說「頭輪是6點」為何都接受訂7點枱呢?walk in 不是更好嗎!最重要是此金短髮中年女職員態度非常惡劣,非常不禮貌!好像不愁沒有生意做似的!所以為免大家食完背脊骨落,貼錢買
