忍唔住要發文分享下呢間寶藏性價比超高餐廳!真係好高質!!雖然廚師發板每次菜式都不同,以下食評都只作參考。但係整體感覺就係每度菜都好特別好用心而且食材非常新鮮非常美味!午餐廚師發辦 - 十三道 (菊) $398 前菜 - 海藻配醋非常開胃,蜜糖蕃薯甜蜜軟糯~石門鯛刺身 - 口感新奇,如同生魷魚,新鮮又好食!鯖魚刺身 - 平時鯖魚都用油鹽醋醃製熟食,但師傅話其實鯖魚油脂高,生吃都非常可口。又真係好香口好食!柚子醋生蠔 - 口感爽脆鮮甜!而且生蠔通常會配檸檬汁,但係師傅話檸檬嘅味道太強烈會搶去生蠔嘅味道所以佢今次用柚子醋調配,又真係好fresh好match 好好食!漬物 - 豆瓣醬脆蒜 生薑 - 脆口幾好食池魚壽司 - 新鮮又好食!赤貝壽司 - 赤貝非常新鮮爽口!野生中吞壽司 - 充滿油脂香味!右口魚手卷 - 差啲以為師傅講笑,但原來真係有右口魚!魚油同炙燒味非常香,驚艷!蟹膏燒蝦 - 醬料非常濃郁,好香好好食!紫菜捲海膽壽司 - 海膽非常鮮甜!仲號稱話係皇室食用的紫菜, 係好厚實同脆口嘅。蛋壽司 - 江戶時代做法以蛋魚雞蝦製作的無麪粉蛋糕,非常特別!海膽非常鮮甜!昆布魚湯 - 魚湯配淡淡昆布香,清清地又暖胃!甜品 - 非常爽脆鮮甜嘅梨! continue reading

第3次黎食鮨岸先決定寫食評,因為真係好好食,性價比奇高。係香港大大小小既omakase/ sushi 都食左好多間,呢間真係數一數二係一定會推薦比朋友。師傅對自己既食材非常有要求,好有研究,一邊食一邊介紹,每次食飯體驗都好好,好輕鬆愉快。壽司飯係醋飯,調味剛剛好,一餐入面不論係前菜、刺身、熟食定壽司都好有質素,我老公一個人食到一半omakase,已追加10件壽司,食食下又再加多10件,如果我食得落我都會想追加,但一個餐我夠哂🤣 continue reading

🍂今日去尖沙咀海防道鮨岸食廚師發辦,剛好呢日開始有點秋意,廚師都特別預備咗好多有秋季特色嘅食材。前菜有自家製🟨玉子豆腐及🍅鮮茄沙律🥗。之後係四款刺身,有池魚🐟,配柚子汁🍊。很少會做成刺身嘅鯖魚,配煮過嘅洋蔥🧅。秋刀魚同得獎生蠔。食完刺身會上熱食,係燒蝦🦐上面佈滿濃郁嘅蝦膏,大滿足。緊隨其後,有壽司🍣白身魚、帶子蝦大吞拿魚腩北海道白海膽。呢度嘅壽司飯偏甜。最後以大蜆湯及醬油布丁作結。 continue reading

早兩日難得同老公出嚟二人世界,諗住試吓新嘅omakase嚟到個環境係唔錯嘅,啲嘢食都OK,對得住個價錢,而且個師傅都好細心介紹但成餐飯我係食得勁炆憎因為有個睇落大概三十幾四十歲嘅waitress不停棟係我同我老公後面,係exactly喺兩個人中間嘅後面,勁有壓迫感然後我同我老公傾偈,佢又無啦啦喺度笑埋一份,仲不停插把口埋嚟搭嗲真係勁煩囉!我同我老公已經冇理佢,我仲已經黑緊佢面,佢都仲唔識do,唔通真係要等我開口鬧走你咩?真係唔識睇人眉頭眼額囉我都係想同老公兩個人靜靜地食餐飯拍下拖姐!成餐飯食得好唔舒服,好似做啲咩講啲咩都俾人望到實咁,下次拍拖真係唔會再嚟呢間囉 continue reading
