星期六與好朋友午膳,感覺餐廳只做熟客,對新來賓態度冷淡。問及omakase 細節,肥廚師一兩句敷衍了事。但那邊廂與熟客大聲說笑,有傾有講,還除口罩飲酒,疫情下衛生程度可想而知。這絕不應該是一間高級日本料理的款待。非常失望。其實這個價錢的日本料理,外出太多選擇。一定不會再來。

本來想吃13貫Sushi Omakase,但訂不到壽司吧枱位置,改變主意,點了午市吞拿魚套餐,包括以下的:

#吞拿魚壽司:赤身、中拖羅、大拖羅、火炙大拖羅共4件,每件都好味,火炙大拖羅更吃出幸福感!
#葱花吞拿魚腩蓉丼:吞拿魚腩蓉挺多的,伴流心蛋,滋味無窮!
#味噌湯:不會過鹹,不錯!

總括來說,餐廳環境舒適放鬆,且私隱度高。而菜餚賣相精緻矜貴,質素新鮮可口,是一所嚐過便念念不忘的日本菜。

突然好想去食omakase!就喺同朋友lunch時去左中環嘅今鮨食啦~
去呢間一定要book枱,因為好full嘅關係,
Book枱前要問清楚有無有吧枱,因為唔問清楚隨時係會坐table

整體刺身係新鮮的,但壽司飯醬油味濃,
就會蓋過左淡味嘅魚味,影響左原材料嘅味道
2個比較我覺得刺身set比較驚艷(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)

《13件壽司omakase》
針魚 - 魚味較淡
深海池魚 -新鮮,魚香味濃
馬刀魚-有筋位,火灸過,魚身較嚡
帆立貝-呢好係好食同新鮮嘅帆立貝
池魚-我鍾意食深海池魚多點,呢款無咩亮點
石垣鯛-魚味淡淡的,但肉好漿口,好食!
真明鯛-唔駛點豉油,輕輕火灸過,但好嚡口,個味怪怪的
白蝦 -鍾意食蝦嘅會好滿足,蝦肉漿口鮮甜,極有蝦味,推!
喜知次-經火灸後魚油香味好出
中拖羅-有筋位,軟腍腍有油香
小磯魚-出面有塊白昆布包住,其實無咩味,我覺得呢款好腥
海膽- 好鮮甜~海膽味好濃厚!

最後有一個拖羅魚蓉手卷,拖羅魚蓉加蔥花係好簡單嘅配搭,不過呢個魚蓉無渣,加上蔥勁香口,食落嗦嗦聲,連唔鍾意食蔥嘅我都非常驚喜!

刺身omakase》
石垣鯛包海膽 - 石垣鯛少少筋位,但魚肉漿口,包住海膽食好夾
螢光尤魚- 有清蒸海鮮+蔥嘅感覺
粒貝 - 鮮甜
帆立貝 - 鮮甜
油甘魚-軟滑有油香
拖羅- 充滿油香,成件無筋軟綿綿
牡丹蝦-高質,蝦肉新鮮

From their omakase course, the appetizers of little fried shrimps & uni crab were tasty
But the rest were just very ordinary. The main was a disappointment. It was a hot fish dish with lime sauce which was full of little bones inside🦴
I hardly ate it and passed it to my friend. I wished the chef would have said something about that first, as I prefer my fish deboned.


Speaking of the chefs, there were two that evening. They were friendly but could have had a more professional demeanor.


Overall, the food was ok. The vibe was more casual that expected. I think you can spend your money somewhere else.

本來一直沒有衝動試這間壽司,當這麼多中環的壽司set能做到300-400蚊時,這間貴上一倍的十三件壽司set在價錢上就沒太大優勢了。當天突然想吃壽司,所有中環的壽司店已經沒有位置了,但可能因為價錢關係,只有 sushi ima還剩下table位,所以就試一試。果然價錢反映價值,壽司做得用心好吃,食材新鮮,款式也比其他壽司店特別,也期待下次試一試它們的omakase,雖然比起其他壽司店貴上一倍,但味道值得,推介。

呢間印象壽司飯好細舊,食第一件時,我仲驚九件唔飽。但魚料好足,真係夠飽。
最後既咖啡都好香,好飲;係你專登出去飲四十幾蚊既質數。但如果要俾建議既話,我會話唔好用cheap 糖包😆(一拎上黎咖啡靚,咖啡杯都靚奶又分開上,但咁既糖包攪到成件事....emmm)
奶同咖啡真夠熱同好飲,諗起petrus一杯成70蚊仲衰過麥當勞既即磨個種😂😂😂

服務方面可以再好啲,feel黎講唔太似omakase,可能我無book,師傅同侍應都急急忙忙完左我餐飯🙇🏻(唔該晒😭,個朝既胃口只想食omakase ,真諗左好耐;粥又想嘔,雲吞麵又想嘔;西餐唔得,飲茶又唔想個種)
但禮儀&應對,又好過鮨野😅
睇返張單,我係12點21分入座,12點53分埋單既。試過咁既速度,下次衝閘都可以lur下人:我可以一點前走😂😂😂

This was the first time I ate 鱈魚子 (on the top left hand corner of the photo) and it was recommended that we eat it together with the yuzu vinegar. Unfortunately it was a bit tasteless. Other sashimi were of medium to good quality which should be the case given the price. They included 1 shrimp, 1 red tuna, 1 tuna belly, 2 鰤魚, 1 赤貝 and 2 white 貝 which I couldn't remember the name.

The next dish was tempura! Tempura 沙椎鱼 and 紫蘇葉, with 楊梅 on the side. The fish was a bit tasteless. Nothing comparable with those at top-notch tempura bars. That said, maybe it was not a fair comparison.

Then there were another  3 types of sushi, eating from the right 馬糞海膽, 安康魚肝 and 秋刀魚. The quality of the sea urchin was high,  as it was creamy and the quantity was generous. The 安康魚肝 was of medium liver taste, only recommended for people who can eat it. Honestly, I hadn't expected 秋刀魚 from this expensive set but maybe it was in season? Although it was sashimi, there was really nothing special.

The set ended by coffee or ice cream and I picked pistachio ice cream. It seemed to be Dreyer's but not house made. 

The bad thing of not sitting at the sushi bar was that the sushi came together but not one by one. So that the quality was really not as good. At such a price of $980+10%, I had really expected more. There was little surprise from the set.  Maybe next time should stick to the cheaper sets. Anyway, I would still give an OK rating.

疫情下嘅午餐 7月28號應該全部香港人都沖咗出去食lunch因為政府忽然間宣佈29號全日冇堂食 我打電話book食omakase,打咗有十間餐廳。 差唔多間間都full曬,有一間居然同我講話三點鐘有位最後畀我搵到呢間book十二點鐘,限時食90分鐘 👌👌餐廳嘅環境同一般日本壽司店差不多。都係細細間,吧檯有十幾個位,後面有三張table。 我哋研究咗好耐決定食omakase,但係後尾發現應該食十三件壽司$530仲抵 印象最深刻:白蝦壽司!次次都咁好食!去邊間都覺得最正!從來未食過嘅瀨尿蝦壽司都幾鮮甜喎應該係間餐廳嘅signature好滿足阿!!!
