朋友介紹下去試食。總體食物不過不失,但係沒有驚喜。環境氣氛衛生程度都算OK己有小店風味。菜單主要以串燒為主。但食到最後佢幫我哋切餅嘅時候話優惠我哋$50切餅費。最後買單嘅時候我哋check單發現唔妥。我哋四個張單將近兩千蚊但係加上收咗我哋$360切餅費。優惠左$40切一個一磅嘅小蛋糕。簡直係濫收!就算去五星級酒店都唔會咁離譜。起碼俾個餅佢嗰陣時應該講聲。雖然朋友同老闆相熟但以後唔會再幫襯。我個人覺得佢哋唔係話特登唔老實,但係咁做生意嘅方法好唔得。 continue reading

近日發現中環蘇豪伊利近街一家主打日式料理的居酒屋「須佐之男 Susano-o Izakaya」CP值超高,價錢比中環區親民,而且食物質素優質。店家以來自日本的食材和秘製烹調手法為基礎,不添加味精,提供多款美味的日本特色料理。在居酒屋必定要歎番杯生啤,以及配合食物再夾杯清酒,他們有90ml裝的清酒選擇,可不同轉口味,不用order 死一枝清酒,彈性極高。首先點一個酒肴小食「燒魷魚」通常去居酒屋都會用下菜小食送啤酒,燒烤味香濃的爽口魷魚,實在令人吃不停口。「櫻花木煙燻三文魚淡路洋蔥沙律」洋葱來自名産地兵庫縣淡路很清爽,不會鼻又不辛辣,反而帶清甜,加上櫻花木煙燻過的三文魚,醒胃清新。「鰻魚餃子拼芫荽餃子」煎餃煎得皮脆可口,鰻魚餃子帶甜,鰻魚口感似在吃蠔,而芫荽餃子超美味芫荽控必愛。「海膽薯蓉球」超級無敵美味,薯蓉球惹味,再混入海膽在薯蓉裡,冇得輸,而且只售$48,CP值滿分。在居酒屋必叫串燒有「雞腳筋」 初嘗雞腳筋彈牙有口感,還有雞皮微微焦香味,咬口比雞軟骨更上一層樓。「軍雞翼」香噴噴, 熱騰騰, 雞肉嫩滑, 咸道適中,吃完燒雞翼後再嘆番杯啤酒爽呀!「A5和牛橫膈肌」肉質的特色是柔軟、油花分布均勻、肉味濃烈。呷一口專門配吃牛肉的「 肉萬歲純米吟釀」 清酒,大家很滿意,不停讚不絕口。「國產和牛牛腸廣島生蠔鍋」生蠔肥美,湯底超甜,牛腸爽肥,加上無敵的美味,不得了,一定要encore!「櫻花木煙燻牛舌」極品的煙燻牛舌,質地嫩腍, 入口即化,加上櫻花木煙燻 清香撲鼻,第一次吃到牛舌的另一新境界,必吃之選。「豬油日式叉燒飯」日式叉燒是先將半肥瘦部位的梅頭,像叉燒拉麵做法扎起,放進秘制醬汁中煮熟,直至呈現燒香而製成。豬肉味濃郁,入口即鬆化。他們特選壽司級別的月之光米,口感香甜及有嚼勁,再加上香蔥和添加了自家製豬油的豉油調味,勁似日式煲仔飯,優質高質, 回頭率極高。 continue reading
